靶载光电脱靶量测量系统设计

针对靶场试验需求,在靶船上设计了脱靶量测量系统。基于双站交会测量方法,采用4台高速摄像系统,将其分别布置在靶船的艏艉,实现方位360°周视成像;不同作用距离下对成像大小进行了计算,得出在50m作用距离下,最小交汇角达10°时,交会测量误差不大于3m;计算了靶船摇摆带来的系统误差。该系统实现了对试验中目标着靶末段落点偏差测量。     

基于区间模型的一级指令Cache缺失损失分析

一级指令Cache的平均缺失损失被量化为下一级存储系统的访问时间,在进行处理器性能瓶颈分析中简单的量化会引起较大的误差。针对该问题,应用区间模型分析影响一级指令Cache平均缺失损失的前端因素,并用模拟实验进行分析研究,结果表明,除下一级存储系统的访问时间外,取指带宽、取指队列的大小、一级指令Cache缺失率及程序特性,会对一级指令Cache平均缺失损失产生影响。     

Spousal agreement regarding relationship aggression on the Conflict Tactics Scale-2.

The current study assessed agreement within 273 treatment-seeking couples that reported on aggression in their relationship using the Conflict Tactics Scale-2 (CTS-2; M. A. Straus, S. L. Hamby, S. Boney-McCoy, & D. B. Sugarman, 1996), the dominant instrument for assessing violence among couples. Results revealed low-to-moderate levels of agreement, consistent with previous studies using earlier versions of the CTS. Both husbands and wives reported a lower level of aggression for themselves than their partners attributed to them, though this discrepancy was generally stronger for husbands. In addition, both husbands and wives showed higher agreement on items rated as more objective and specific. The implications of these findings for researchers and clinicians are discussed. Using fuzzy cognitive map for the relationship management in airline service

This paper proposes the usage of fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) for the management of relationships among organizational members in airline service. The main task of relationship management demands consideration of the complex causal relationship among conflict, communication, balanced power, shared values, trust, and cooperation. It is difficult even for experts in organizational behavior to cognitively predict the causal effect of one factor on the others. FCM is used to describe the inference process for the relationship management in airline service. Initially, structural equation models are used for identifying relevant relationships among the factors and indicating their direction and strength. A standardized causal coefficient is then used to create a cognitive map illustrating the effect of the status of one component on the status of another component. The cognitive map provides preliminary insights into the direction of relationship management toward maximizing effectiveness of airline service.     

Metamodels and emergent behaviour in models of conflict

In this paper, we develop a simplified mathematical model (a metamodel) of a simulation model of conflict, based on ideas drawn from the analysis of more general physical systems, such as found in fluid dynamics modelling. We show that there is evidence from the analysis of historical conflicts to support the kind of emergent behaviour implied by this approach. We then apply this approach to the development of a metamodel of a particular complexity based simulation model of conflict (ISAAC), developed for the US Marine Corps.The approach we have illustrated here is very generic, and is applicable to any simulation model which has complex interactions similar to those found in fluid dynamic modelling, or in simulating the emergent behaviour of large numbers of simple systems which interact with each other locally.     

Queering the conflicts: What LGBT students can teach us in the classroom and online

Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) students need to develop successful rhetorical strategies for dealing with the conflicts that education, community, and society impose upon them. Webbed writing environments provide a place where LGBT students can prepare to deal with those conflicts by: (a) challenging one another, (b) interrogating course plans and materials, and (c) collaborating responses to homophobic discourse. LGBT students more readily construct and rehearse rhetorical strategies online, because they feel freer to represent their sexualities, without the complications or inhibitions that real-time, in-person conversation imposes. However, these strategies are not as productive if LGBT students don’t also get the opportunity to discuss, analyze, and critique their online activity face-to-face, in anticipation of the writing and speaking tasks that they must perform in much less hospitable public environments.     

Dominant actors, political agendas, and strategic shifts over time: a critical ethnography of an enterprise systems implementation

Much of the literature on enterprise systems implementation suggests that ERP systems should support the strategic objectives of the organization. In fact some ERP vendors tend to assume that implementing their products is a straightforward translation from strategy to IT-enabled business processes. But the strategic management literature reveals that corporate strategy is often contested terrain. Conflict over strategy has the potential to delay or derail ERP implementation efforts, leading to cost overruns, failures, and lack of expected benefits.This paper seeks to understand and explain how conflicts over strategy can affect the success of ERP implementations. We studied one firm's attempt to pursue information technology-enabled enterprise integration using critical ethnography. The firm is a small-to-medium sized enterprise within a large conglomerate in the Asia-Pacific region. Our findings show that, as the dominant actors and political agendas changed, so too did the company's enterprise integration strategy. The ERP system was designed to support a future corporate world and work environment that never arrived.
