This paper addresses consensus problems for discrete-time multi-agent systems with time-varying delays and switching interaction topologies and provides a class of effective consensus protocols that are built on repeatedly using the same state information at two time-steps. We show that those protocols can solve consensus problems under milder conditions than the popular consensus algorithm proposed by Jadbabaie et al., specifically, the presented protocols allow for the case that agents can only use delayed information of themselves, whereas the popular one is invalid. It is proved that if the union of the interaction topologies across the time interval with some given length always has a spanning tree, then in the presence of bounded time-varying delays, those protocols solve consensus problems.  相似文献

This paper deals with the efficient on-line calculation of supervisory controls for discrete event systems (DES's) in the framework of limited lookahead control policies (or LLPs) that we introduced in previous papers. In the LLP scheme, the control action after a given trace of events has been executed is calculated on-line on the basis of anN-step ahead projection of the behavior of the DES. To compute these controls, one must calculate after the execution of each event the supremal controllable sublanguage of a finite language with respect to another finite larger language. In our previous work, we showed how the required supremal controllable sublanguage calculation can be performed by using a backward dynamic programming algorithm over the nodes of the tree representation of these two languages. In this paper, we pursue the same approach for the calculation of LLP controls, but instead we adopt a forward calculation procedure over theN-level tree of interest. This forward procedure improves upon previous work by avoiding the explicit consideration of all the nodes of theN-level tree, while still permitting tree-to-tree recursiveness as enabled events are executed by the system. The forward search ends whenever a control decision can be made unambiguously or whenever the boundary of theN-level tree is reached, whichever comes first. This motivates the name Variable Lookahead Policy (or VLP) for this implementation of the LLP supervisory control scheme. This paper presents a general VLP algorithm and studies the properties of several special cases of it. The paper also discusses the implementation of the VLP algorithms and presents computational results regarding the application of these algorithms to a time-varying DES.  相似文献

多轮轮毂电机运行参数具有不确定性,因此难以精准计算电机协调控制量,所以设计基于PID神经网络的多轮轮毂电机协调控制方法。搭建多轮轮毂电机数学模型,在该模型下实时采集多轮轮毂电机转速、位置等运行参数,并计算电机协调控制量。装设PID神经网络协调控制器,利用PID神经网络算法生成协调控制指令,从转速、转矩等方面实现多轮轮毂电机的协调控制。测试结果表明,在所提方法的协调控制下,多轮轮毂电机在空载和负载工况下的转矩控制误差降低了21.25r/min和25.7r/min,转矩控制误差降低了6.55N·m和17.45N·m,电机运行平衡度有所提升,多轮轮毂电机协调控制效果更好。  相似文献

A number of companies utilise end-of-use products (i.e. cores) for remanufacturing or recycling. An adequate supply of cores is needed for such activities. Establishing a purchasing policy for cores, over a finite planning horizon, requires multi-step ahead forecasts. Such forecasts are complicated by the fact that the number of cores in any future period depends upon previous sales and recent returns of the product. Distributed lag models have been used to capture this dependency for single-period ahead forecasts. We develop an approach to use distributed lag models to make multi-period ahead forecasts of net demand (i.e. demand minus returns), and investigate the cost implications, at a prescribed service level, of using such forecasts to purchase cores on a rolling horizon basis. Our results indicate that the effects of errors in the sales forecasts are negligible if sales follow an autoregressive pattern but are substantial when sales are more random. Dynamic estimation of the parameters in a rolling horizon environment yielded the most cost savings at high prescribed service levels (i.e. >0.95). Collectively, our results demonstrate the conditions in which companies can best leverage the dynamic nature of distributed lag models to reduce the acquisition costs over a finite horizon.  相似文献

Recently, there has been a growing literature on biologically inspired algorithms, particularly genetic algorithms and genetic programming, applied to supply chain modelling and inventory control optimisation. Due to the rigidity of the genetic algorithms approach, it is difficult to change the underlying model logic and add richness to the supply chain. While genetic programming provides a more flexible approach than that provided by genetic algorithms, to date its application has been limited to small supply chain modelling problems in relation to optimal inventory policies. This research applies Grammatical Evolution, a relatively new biologically inspired algorithm, to the field of supply chain optimisation, employing human readable rules called grammars. These grammars provide a single mechanism to describe a variety of complex structures and can incorporate the domain knowledge of the practitioner to bias the algorithm towards regions of the search space containing better solutions. Results are presented showing Grammatical Evolution is at least competitive in cost terms, and superior in flexibility, with these methods applicable to any supply chain of the serial or distribution type. Furthermore, Grammatical Evolution shows an adaptive ability that augurs well for supply chains in dynamic environments, such as disruption.  相似文献

Polyethylene glycols (PEGs) have been extensively studied as phase change materials (PCMs). To overcome the problem of liquid leakage, the authors firstly report a novel form‐stable phase change material (FSPCM) using coordination compound. The structure, morphology, thermal property, and thermal stability of the self‐prepared samples are determined. The obtained results confirm the existence of coordination bonds between PEG and Ca2+ species, and no liquid leakage is observed for the synthesized PEG–CaCl2 composites at temperatures as high as 120 °C. The PEG8000–CaCl2 (1:2) FSPCM exhibits a relatively large latent heat of 147.7 J g?1, corresponding to 87.8% of that of pure PEG. From the dynamical viewpoint, the activation energy of crystallization process is increased by only 5.2% for the PEG8000–CaCl2 composite due to the formation of coordination bonds; however, the activation energy is reduced by 18.3% during melting process. After adding 3 wt% conductive carbon black, the heat storage performance of the PEG phase change material can be optimized. The PEG‐CaCl2 composite would be a promising material for thermal energy storage applications and can be used in various engineering fields.

Manganese sulfide (MnS) with high specific capacitance and low-cost merits, has been investigated as a potential electroactive material for supercapacitor. However, in practical application, MnS has been suffering from some disadvantageous issues such as insufficient electrical conductivity, serious particle agglomeration as well as huge volume change during continuous charges and discharges, which resulted in a limited specific capacitance, shortened working life and inferior rate performance. Engineering electrode materials with controlled nanostructure and composition is pivotal to improve electrichemical performance of supercapacitors. This paper introduces a facile in situ sulfuration method to fabricate MnS/NSC composite with Mn-hexamethylene tetramine coordination framework as precursor. The results indicated that MnS nanoparticles were highly dispersed and incorporated into nitrogen, sulfur-doped carbon microsheets in MnS/NSC composite. Carbon matrix effectively dispersed and confined the MnS nanoparticles, thus inhibiting aggregation, relieving volume change and retaining structural integrity. Moreover, the 2D conductive carbon matrix reduced the diffusion distance for ions and ensured fast electron delivery. As a result, MnS/NSC electrode delivered a tremendously boosted electrochemical performance for supercapacitor. A large capacitance value about 1881.8F/g was achieved at 1A/g. Even cycling for 3000 loops at 40 A/g, MnS/NSC electrode retained a large capacitance of 404.3F/g. Furthermore, an asymmetric capacitor based on assembly of MnS/NSC composite cathode and activated carbon anode was fabricated. As tested under a current density of 0.1 A/g, it delivered a capacitance of ~ 110.1F/g and achieved an energy density of 12.4 Wh kg?1 along with a power density of 3.03 kW kg?1. These results demonstrate the potential utilization of MnS/NSC composite as electrodes for energy conversion and storage devices and open up a route for material design for future energy storage devices.  相似文献

This paper introduces an analytical method for approximating the performance of a firm real-time system consisting of a number of parallel infinite-capacity single-server queues. The service discipline for the individual queues is earliest-deadline-first (EDF). Real-time jobs with exponentially distributed relative deadlines arrive according to a Poisson process. Jobs either all have deadlines until the beginning of service or deadlines until the end of service. Upon arrival, a job joins a queue according to a state-dependent stationary policy, where the state of the system is the number of jobs in each queue. Migration among the queues is not allowed. An important performance measure to consider is the overall loss probability of the system. The system is approximated by a Markovian model in the long run. The resulting model can then be solved analytically using standard Markovian solution techniques. Comparing numerical and simulation results for at least three different stationary policies, we find that the existing errors are relatively small.  相似文献
