To investigate the evaluation method of hydrogen compatibility of A286 superalloy in high pressure hydrogen gas, SSRT tests of hydrogen-charged specimens were conducted at ambient temperature at various strain rates. The relative reduction in area (RRA), one of the ductility parameters, was determined. The hydrogen content in the hydrogen-charged specimen was the same as the equilibrium hydrogen content on the specimen surface at 150 °C in 70 MPa hydrogen gas. The strain rate dependence of RRA was smaller than that of RRA obtained in 70 MPa hydrogen gas at 150 °C. All the hydrogen-charged specimens showed slip-plane fractures in the grains in their cores. However, the specimens in 70 MPa hydrogen gas at 150 °C showed fracture surfaces morphology ranging from dimples to quasi-cleavages and intergranular fractures with decreasing strain rate. These dissimilarities are expected to arise from differences in the hydrogen concentration behaviors of the specimens during the deformation process. 相似文献

A numerical method was developed for optimising solar–hydrogen energy system to supply renewable energy for typical household connected with the grid. The considered case study involved household located in Diyala Governorate, Iraq. The solar–hydrogen energy system was designed to meet the desired electrical load and increase the renewable energy fraction using optimum fuel cell capacity. The simulation process was conducted by MATLAB based on the experimental data for electrical load, solar radiation and ambient temperature at a 1-min time-step resolution. Results demonstrated that the optimum fuel cell capacity was approximately 2.25 kW at 1.8 kW photovoltaic power system based on the average of the daily energy consumption of 6.8 kWh. The yearly renewable energy fraction increased from 31.82% to 95.82% due to the integration of the photovoltaic system with a 2.25 kW fuel cell used as a robust energy storage unit. In addition, the energy supply, which is the economic aspect for the optimum system, levelised electricity cost by approximately $0.195/kWh. The obtained results showed that the proposed numerical analysis methodology offers a distinctive property that can be used effectively to optimise hybrid renewable energy systems. 相似文献

The SrS:HoF3 Electroluminescent (EL) thin films are prepared at the different substrate temperature by electron beam evaporation. The crystallinity and EL characteristics of the samples are analyzed. It is found that the main diffraction peak is (200) at the higher substrate temperature and the main diffraction peak is (111) at the lower substrate temperature. The blue emission intensity and EL brightness of the SrS∶HoF3 thin films increase with the increase of the substrate temperature. Annealing the samples can change the cyrstal phase and strengthen the blue emission of EL thin film. 相似文献

Abstract— We report on recent technological progress in black‐dielectric electroluminescent (BDEL) displays. Fabrication of the first monochrome BDEL 160 × 80‐pixel 4‐in. displays driven with commercial low‐power (<5 W) drive circuitry is presented. Preliminary results on blue‐dielectric EL full‐color displays are also reported.
