在部队通信服务问题的研究中,数据链仿真是数据链武器装备论证的重要研究内容和方法,对军队数据链建设具有重要意义.以美军现役战术数据链Link-16为背景,比较分析了数据链系统的四类信息传输方式,为提高抗干扰性能,介绍了主要的抗干扰技术.利用Simulink软件对数据链系统建立了链路仿真平台,重点构建了直序扩频模块和跳频模块,对在加性高斯白噪声和莱斯衰落影响下的信号传输进行了仿真并进行了抗干扰性能分析.通过仿真与分析可以看出,RS编码、直序扩频、跳频等技术保证了Link-16数据链的高抗干扰性能,使其满足军用通信要求. 相似文献

演化测试是一种有效的测试用例自动生成技术。它将测试用例的生成的过程转化为一个利用遗传算法进行数值优化的问题,可以自动生成高质量的测试用例。目前,演化测试技术已经在许多测试领域被广泛地研究。研究发现,演化测试过程中无效解和局部最优解的存在扰乱了演化正常进行,降低了演化测试的性能。针对演化测试中存在的问题,提出基于惩罚函数的适应值函数F(x),对无效解和局部最优解进行惩罚,有助于演化过程中根据适应值选择更合适的个体进行遗传操作,提高演化测试的性能。实验结果表明,F(x)有效降低了无效解和局部最优解的适应值,提高了演化测试的性能。 相似文献

All‐solution processed, high‐performance wearable strain sensors are demonstrated using heterostructure nanocrystal (NC) solids. By incorporating insulating artificial atoms of CdSe quantum dot NCs into metallic artificial atoms of Au NC thin film matrix, metal–insulator heterostructures are designed. This hybrid structure results in a shift close to the percolation threshold, modifying the charge transport mechanism and enhancing sensitivity in accordance with the site percolation theory. The number of electrical pathways is also manipulated by creating nanocracks to further increase its sensitivity, inspired from the bond percolation theory. The combination of the two strategies achieves gauge factor up to 5045, the highest sensitivity recorded among NC‐based strain gauges. These strain sensors show high reliability, durability, frequency stability, and negligible hysteresis. The fundamental charge transport behavior of these NC solids is investigated and the combined site and bond percolation theory is developed to illuminate the origin of their enhanced sensitivity. Finally, all NC‐based and solution‐processed strain gauge sensor arrays are fabricated, which effectively measure the motion of each finger joint, the pulse of heart rate, and the movement of vocal cords of human. The momentum exchange between the phases plays a vital role in modelling of gas–solid flows and it is mathematically described by drag models. However, no consensus exists on which drag model gives the most accurate prediction of the drag force, and, despite the increase in available computing power, the same drag models are used in two-dimensional and three-dimensional simulations. In this study, direct numerical simulations of gas flow through multiple random configurations of static monodisperse particles are performed. The variations of solid volume fraction and particle Reynolds number are in the ranges of 0.05–0.4 and 13.7–136.9, respectively. The drag force exerted on particles is calculated and properly averaged. Based on the simulation results, thirteen drag models are compared and correction factors are introduced using the stochastic gradient descent algorithm. The correction factors provide a simple adjustment for the models to be used in 2D modelling. 相似文献

Abstract— Non‐volatile memory effects of an all‐solution‐processed oxide thin‐film transistor (TFT) with ZnO nanoparticles (NPs) as the charge‐trapping layer are reported. The device was fabricated by using a soluble MgInZnO active channel on a ZrHfOx gate dielectric. ZnO NPs were used as the charge‐trapping site at the gate‐insulator—channel interface, and Al was used for source and drain electrodes. Transfer characteristics of the device showed a large clockwise hysteresis, which can be used to demonstrate its memory function due to electron trapping in the ZnO NP charge‐trapping layer. This memory effect has the potential to be utilized as a memory application on displays and disposable electronics. 相似文献

Since 1999, the National Commission for the Knowledge and Use of the Biodiversity (CONABIO) in Mexico has been developing and managing the “Operational program for the detection of hot-spots using remote sensing techniques”. This program uses images from the MODerate resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) onboard the Terra and Aqua satellites and from the Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA-AVHRR), which are operationally received through the Direct Readout station (DR) at CONABIO. This allows the near-real time monitoring of fire events in Mexico and Central America. In addition to the detection of active fires, the location of hot spots are classified with respect to vegetation types, accessibility, and risk to Nature Protection Areas (NPA). Besides the fast detection of fires, further analysis is necessary due to the considerable effects of forest fires on biodiversity and human life. This fire impact assessment is crucial to support the needs of resource managers and policy makers for adequate fire recovery and restoration actions. CONABIO attempts to meet these requirements, providing post-fire assessment products as part of the management system in particular for satellite-based burnt area mapping. This paper provides an overview of the main components of the operational system and will present an outlook to future activities and system improvements, especially the development of a burnt area product.
