组呼作为专有通信系统中的特有功能,在公共服务、生产活动等领域具有重要的现实意义.通过对组呼功能的分析和研究,提出了基于SIP信令协议的IP组呼模型;针对专有通信系统中的调度要求及组呼特性,采用多种机制完善了组呼的实现;最后给出了系统的设计方案,具体说明了组呼的实现流程.该方案克服了原有组呼方式的缺陷,具有更好的实用性.  相似文献

介绍了一种日常参数智能控制器的研制及研制过程中的几个重要问题的解决方法。特别是用于城市照明及美化城市的彩灯的开、关时间智能控制方面,给出了依据当地绝对时间、经度、纬度进行昼夜时间计算的方法,使之在不接光电传感器情况下可跟踪季节的昼夜变化。控制系统采用89C2051单片机,配有时钟日历芯片DS12887,系统体积小、功能强、可靠性高。  相似文献

火力发电厂在我国电力工业中占有主要地位,大型火电单元机组的协调控制对象是一个多变量、强耦合的控制对象,针对此对象设计合适的解耦控制器是急需解决的问题.本文结合以1000MW机组作为具体模型,分别采用常规PID协调控制方式和参数自整定模糊PID解耦协调控制方式对全工况下的协调控制系统进行仿真研究,在线对PID参数进行整定,通过仿真结果进一步比较,可以看出,该方法可以很好的对单元机组协调系统进行控制,并能使控制系统的性能得到完善.  相似文献

This paper presents an adaptive Hopfield neural network (AHNN) based methodology, where the slope of the activation function is adjusted, for finding approximate Pareto solutions for the multi-objective optimization problem of emission and economic load dispatch (EELD). We have placed emphasis on finding solutions quickly, rather than the global Pareto solutions, so that our algorithm can be employed in large on-line power systems where variations in load are quite frequent. To enable faster convergence, adaptive learning rates have been developed by using energy function and applied to the slope adjustment method. The proposed algorithm has been tested on selected IEEE bus benchmark systems. The convergence of AHNN is found to be nearly 50% faster than the non-adaptive version.  相似文献

Process of optimizing coordinated control is divided into two stages.At the first stage,the study improves a robust optimal control model of single-point intersection to optimize cycle and split.At the second stage,the study combines all links with intersections of arterial road as a complete system,and applies cell transmission model to simulate traffic flow on urban signalized arterial road.We propose a coordinated control model based on the platform to optimize offset between adjacent intersections.Genetic algorithm is executed by MATLAB to solve the model.The performance evaluations show that the model not only effectively reduces average delay and stopping rate of vehicles on arterial road and largely enhances traffic capacity of arterial road,but also lowers the sensitivity of signal control for flow fluctuations.  相似文献

Economic dispatch is carried out at the energy control center to find out the optimal output of thermal generating units such that power balance criterion is met, unit operating limits are satisfied and the fuel cost is minimized. With growing environmental awareness and strict government regulations throughout the world, it has become essential to optimize not only the total fuel cost but also the harmful emissions, both, under static as well as dynamic conditions. The static environment economic dispatch finds the optimal output of generating units for a fixed load demand at a given time, while the dynamic environmental economic dispatch schedules the output of online generators with changing power demands over a certain time period (normally one day) so as to minimize these two conflicting objectives, simultaneously. In this paper, the price penalty factor approach is employed for simultaneous minimization of cost and emission. The generator ramp rate constraints, non-convex and discontinuous nature of cost function and the large number of generators in practical power plants, make this problem very difficult to solve. Here, a fuzzy ranking approach is employed to identify the solution which offers the best compromise between cost and emission objectives.  相似文献

This paper presents a distributed adaptive coordinated control method for multiple robot arms grasping a common object. The cases of rigid contact and rolling contact are analyzed. In the proposed controller, the dynamic parameters of both object and robot arms are estimated adaptively. The desired motions of the robot arms are generated by an estimated object reference model. The control method requires only the measurements of the positions and velocities of the object and robot arms, but not the measurements of forces and moments at contact points. The asymptotic convergence of trajectory is proven by the Lyapunov-like Lemma. Experiments involving two robot arms handling a common object are shown.  相似文献

为解决电力系统中存在的多种时间尺度下经济调度和发电控制的协同问题,即长时间尺度下优化,短时间尺度下优化和实时控制的问题,本文提出了一种统一时间尺度的实时经济发电调度和控制框架,并为该框架提出了懒惰强化学习方法(Lazy reinforcement learning,LRL).该方法将懒惰控制器引入以人工社会——计算实验——平行执行和社会系统为基础的强化学习中,使得机组组合,经济调度,自动发电控制和发电命令调配的问题有机结合在一起,取代过去传统的发电控制框架.为了减少仿真所需的真实时间,平行系统包含多个虚拟系统和一个真实系统.仿真实验比较了懒惰学习算法,松弛人工网络以及4608种组合常规发电控制算法在IEEE新英格兰10机39节点仿真系统的控制效果.实验表明,懒惰强化学习方法的控制效果最优.仿真结果验证了懒惰强化学习方法在基于ACP和社会系统的REG框架下具有有效性和可行性.  相似文献

This paper presents a coordinated reverse logistics (CRL) management system for the treatment of multi-source hazardous wastes in a given region, in this case, a specific high-technology manufacturing zone. A linear multi-objective analytical model is formulated that systematically minimizes both the total reverse logistics operating costs and corresponding risks. In addition to inter-organizational logistics operating factors, environmental concerns are considered and formulated as corresponding risk-related constraints. Using the proposed model, results of numerical studies indicate that when the aspect of risk-induced penalties is not considered, the operational costs of regional hazardous-waste management can be efficiently reduced by 58%, compared to the existing operational costs at the study site. In addition, it is also observed that the corresponding weight associated with the risk-induced objective function embedded in the proposed model seems to have a significant effect on the CRL costs.  相似文献
