Quality control still remains a big issue, affecting herbs, formulations, and even the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine. A promising solution to the problem is to take advantage of innovative process techniques including alternative drying methods within the pharmaceutical processing. Nowadays, vacuum belt drying (VBD) has gained more and more importance in food and pharmaceutical processing. In this work, Panax notoginseng extract was made into powder by the gentle VBD as well as by classical spray drying (SD), freeze drying (FD), and vacuum drying (VD). Certain chemical and physical properties of the dried powders such as moisture content, drying time, porosity, density, saponins content, pH value and hydroxyl radicals scavenging activity were evaluated. The results showed the qualities of dried products were influenced to different extent by drying methods certainly. Vacuum belt drying was suggested to dry P. notoginseng extract for its high quality assurance of hygroscopic products and suitable for sticky or high viscous products. 相似文献

伪谱时域(PSTD)方法可以处理电大尺寸目标电磁散射问题。本文介绍了一种能够把入射波有效引入PSTD计算区域的新方法——加权总场法。该方法通过引入类似于FDTD中连接边界的连接层,将计算区域划分为总场区、连接区和散射场区。为了总场区和散射场区的连续,在连接区引入窗函数.通过设置8—10层连接区就可以将入射波有效地引入到PSTD总场区。这样使入射波和目标分离,实现了复杂目标的单独建模,从而使PSTD便于模拟复杂目标的电磁散射。文中以高斯脉冲为入射波,通过二维情况下目标散射宽度的数值结果,验证了加权总场法应用于PSTD算法时的有效性和计算精度。 相似文献

结合交通信号控制系统现状,提出了一套基于CAN FD总线的交通信号控制系统的研究方案,用于解决复杂交通路口多设备间的通信问题。该系统通过CAN FD总线将系统中所有设备连接起来,实现系统间各设备间正常的数据交互,以控制主机和交通信号灯驱动控制器间的通信。设备均采用内置CAN FD控制器的STM32H743系列单片机作为主控制器,在此基础上自定义了CAN FD总线应用层协议,构成了一个完整的系统间通信方案。测试结果表明,此系统可靠性高、实时性强、抗干扰能力强、出错率低,具有良好的应用前景。 相似文献

A modified stepped frequency phase coding radar waveform designed for the frequency domain algorithm
A great deal of interest has been paid to enhance the radar range resolution for the last decades. One of the techniques is to construct a waveform combining inter-pulse and intra-pulse modulations. In this paper, stepped frequency (SF) waveform is used to represent the former, whereas phase coding (PC) is considered for the latter. To obtain the high-resolution range profile (HRRP) of a target induced by an SF waveform at the receiver, one of the approaches is the frequency domain (FD) algorithm. It has been successfully applied with SF linear frequency modulation waveforms. However, based on our investigations, processing the SFPC waveform with the FD algorithm does not lead to the performance, in terms of peak sidelobe ratio (PSLR) and integrated sidelobe ratio (ISLR), of the single-carrier phase coding (SCPC) waveform processed with a matched filter (MF). To overcome these drawbacks, we propose to split the spectrum of a phase coded pulse into a predetermined number of portions, and then to successively transmit the time-domain transformed versions of these various portions. The received echoes are then processed with a modified version of the FD algorithm. Our analysis and simulations show that the proposed waveform can be characterized by a PSLR and an ISLR close to those of the SCPC processed with MF in some scenarios. 相似文献

This paper introduces an adaptive neural-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) model to detect bruises on Chinese bayberries as a function of fractal dimension (FD) and RGB intensity values. The ANFIS with different types of input membership functions (MFs) was developed. Our results showed that ‘gauss2mf’ MF performs much better than other mentioned MFs for defect inspection. The classification accuracy of the ANFIS with ‘gauss2mf’ MF was 100% and 78.57% for healthy and bruised fruits, respectively, and the total correct classification rate was 90.00%. Therefore, this study indicated the possibility of developing a potentially useful classification tool using the ANFIS technique based on FD and RGB values for detecting bruises of not only Chinese bayberries, but also of other fruits during processing, storage and distribution. 相似文献
