The existing third-order tracker known as α-β-γ filter has been used for target tracking and predicting for years. The filter can track the target's position and velocity, but not the acceleration. To extend its capability, a new fourth-order target tracker called α-β-γ-δ filter is proposed. The main objective of this study was to find the optimal set of filter parameters that leads to minimum position tracking errors. The tracking errors between using the α-β-γ filter and the α-β-γ-δ filter are compared. As a result, the new filter exhibits significant improvement in position tracking accuracy over the existing third-order filter, but at the expense of computational time in search of the optimal filter. This paper presents an algorithm for synchronizing two different chaotic systems by using a combination of Unscented Kalman-Bucy Filter (UKBF) and sliding mode controller. It is assumed that the drive chaotic system is perturbed by white noise and shows stochastic chaotic behavior. In addition the output of the system does not contain the whole state variables of the system, and it is also affected by some independent white noise. By combining the UKBF and the sliding mode control, a synchronizing control law is proposed. Feature selection plays an important role in data mining and pattern recognition, especially for large scale data. During past years, various metrics have been proposed to measure the relevance between different features. Since mutual information is nonlinear and can effectively represent the dependencies of features, it is one of widely used measurements in feature selection. Just owing to these, many promising feature selection algorithms based on mutual information with different parameters have been developed. In this paper, at first a general criterion function about mutual information in feature selector is introduced, which can bring most information measurements in previous algorithms together. In traditional selectors, mutual information is estimated on the whole sampling space. This, however, cannot exactly represent the relevance among features. To cope with this problem, the second purpose of this paper is to propose a new feature selection algorithm based on dynamic mutual information, which is only estimated on unlabeled instances. To verify the effectiveness of our method, several experiments are carried out on sixteen UCI datasets using four typical classifiers. This paper proposes a fuzzy modeling method via Enhanced Objective Cluster Analysis to obtain the compact and robust approximate TSK fuzzy model. In our approach, the Objective Cluster Analysis algorithm is introduced. In order to obtain more compact and more robust fuzzy rule prototypes, this algorithm is enhanced by introducing the Relative Dissimilarity Measure and the new consistency criterion to represent the similarity degree between the clusters. By these additional criteria, the redundant clusters caused by iterations are avoided; the subjective influence from human judgment for clustering is weakened. Moreover the clustering results including the number of clusters and the cluster centers are considered as the initial condition of the premise parameters identification. Thus the traditional iteration modeling procedure for determining the number of rules and identifying parameters is changed into one-off modeling, which significantly reduces the burden of computation. Furthermore the decomposition errors and the approximation errors resulted from premise parameters identification by Fuzzy c-Means clustering are decreased. For the consequence parameters identification, the Stable Kalman Filter algorithm is adopted. The performance of the proposed modeling method is evaluated by the example of Box–Jenkins gas furnace. 针对彩色扫描地形图中线要素与背景要素难以分离,现有线要素提取算法提取的结果中存在边界不准确的问题,提出基于Guided Filter的地形图中线要素提取算法。利用基于能量密度和Shear变换相结合的线要素提取算法对线要素进行粗提取;引入Guided Filter,以源地形图图像作为Guided Filter的引导图像,以粗提取的线要素图像作为Guided Filter的输入图像,经过滤波处理获得的线要素信息更为显著;利用OTSU算法得到最终的线要素信息。实验结果表明:相对于现有的线要素提取算法,提出的算法能够更为准确地提取出地形图中的线要素,并具有更好的噪声抑制能力。 相似文献

This paper proposes an approach for Inertial Measurement Unit sensor fault reconstruction by exploiting a ground speed-based kinematic model of the aircraft flying in a rotating earth reference system. Two strategies for the validation of sensor fault reconstruction are presented: closed-loop validation and open-loop validation. Both strategies use the same kinematic model and a newly-developed Adaptive Two-Stage Extended Kalman Filter to estimate the states and faults of the aircraft. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach compared to an approach using an airspeed-based kinematic model. Furthermore, the major contribution is that the proposed approach is validated using real flight test data including the presence of external disturbances such as turbulence. Three flight scenarios are selected to test the performance of the proposed approach. It is shown that the proposed approach is robust to model uncertainties, unmodeled dynamics and disturbances such as time-varying wind and turbulence. Therefore, the proposed approach can be incorporated into aircraft Fault Detection and Isolation systems to enhance the performance of the aircraft. 相似文献

海洋是地球的重要组成部分,它为人类提供了丰富的物质和宝贵的资源,每年海洋都承受着不同程度的侵害,其中油类污染是给海洋造成巨大危害的污染之一。而油类污染又主要来源于轮船破裂漏油以及油井平台或海底输油管道爆炸等。每次事故造成的直接经济损失达几百万至上千万不等,所以对海上溢油进行监测具有重要的意义。选用Envisat的ASAR数据进行海上溢油检测,介绍并分析了SAR图像溢油检测的一般步骤及其实现方法,通过采用单一阈值分割法、最大熵分割法和非监督分类法对影像进行目标检测,从而粗略地将影像区分为前景区域与背景区域,并结合影像的纹理特征进行分类。在纹理特征选取过程中,通过人工选取部分溢油区与非溢油区作为感兴趣区,在感兴趣区上分别统计SAR影像常用的纹理特征,并结合不同目标检测的结果以及原始影像进行基于BP神经网络的分类,得到了良好的效果。最后展望了SAR图像海洋溢油检测的发展方向。 相似文献
