随着人工智能技术的不断发展和复杂动态系统建模手段的不断完善,agent技术因其自主性、反应性、预动性等特点和在协作、推理及规划方面的优势,使其对非结构性的决策与不确定性的推理有很强的刻画能力,能很好地解决一些非数学模型的动态推理与筛选特征事件为基础的问题,从而为人们解决类似的问题提供非常好的新途径。从构建的属性agent模型出发,利用网页筛选技术的风格特征：HTML标签、URL字符、文本内容和视觉效果等获取风格特征的属性值,从而构建新的风格决策树模式,提高网页识别、筛选的精度。实验表明,该技术能提高网页筛

A theoretical framework on proactive information exchange in agent teamwork

Proactive information delivery is critical to achieving effective teamwork. However, existing theories do not adequately address proactive information delivery. This paper presents a formal framework for proactive information delivery in agent teamwork. First, the concept of information need is introduced. Second, a new modal operator, InfoNeed is used to represent information needs. The properties of the InfoNeed operator and its relationships to other mental modal operators are examined, four types of information needs are formally identified, and axioms for anticipating the information needs of other agents are proposed and justified. Third, the axiom characterizing chains of helpful behavior in large agent teams is given. Fourth, the semantics for two proactive communicative acts (ProInform and 3PTSubscribe) is given using a reformulation of the Cohen-Levesque semantics for communicative acts in terms of the SharedPlans formalism of Grosz and Kraus. The work in this paper not only provides a better understanding of the underlying assumptions required to justify proactive information delivery behavior, but also provides a coherent basis for the specification and design of agent teams with proactive information delivery capabilities.

Social learning in planning: Seattle's sustainable development codebooks

This paper investigates the power and potential of studying planning and policy innovations from a social learning standpoint. Social learning is an important but under-investigated feature of planning and policy processes, and a particularly critical goal in the adaptation of innovations. While often cited as part of the desired outcomes of planning and policy processes, social learning is rarely investigated from a process-based perspective able to reveal how and why it occurs to different degrees in different contexts. At the same time, such process-based understanding is precisely what is needed by theorists and practitioners alike in order to improve the impact factor of plan and policy changes, to improve the transferability of ‘best practices,’ and to bolster public support and engagement in public affairs. This kind of research requires a new, comprehensive theory of social learning within planning and policy contexts as well as new analytical tools for studying social learning processes in particular cases.
