针对周期性纺织品存在的拉伸变形问题,提出结合模板校正与低秩分解的纺织品瑕疵检测方法.首先对原图像进行模板校正,减少图像拉伸变形对检测结果的影响.然后提出低秩校正分解模型,包含低秩项、稀疏项和校正项,通过交替方向法优化求解,生成低秩矩阵和稀疏矩阵.最后利用最优阈值分割算法,分割由稀疏矩阵产生的显著图,完成瑕疵检测.在标准数据库上的实验表明,文中方法的查全率有所提高.  相似文献

This paper applies fuzzy SDT (signal detection theory) techniques, which combine fuzzy logic and conventional SDT, to empirical data. Two studies involving detection of aircraft conflicts in air traffic control (ATC) were analysed using both conventional and fuzzy SDT. Study 1 used data from a preliminary field evaluation of an automated conflict probe system, the User Request Evaluation Tool (URET). The second study used data from a laboratory controller-in-the-loop simulation of Free Flight conditions. Instead of assigning each potential conflict event as a signal (conflict) or non-signal, each event was defined as a signal (conflict) to some fuzzy degree between 0 and 1 by mapping distance into the range [0, 1]. Each event was also given a fuzzy membership, [0, 1], in the set ‘response’, based on the perceived probability of a conflict or on the colour-coded alert severity. Fuzzy SDT generally reduced the computed false alarm rate for both the human and machine conflict systems, partly because conflicts just outside the conflict criterion used in conventional SDT, were defined by fuzzy SDT as a signal worthy of some attention. The results illustrate the potential of fuzzy SDT to provide, especially in exploratory data analysis, a more complete picture of performance in aircraft conflict detection and many other applications. Alternative analytic methods also using fuzzy SDT concepts are discussed.  相似文献

Commensal Escherichia coli are commonly utilized for investigating the genetic and biochemical requirements of microorganisms, and have served in a wide variety of applications. Pathogenic E. coli known as Shiga toxin (Stx)-producing E. coli (STEC) are associated with various food products including ground beef. These pathogens are present in a wide range of environments, and have caused numerous foodborne outbreaks and recalls. These outbreaks and the increased awareness of STEC have led to certain STEC serotypes to be declared adulterants in non-intact raw meat. Various STEC detection methods have been investigated, and numerous cultural and molecular-based detection methods continue to be modified to meet regulatory requirements. However, STEC serotypes may possess certain characteristics that lead to bias in the likelihood of a certain serotype being detected in an assay. Understanding the characteristics of these STEC serotypes will provide means for optimizing the detection platforms, and as a result limit foodborne illness and recalls caused by STEC due to enhanced cultural and molecular detection capabilities.  相似文献

本文将乳制品经酸水解后,利用乙醇-乙醚-石油醚提取脂肪酸,在碱性条件下进行甲基化反应,用气相色谱-质谱法测定出添加的7种脂肪酸类营养强化剂。本检测方法前处理简单快捷,易于操作,方法重现性良好,其RSD可达0.82%~1.78%;回收率可达89.9%~103.6%;灵敏度高,检测限为0.1 mg/kg。  相似文献

针对晋华宫矿14#层5705巷这一近距离煤巷支护困难的问题,利用钻孔摄像仪对其松动圈分布情况进行了实测,分析研究了现有支护方案存在的问题。基于松动圈支护理论进行了设计,通过在巷道顶角施加角锚杆,减小作用在剪切面上的剪应力,增加剪切面上的正应力,抑制了顶角剪切破坏的出现,增强了支护的整体性。实践结果表明,巷道开挖22 m后达到稳定状态,两帮收敛15.3mm,顶板下沉量8.0 mm,没有明显的底鼓,取得了良好的支护效果。  相似文献

This study provides an overview and criteria for the selection of a method, other than the reference method, for microbial analysis of foods. In a first part an overview of the general characteristics of rapid methods available, both for enumeration and detection, is given with reference to relevant bibliography. Perspectives on future development and the potential of the rapid method for routine application in food diagnostics are discussed. As various alternative “rapid” methods in different formats are available on the market, it can be very difficult for a food business operator or for a control authority to select the most appropriate method which fits its purpose. Validation of a method by a third party, according to international accepted protocol based upon ISO 16140, may increase the confidence in the performance of a method. A list of at the moment validated methods for enumeration of both utility indicators (aerobic plate count) and hygiene indicators (Enterobacteriaceae, Escherichia coli, coagulase positive Staphylococcus) as well as for detection of the four major pathogens (Salmonella spp., Listeria monocytogenes, E. coli O157 and Campylobacter spp.) is included with reference to relevant websites to check for updates. In a second part of this study, selection criteria are introduced to underpin the choice of the appropriate method(s) for a defined application. The selection criteria link the definition of the context in which the user of the method functions – and thus the prospective use of the microbial test results – with the technical information on the method and its operational requirements and sustainability. The selection criteria can help the end user of the method to obtain a systematic insight into all relevant factors to be taken into account for selection of a method for microbial analysis.  相似文献

The automatic detection and counting of vehicle occupants is a challenging research problem that was given little attention until recently. An automated vehicle-occupant-counting system would greatly facilitate the operation of freeway lanes reserved for car pools (high occupancy vehicle lanes or HOV lanes). There are three major aspects of this problem: (a) the imaging aspect (sensor phenomenology), (b) the pattern recognition aspect, and (c) the system architecture aspect. In this paper, we present a solution to the imaging aspect of the problem. We propose a novel system based on fusion of near-infrared imaging signals and we demonstrate its adequacy with theoretical and experimental arguments. We also compare our solution to other possible solutions across the electromagnetic spectrum, particularly in the thermal infrared and visible regions.  相似文献
