Development of a robot assisted carotid blood flow measurement system

The ultrasound diagnosis of the carotid artery is one of the most common non-invasive methods to detect early stage heart and cerebrovascular diseases. However, the precision and repetitiveness of the probe positioning depend exclusively on the operator's skills and dexterity. For this purpose, we propose the development of a robot assisted system to enhance the accuracy and repetitiveness of the probe positioning to measure the wave intensity (WI) index. In this paper, the Waseda-Tokyo Women's Medical-Aloka Blood Flow Measurement Robot System No. 2 Refined (WTA-2R) is presented. The WTA-2R consists of a conventional ultrasound diagnosis system, a 6-DOFs parallel link slave manipulator, a 6-DOFs serial link passive arm, and a master device. Experiments were carried out to verify its effectiveness in terms of accuracy and required time to perform the task. From the experimental results, the positioning accuracy and reduction of required time were confirmed.

医疗信息化的广泛应用使得数据急速增长,传统的医院信息的存储方案已不能满足对大型医疗信息数据的存储要求.采用高可靠性备份系统保证数据的安全性,采用“2＋2”集群模式保证关键业务的容灾性.通过实践证明,高可靠性高可用的存储方案在医疗信息化起到了重大的作用.     

Global structure constrained local shape prior estimation for medical image segmentation

Organ shape plays an important role in clinical diagnosis, surgical planning and treatment evaluation. Shape modeling is a critical factor affecting the performance of deformable model based segmentation methods for organ shape extraction. In most existing works, shape modeling is completed in the original shape space, with the presence of outliers. In addition, the specificity of the patient was not taken into account. This paper proposes a novel target-oriented shape prior model to deal with these two problems in a unified framework. The proposed method measures the intrinsic similarity between the target shape and the training shapes on an embedded manifold by manifold learning techniques. With this approach, shapes in the training set can be selected according to their intrinsic similarity to the target image. With more accurate shape guidance, an optimized search is performed by a deformable model to minimize an energy functional for image segmentation, which is efficiently achieved by using dynamic programming. Our method has been validated on 2D prostate localization and 3D prostate segmentation in MRI scans. Compared to other existing methods, our proposed method exhibits better performance in both studies.     

基于矢量尺度的图像滤波

对于医学图像滤波来说,很重要的一点就是滤波后的图像应该尽可能地保留图像中的边缘和细节特征.但通常在滤波过程中,在消除噪声的同时会模糊图像中一些重要的结构信息.在最近几年中,基于尺度的滤波方法已经有效地应用在灰度图像的滤波中.现把基于尺度的方法推广到矢量(彩色)图像的滤波中.在传统滤波方法(矢量中值滤波、基本矢量方向滤波和方向距离滤波)基础上,相应地提出了3种基于球尺度的矢量滤波器.新的滤波方法能根据图像中像素的尺度信息,在图像边缘和细节附近,即区域边界执行较小的平滑,而在区域内部进行较大的平滑,从而能够自适应地控制滤波过程.实验结果表明,所提出的滤波方法与传统滤波方法相比,在消除噪声的同时更能够保留图像中的边缘和细节特征.

基于SSH的住宅小区电子商务平台方案设计

为了促进住宅小区电子商务平台建设,提出一种基于J2EE和SSH架构的解决方案,引入了JQuery、AJAX等前台开发技术,以提高开发效率和提升客户体验,同时采用基于角色的访问控制、日志器等安全技术,充分保证系统安全性。     

Web日志在协同过滤推荐算法中的应用

协同过滤算法近年来在电子商务推荐系统中得到了广泛的应用,但该算法也存在数据稀疏性和缺乏个性化等问题,这些问题影响了推荐算法的效率和准确性。主要针对以上问题,提出引入Web日志分析的协同过滤算法,将用户对商品的隐性兴趣转化为显性兴趣,同时利用用户聚类等相关技术,不仅解决数据稀疏的问题也提高推荐的准确性。     

中专卫校计算机基础教学器械维护服务化发展分析

计算机技术在现代医疗器械的维护维修中有着重要的意义。中等卫生学校在医学教育方面不及高等院校,而计算机软件知识有很多方面涉及到医学知识,计算机专业人员又不可能懂医学知识,所以在使用计算机技术维修维护医院医疗器械方面,有其无可比拟的优势。就目前县乡级医院计算机管理现状提出计算机教学要适应市场需求,实施以"就业为导向"的教学目标。     

基于EDA的数字电子技术教学改革与实践

以就业为导向,培养职业化行为规范为主线,以最新EDA技术为基础,从教学内容和教学方法与手段两个方面对《数字电子技术》课程进行由浅入深、循序渐进的模块化改革实践,提出了一种具体的可操作性比较强的方法,从而有利于培养学生解决实际问题的能力,提高综合职业能力和创新能力。     

论电子技术实习课堂教学项目的质量管理

近几年,电子专业实习教学与时俱进,教学内容更新较快,从前几年主要教授模拟彩电测试、维修为主,发展到数字式电子电路设计制作与安装,从单纯电子电路设计制作到电子控制软件制作。为了确保实习教学质量稳步提高,我院积极开展了电子专业教师实习教学质量管理创新活动。作为一线电子技术专业实习指导教师,我积极参与本次活动,及时更新教学理念,在教学质量管理创新活动中,采取了以下一系列新的举措,使教出来的毕业学生尽快适应了各用人单位对各类层次电子专业人才的需求。
