This study describes an extensive set of 3-D analyses conducted on conventional fracture specimens, including pin-loaded and clamped SE(T) specimens, and axially cracked pipes with varying crack configurations. The primary objective is to examine 3-D effects on the correlation of fracture behavior for the analyzed crack configurations using the J-Q methodology. An average measure of constraint over the crack front, as given by an average hydrostatic parameter, denoted Qavg, is employed to replace the plane-strain measure of constraint, Q. Alternatively, a local measure of constraint evaluated at the mid-thickness region of the specimen, denoted QZ0, is also utilized. The analysis matrix considers 3-D numerical solutions for models of SE(T) fracture specimens with varying geometries (i.e., different crack depth to specimen width ratio, a/W, as well as different loading point distance, H) and test conditions (pin-loaded ends vs. clamped ends). The 3-D numerical models for the cracked pipes cover different crack depth to pipe wall thickness ratio, a/t, and a fixed crack depth to crack length ratio, a/c. The extensive 3-D numerical analyses presented here provide a representative set of solutions which provide further support for using constraint-designed SE(T) specimens in fracture assessments of pressurized pipes and cylindrical vessels.  相似文献

双目立体视觉中在对物体进行三维测量或精准定位时,需要对摄像机进行标定以获得其内外参数。研究径向畸变摄像机模型,构造了基于一阶径向畸变(RAC)算法的双目摄像机内外参数线性求解公式。考虑侧倾角、旋转角、俯仰角以及透镜的主要畸变因素,修正了传统RAC标定法中只考虑径向畸变、部分参数需要先验值的缺陷。利用标定所得内、外参数进行了多位姿双目摄像机三维重构实验。实验结果表明,该标定方法重投影误差分布在[-0.3,0.3],动态识别结果与实际运行轨迹重合率为96%,对降低双目立体视觉三维测量误差率有积极性影响。  相似文献

A multizone/multiblock coupled RANS equation solver is presented to numerically simulate the viscous flow around an appended submarine model at Reynolds number 1. E7. k-ε two equation turbulenc model together with wall function are used. The resulting finite difference equations are solved by SIMPLEC, ADI. The technique of rising up the bottom surface is presented to overcome radial contraction problem in Cartesian coordinate system. Benchmark numerical calculations have been compared with experimental data, the radial distribution of axial velocity on the propeller disk plane is 4. 63%.  相似文献

磨削加工工艺成本很高,磨削用量的选择意义重大。分析磨削用量及其对加工精度和生产率的影响,针对外圆磨削用量的选择,建立了以磨削多工序成本组成的工艺成本最低为目标的磨削参数优化模型。该模型以表面粗糙度、磨削工件刚度、磨床功率、磨床参数、磨削余量作为约束条件,以磨削余量、纵向进给量、横向进给量3个磨削参数为优化变量。以某型号电机轴为应用案例,运用MATLAB语言对其磨削参数进行了优化求解,与根据磨削手册和经验选择的磨削参数进行比较表明:优化后的外圆磨削工艺成本可降低近18%,从而验证了模型的有效性。  相似文献

Extensive finite element analyses have been conducted to obtain solutions of the A-term, which is the second parameter in three-term elastic-plastic asymptotic expansion, for test specimens. Three mode I crack plane-strain test specimens, i.e. single edge cracked plate (SECP), center cracked plate (CCP) and double edge cracked plate (DECP) were studied. The crack geometries analyzed included shallow to deep cracks. Solutions of A-term were obtained for material following the Ramberg-Osgood power law with hardening exponent of n = 3, 4, 5, 7 and 10. Remote tension loading was applied which covers from small-scale to large-scale yielding. Based on the finite element results, empirical equations to predict the A-terms under small-scale yielding (SSY) to large-scale yielding conditions were developed. In addition, by using the relationships between A and other commonly used second fracture parameters such as Q factor and A2-term, the present solutions can be used to calculate parameters A2 and Q as well. The results presented in the paper are suitable to calculate the second elastic-plastic fracture parameters for test specimens for a wide range of crack geometries, material strain hardening behaviors and loading conditions.  相似文献

To enable packaging machinery manufacturers to compete at an international level, it is necessary to introduce them to more advanced design methods and technologies. For years, the evolution of packaging machinery has relied heavily on trial‐and‐error methods. The demands for continual increases in the performance capabilities of the machines, escalating legislation, environmental directives and changes in the characteristics of the product require rapid development of existing machine designs and the creation of new machines. This paper discusses the needs of SME packaging machinery manufacturers and identifies their requirements for methods in support of the design and redesign of packaging machinery. The need to identify, capture and manipulate design knowledge is critical for SMEs, where all too often design records are incomplete. Furthermore, a systems modelling approach that provides for support over the conceptual, embodiment and detailed design phases is essential for the rapid and effective development of designs. In order to meet these requirements, a methodology is proposed which incorporates ‘constraint modelling’ techniques. The methodology provides for experimental investigation and computer‐based modelling, which together aid the designer in gaining a fundamental understanding of the design problem. This enables the identification and representation of design knowledge, the determination of the limitations of an existing design, the evaluation of alternative designs and redesign strategies, as well as the embodiment, refinement and optimization of design solutions. The theory of ‘constraint modelling’ is discussed and the various phases of the methodology described. In order to develop mass customization, many companies use configuration software to customize their products. Although many studies already exist about Product Configuration, Requirements and Process Configuration have not been studied in detail. As all these three aspects must be considered for mass customization, the aim of this paper is to show how Product Configuration, when considered as a constraint satisfaction problem, can be extended upstream towards Requirements Configuration and downstream towards Process Configuration. Product Configuration basics are first reviewed thanks to a constraint based approach, and an analysis of industrial configuration situations is done in order to clarify mass customization needs in terms of configuration. Then upstream Requirements Configuration and downstream Process Configuration are defined and generic models are proposed. It is shown that the proposed elements allow a global and consistent flow of configuration activities. A detailed example illustrates the different configuration problems and a discussion terminates the paper.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the supply chain configuration problem (SCCP) under resource constraints. We present a new modeling framework based on multi-mode resource-constrained project scheduling (MRCPSP) for configuring the supply chain subject to explicit resource constraints. It establishes a bridge between the areas of project scheduling and supply chain design. Our model is also able to handle additional practical issues such as quality level requirements and general temporal constraints, which are often encountered in the real world. A constraint programming (CP) based solution approach is proposed and implemented in our case study. Conclusions and future research directions are discussed.  相似文献
