装联工艺中低频电缆组件的电磁兼容问题

随着电子信息技术的发展,越来越多的电子设备系统都有电磁兼容性要求.低频电缆组件作为电子设备的组成部分,其电磁兼容问题尤为重要.从线缆的选取、导线屏蔽层的处理和电缆屏蔽层与机箱的搭接三方面论述了电缆组件制造和与系统装联时应遵循的电磁兼容工艺要求,并介绍了一些行之有效的工艺处理方法.     

Numerical and experimental study on the interaction cable structure during the failure of a stay in a cable stayed bridge

Corrosion, abrasion and fretting fatigue may cause deterioration and, eventually, the failure of a post-tensioning tendon or a stay cable on a cable supported structure. In the present study, the stress acting during the rupture on the remaining portion of the stay which fails is derived, and the role of the rupture time on the response of the structure is discussed from a theoretical and a numerical point of view. In addition, the load-time curve during the rupture and the total time of the rupture of undamaged and damaged wires of seven-wire steel strands are investigated in an experimental program defined on the basis of the previous theoretical results. In the locally damaged specimens, a notch is machined into their outer wires. The specimens are tested under tension at three different strain rates in order to determine the influence of this parameter on the rupture time and on the load-time curve. The damaged specimens also allow us to determine the influence of a local reduction of the cross section on the stiffness and ultimate load of the specimen.     

Computational study on aerodynamic mitigation of wind-induced, large-amplitude vibrations of stay cables with strakes

Modifications of circular cylinder surfaces, such as strakes and helical wires, effectively mitigate Kármán vortex-induced vibrations normal to flow and have been applied to the reduction of large-amplitude vibrations of stay cables in bridges, which occur under wind oblique to a cable with or without rainfall. This aerodynamic control method cannot be fully effective without understanding the behavior of the flow around and the associated forces on oblique cables. To address this issue, flow around a yawed cylinder with various strake patterns was studied using three-dimensional detached eddy simulation (DES) at Reynolds number of 1.4×10⁵. Results demonstrated that strake patterns strongly influence the development of flow structures around a yawed cylinder and therefore the associated forces on the cylinder. The results suggest that particular strake patterns can mitigate large-amplitude and low-frequency vibrations of stay cables induced by oblique wind.

Performance evaluation of the ITER Toroidal Field Model Coil phase I: Part 2: M&M analysis and interpretation

The ITER Toroidal Field Model Coil (TFMC), a large (2.7 m × 3.8 m × 0.8 m) superconducting (Nb₃Sn) DC coil designed and constructed in collaboration between EU industries and laboratories coordinated by EFDA, has been tested during 2001 in the TOSKA cryogenic facility at Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe, Germany, achieving the nominal 80 kA at 7.8 T peak field and 86 MJ stored energy as a standalone coil (Phase I). The results of the current sharing temperature (T_CS) measurements at I=80, 69 and 57 kA, presented in a companion paper (Part 1), are evaluated here using the M&M code. The critical properties best fitting the experimental voltage-inlet temperature characteristic of the P1.2 pancake are deduced from the TFMC data under the assumption of an ideal collective behaviour of the strands. The TFMC results are compared first with the expected conductor performance, showing that at the maximal current the performance was borderline with what was expected, while at the minimal current tested it was better than expected. Second, they are compared with the performance of the single strand as measured in the lab, showing that, in order to reproduce the TFMC data, one has to invoke that some degradation, larger at higher current, occurred when going from the strand to the cable.

了解分支、分配器反向隔离与相互隔离度以及在用户终端的正确使用，为减少用户的相互干扰。提高传输质量，应选用高标准的CATV器材，实现信号的反向隔离。

本文根据第五十三届国际线缆会议（IWCS）所发表的部分论文的内容，对当今国内外光缆行业的技术发展进行了综述。
