以鄂尔多斯盆地靖边气田A井区为例,采用单因素相关分析和数值模拟方法,对比研究了井网控制程度、储层物性及地层废弃压力对气藏采收率影响及其主次关系。结果表明,井网控制程度是影响采收率的首要因素,井网控制程度每增加10%,采收率提高8.5%;渗透率是影响采收率的重要因素,渗透率每增加10%,采收率平均增加6%;废弃压力对采收率亦有较大影响,废弃压力每降低10%,采收率可提高1.6%。三者对采收率影响综合排序为:井网控制程度>储层物性>废弃压力。分析认为,渗透率是储层固有属性,很难从根本改变;而废弃压力受井口外输压力和增压开采成本制约,降低幅度有限。因此,优化井网及增加井网控制程度是提高气藏采收率的有效途径。研究成果具有实践意义,可为改进气田开发方式和提高气藏采收率提供参考。 相似文献

Condition monitoring of railway tracks is essential in ensuring the safety of railway systems. Traditional track recording vehicles (TRV) can only carry out the track inspection in the midnight after all the service vehicles are off duty. One track line can be inspected only once or less in a month. The severe track condition degradation cannot be detected timely and there is potential safety hazard for the railway system. Therefore, the track condition monitoring based on in-service vehicle has been paid more attention in the recent years. In this paper, the track condition monitoring based on the bogie and car body acceleration measurements is presented. The track alignment information which can be derived from the bogie and car body sensor is investigated by using a mathematical model and the frequency response analysis. The track irregularities can be estimated by using the bogie and the car body acceleration sensors. The acceleration signals are preprocessing with a DC filter and a low pass filter. After that, the track alignments are obtained by double integrating the signals. Field tests are carried out in Shang Hai metro Line 1 for demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed track inspection system. 相似文献

Realization of active power filter with Model Based Design approach is presented in this paper. The approach adopts different modeling platforms as well as selection of proper hardware for step wise verification and testing. The active power filter model is developed using the Matlab/Simulink platform for single phase. The efficiency of the control algorithms such as synchronous detection method and indirect current control for active power filter is analyzed. Efficient control algorithm is developed by Xilinx system generator which is incorporated into Simulink as Xilinx tool box. Xilinx system generator provides a virtual platform for easy and effective design of the required system models in FPGA (field programmable gate array) design environments. Optimized automatic VHDL code is generated for the control algorithm which is simulated using ISE 13.2 for the generation of switching signals for the control of IGBTs of the active power filter. Suitable compensation signal is generated from the active power filter for the better elimination harmonics to improve the power quality. High permittivity (high k) metal-oxide thin films fabricated via solution processes have recently received much attention for the construction of low-operating voltage and high-performance thin-film transistors (TFTs). In this report, amorphous ytterbium oxide (Yb2O3) thin films were fabricated by spin coating and their applications in TFTs were explored. The physical properties of the solution-processed Yb2O3 thin films processed at different annealing temperatures were systematically investigated using various characterization techniques. To explore the feasibility of the Yb2O3 thin films as gate dielectrics for oxide TFTs, In2O3 TFTs based on Yb2O3 dielectrics were integrated. All the devices could be operated at 3 V, which is critical for the applications in portable, battery-driven, and low-power electronic devices. The optimized In2O3/Yb2O3 TFT exhibits high electrical performances, including field-effect mobility of 4.98 cm2/V s, on/off current ratio of ~ 106, turn-on voltage around 0 V, and subthreshold swing of 70 mV/decade, respectively. To demonstrate the potential of In2O3/Yb2O3 TFT toward more complex logic application, the unipolar inverter was further constructed. 相似文献
