日本关西宽带实验网印象

本文根据实地考察内容，结合宽带网络技术和业务重点及实施策略，全面介绍了日本关西宽带实验网发展背景，通信与广播电视综合应用实验和Ｂ－ＩＳＤＮ实用化实验的进展以及ＮＴＴ所起作用。文章最后就关西宽带实验网的借鉴意义提出了几方面意见。     

矿井串联系统模糊可靠性理论的研究

矿井系统不仅具有随机性，而且同时也具有模糊性，在系统分析与设计过程中应同时考虑这两种不确定性因素的影响。文中提出了模糊故障、模糊功能、系统模糊运营状态和广义可靠度等概念，并在此基础上提出了求单元及串联系统的生产能力、营运费用、应急维修费用、修理时间和广义可靠度等指标的方法，建立了使系统平均生产能力最大的系统最优运营策略的数学模型。     

Optimal operation of a multibasin reservoir system

A simulation-optimization procedure is presented for evaluating the extent of interbasin transfer of water in the Peninsular Indian river system consisting of 15 reservoirs on four river basins. A system-dependent simulation model is developed incorporating the concept of reservoir zoning to facilitate releases and transfers. The simulation model generates a larger number of solutions which are then screened by the optimization model. The Box complex nonlinear programming algorithm is used for the optimization. The performance of the system is evaluated through simulation with the optimal reservoir zones with respect to four indices, reliability, resiliency, vulnerability and deficit ratio. The results indicate that by operating the system of 15 reservoirs as a single unit the existing utilization of water may be increased significantly.     

筛前神经及下鼻甲激光切割术治疗过敏性鼻炎29例临床观察

本文介绍了用筛前神经和下鼻甲激光切割术治疗２９例过敏性鼻炎病人，有效率为９７％。随访６个月至２年，除２例于术后６个月复发外，余者均未复发。实践表明这一手术优于翼管神经手术，优点是：１、解剖标志清楚；２、手术操作简便且易于掌握；３、并发症少而不严重。本文对这一手术的方法，术后处置和疗效进行了讨论。     

济钢第一炼钢厂降低钢铁料消耗实践

济钢第一炼钢厂通过优化入炉原料结构,改进冶炼工艺,实施少渣炼钢,有效减少了转炉吹损,降低了钢铁料消耗成本,2002年增加炼钢综合经济效益3100多万元。     

调节对象参数和运动特性随工况变化的分析

水轮机调节对象的许多参数都是随运行工况变化的。以调节对象线性化模型为基础，从1个实例计算人手，计算了不同工况下水轮机传递系数和发电机6个参数的变化情况，进而计算这些参数变化对捌节对象特征根的影响。通过汁算表明，其水力振荡衰减速度与出力有关．而系统的其他运动特性随工况变化较小。     

真空微电子三极管几何参数的设计考虑

真空微电子三极管是近年来兴起与发展的真空微电子学中的一类重要器件。本文从真空微三极管的工作特性出发,分析了这类器件中所需考虑的几何参数和工作特性的关系,并给出了一些理论和实验公式,为今后的设计提供一些参考。     

一种8毫米波变张角,半径突变多模圆锥馈源

我们研制了一种8毫米波变张角、半径突变的多模圆锥馈源。计算出其模比并推导出其辐射方向图公式;给出其在两个主平面——E平面与H平面上的辐射方向图和波束场分布特性的测试结果以及电压驻波比VSWR的测量结果;同时给出频带和旁瓣特性。分析与测试共同表明,在34.5GHz～37GHz频带里,该多模馈源的辐射图在大于24dB范围内获得幅度等化且不出现旁瓣,因此具有一定的应用价值。     

Expert system for dispatch control in restoration of ehv power system after complete blackout

Present-day power systems operate with high reliability, and it is rare that a blackout will extend over an entire system swiftly and securely. This paper considers automatic power supply to loads after a complete blackout of a system. First, taking into account characteristics of generators, loads, and initial power sources, a method is proposed of allocating several generators to each load in parallel to the system and supplying power to the load sequentially. Second, to remove the imbalance between supply and demand of power, a method is proposed of adjusting the amount of supply and generation according to a present imbalance and the sum of past ones. Third, to automatically issue orders for start-up, parallel, follow-up, stand-by, and stoppage of generators, several rules for each power station are set and an expert system is made based on them. Finally, the expert system is applied to a model power system, and it is verified that it can restore loads without any trouble for a complete blackout which occur at any time of a day and in any restoration pattern.
