温度控制的精度和稳定性是孵化机系统急需解决的关键技术,系统中的被控对象不能建立精确的数学模型。为了提高温度控制精度和稳定性,采用模糊控制方法设计模糊控制器并通过Matlab进行仿真。对模糊规则的仿真说明规则较合理,对系统的仿真表明模糊控制器超调量较小,调节时间大约为20秒,系统稳定。  相似文献

Emergency planning is an ongoing activity in which a multidisciplinary group of experts intermittently collaborate to define the most appropriate response to risks. One of the most important tasks of emergency planning is the review of plans as a way of maintaining, refining, and improving them. This review of plans is based on exchanging knowledge and experiences in order to take into account different perspectives and generate alternative solutions. An exploratory case study carried out within municipal organizations has disclosed how the application of rigid plan reviewing practices hinders team creativity and, consequently, effective decision-making. This paper presents a computer-based collaborative environment aimed at supporting unstructured team discussion during the post-hoc review of emergency plan. This collaborative environment allows emergency planning team members to share their view in a free manner by interacting with user interface components distributed across several input and output dimensions. The usage of the environment has proved how the application of new interactive technologies can create more dynamic work settings, fostering team creativity.  相似文献

The phenomenon of drop spreading is important to several process engineering applications. In the present work, numerical simulations of the dynamics of drop impact and spreading on horizontal and inclined surfaces were carried out using the volume of fluid (VOF) method. For the horizontal surfaces, the dynamics of impact and spreading of glycerin drops on wax and glass surfaces was investigated for which the experimental measurements were available [Šikalo, Š., Tropea, C., Ganic, E.N., 2005a. Journal of Colloid and Interface Science 286, 661-669]. The influence of surface wetting characteristics was investigated by using static contact angle (SCA) and dynamic contact angle (DCA) models. The dynamics of drop impact and spreading on inclined surfaces and the different regimes of drop impact and spreading process were also investigated. In particular, the effects of surface inclination, surface wetting characteristics, liquid properties and impact velocity on the dynamics of drop impact and spreading were investigated numerically and the results were verified experimentally. It was found that the SCA model can predict the drop impact and spreading behavior in quantitative agreement with the experiments for less wettable surfaces (SCA>90°). However, for more wettable surfaces (SCA<90°), the DCA observed at initial contact times were order of magnitude higher than SCA values and therefore the DCA model is needed for the accurate prediction of the spreading behavior.  相似文献

通过水解缩聚法制备含有不同苯基含量的超支化聚硅氧烷,探究苯基的引入对超支化聚合物在CO2中溶解性能的影响。浊点压力测试得出苯基的引入在超支化结构中对聚合物在CO2中的溶解度影响不大,超支化聚合物中苯基含量的增加没有导致浊点压力的明显升高,有望实现作为CO2增稠剂兼具较好的溶解度和增稠性能。分子模拟计算分析了超支化聚硅氧烷和直链聚硅氧烷与CO2分子间的相互作用以及超支化聚硅氧烷分子间的相互作用,发现含苯基的超支化聚硅氧烷具有更低的内聚能密度(CED)和溶解度参数(δ),表现出更弱的聚合物分子间相互作用,有利于超支化有机硅氧烷在CO2体系中的溶解。  相似文献

Continuous-velocity lattice gas cellular automata (CVLGA) is extended to miscible binary fluid systems. A new parameter is introduced in order to control the diffusivity of the fluids. The correlation between the diffusivity and the new parameter proves that there exists the maximum value of the diffusivity. Quantitative verifications of the model are carried out with numerical simulations of the diffusion phenomena across a falling fluid film. The model is then applied to the simulations of Rayleigh-Taylor instability during the gravitational mixing phenomena. The qualitative tendency of the growth of the interface instability is the same as that obtained in conventional numerical methods.  相似文献

运用简化的硬球模型模拟垂直管道中的塞状流. 固相行为通过跟踪离散颗粒的运动轨迹处理,气相运动由局部平均的Navier–Stokes方程处理,气固两相间的耦合作用服从牛顿第三定律. 每个颗粒的运动过程被分解为颗粒间相互碰撞的过程及流体对其悬浮的过程. 该模型定性地模拟了垂直管道中的塞状流,即在细而长的管道中,颗粒形成沿管道运动的塞状物,且塞状物的运动速度独立于塞状物的长度,但随着气体速度的增加而增加.  相似文献

在面向过程的陶瓷膜材料设计理论模型的基础上,以TS-1钛硅分子筛悬浮液固液分离为应用体系,计算了陶瓷膜分离过程的操作条件与渗透性能的关系,与实验结果有良好的一致性.计算表明,对于平均粒径为290 nm的钛硅分子筛体系,陶瓷膜存在最优孔径区间(200~300 nm),使膜保持高渗透通量.孔径小于200 nm时膜通量随孔径增大而增大,孔径大于300 nm时膜通量随孔径增大而减小;采用孔径为200 nm的陶瓷膜过滤钛硅分子筛,渗透通量随时间的变化关系与模型预测结果一致,稳定通量达到800 L/(m2.h).  相似文献

A new approach to the computation of entropy-related properties of fluids has been pre-sented.Application of the new technique to hard sphere fluids shows that it is capable of providingreliable estimates of such properties as the chemical potential and Helmholtz free energy,even athigh density where other existing methods are hardly applicable.The chemical potential of an infinitedilute component in hard sphere systems has been estimated,and compared with that calculated fromthe Carnahan-Starling equation.  相似文献

A mathematical modei of two-dimensional turbulent gas-particle twophase flow based on the modified diffusion flux modei (DFM) and a numerical simulation method to analyze the gas-particle flow structures are developed. The modified diffusion flux modei, in which the acceleration due to various forces is taken into account for the calculation of the diffusion velocity of particles, is applicable to the analysis of multi-dimensional gas-particle two-phase turbulent flow. In order to verify its accuracy and efficiency, the numerical simulation by DFM is compared with experimental studies and the prediction by k-ε-kp two-fluid modei, which shows a reasonable agreement. It is confirmed that the modified diffusion flux modei is suitable for simulating the multi-dimensional gas-particle two-phase flow.  相似文献
