GaAs器件工艺中等离子刻蚀及计算机辅助监控技术研究

用Ｎ２气和ＮＦ３反应气体，在较低的刻蚀功率下实现了用薄正性光刻胶ＡＺ１５１８作掩模，均匀、快速刻蚀ＳｉＯ２，ＳｉＯＮ，Ｓｉ３Ｎ４，ＷＮ，Ｗ等材料的等离子刻蚀技术。利用到蚀过程中射频参数的变化和计算机技术，将射频参数的变化在计算机屏幕上实时显示，实现了计算机辅助监控和终点检测技术。     

微电子电路PC机辅助教育系统

文章介绍法中两国合作开发的微电子电路计算机辅助教育系统中的两部分，重点陈述其中的辅助测试虚拟仪器和专用实验芯片，期望对电子测试领域的教育工作者和科技工作者有所启发。     

Equal Strain Consolidation by Vertical Drains

This paper shows the development of a series of closed-form solutions of equal strain consolidation in the presence of a vertical drain with smear and well resistance. Using an approach that considers the effects of both the radial and vertical drainage in a fully coupled fashion, solutions are obtained for the excess pore pressure and the degree of consolidation in the compressible soil subjected to a step- or ramp-loading situation. The closed-form solutions in the present paper may be evaluated in an electronic spreadsheet on a standard personal computer.

NEURAL NETS SPEED FLOW CALCULATION

Neural Nets Successfully Solve Complex Fluid Flow Problem. Much research is being done in the area of neural networks, and industry is actively seeking successful application to real world problems. We describe here a successful application. We have used neural networks to model complex coolant flow patterns, such as those encountered in design of hypersonic aircraft. Previous calculation methods, while reasonably accurate, are iterative and extremely time consuming. Our new approach uses a hierarchical neural network architecture to model coolant flow distribution in multiple heat exchanger panels. This method is direct, fast, and accurate.     

The computer: liberator or jailor of the creative spirit

A discussion of the historical and aesthetic questions raised by the Fine Arts community regarding the uses of the computer by artists, its limitations and its potential. Creating a texture and context for this discussion necessitated the weaving into this discussion the role of technology, science, mathematics, the humanities, and aesthetics in the visual arts.     

微机模拟处理pH络合滴定法研究——Ⅱ.终点确定方法和最佳实验条件模拟估计程序

本文利用简便的滴定过程模型,确立了微机模拟处理实验数据,方便、准确地求解络合滴定等当点的方法。设计了最佳实验条件模拟估计程序。该法测定Zn~(2+),Pb~(2+),Cu~(2+),Fe~(3+)结果的相对误差Δ<1％。pH=6-7时,测定Ca~(2+)的相对误差为-1.61％;σ<0.001mmol,(N=5)。     

计算机网络安全体系的研究

首先,结合国内外同行的最新研究成果,我们将对网络系统中的不安全因素加以分析,并形式化地给出一个安全计算机网络系统的定义;然后将从理论上阐述一个基于OSI-RM体系的网络安全保护体系的模型,并讨论该安全保护体系在现有系统中的作用。     

Seismic safety of lifelines—an optimum design method

Lifeline systems are vulnerable to two types of hazards arising from potential earthquake sources. These are the hazard of a fault-rupture strike on elements of a lifeline system and the hazard of overstress induced in different elements of the system because of the ground vibration. An optimum design method is presented in this paper for the design of a lifeline system for a maximum accepted probability of failure because of any of the two modes of failure. The method may be used to determine an optimum path between a number of fixed points which represent supply or demand stations in the system.     

核医学成像技术中计算机的应用

由于计算机和核医学的结合,各种成像方法的计算机化医学图像层析技术正在迅速发展,并开始广泛应用。本文介绍各类成像技术中计算机的应用,特别评述其最近进展,并提出了今后的展望。
