解Job－Shop调度问题的一个遗传算法

本文首先介绍了遗传算法的基本概念和流程，然后叙述了如何把Ｊｏｂ－Ｓｈｏｐ调度问题编码成为遗传算法的形式，并解释了对于实现这一算法中一些问题的考虑．最后给出了算法运行结果并对结果与算法做了总结。     

网络分解法的误差分析

网络分解法是求解电大尺寸复杂结构电磁问题的重要方法之一,关于网络分解法误差分析的研究有着重要的理论意义和实用价值.本文给出了网络分解法的误差估计,并对于脉冲基函数转换成三角基函数的情况给出了三角基函数个数的最优公式,数值结果表明了分析的正确性.     

柔性制造系统生产中的零件分批算法

根据ＦＭＳ资源、加工任务、零件工艺提出了零件分批算法，该算法在零件交货期的束下，以机床负荷平衡为目标，搜索零件集合，找出最合适的零件组合形成零件加工批。此算法为简化ＦＭＳ的动态调度和提高系统生产率创造了条件。仿真结果表明分批算法是行之有效的。     

On an invariance principle for unilateral contact at a bimaterial elastic interface

This paper examines the axisymmetric elastostatic problem related to the unilateral receding contact at a pre-compressed smooth bimaterial elastic interface. The separation at the interface is caused by the action of axisymmetric stress fields of unequal magnitude, which are applied at any location of the separate halfspace regions. The analysis of the problem focuses on the determination of the zone of separation as a function of the pre-compression, the magnitudes and locations of the axisymmetric stress fields inducing the separation, and the elasticity characteristics of the halfspace regions. It is found that the radius of the separation zone can be evaluated in explicit form. In the particular instance when the loadings applied at the surface of the halfspace regions are equal in magnitude and distribution, the analysis reveals that the radius of the separation zone is independent of the elasticity properties of the halfspace regions and can be evaluated in exact closed form.

Multi-plant production scheduling in SMEs

Traditionally, companies used to view themselves as separate entities and did not devote efforts to collaborate with other echelons of the extended enterprise. This even happened at multi-site companies owning different plants that belonged to the same supply chain. However, manufacturing facilities of the same supply chain should intensively share information and coordinate planning and scheduling tasks in order to get a globally optimized solution. This paper discusses some specific characteristics of the planning and scheduling problem in the extended enterprise including an analysis of a case study, and reviews the available state-of-the-art research studies in this field. Most studies suggest that integrated approaches can have a significant impact on the system performance, in terms of lower production costs, and less inventory levels. The paper provides some conclusions and suggestions of future works.     

A multi-objective programming model for scheduling emergency medicine residents

Scheduling emergency medicine residents (EMRs) is a complex task, which considers a large number of rules (often conflicting) related to various aspects such as limits on the number of consecutive work hours, number of day and night shifts that should be worked by each resident, resident staffing requirements according to seniority levels for the day and night shifts, restrictions on the number of consecutive day and night shifts assigned, vacation periods, weekend off requests, and fair distribution of responsibilities among the residents. Emergency rooms (ERs) are stressful workplaces, and in addition shift work is well-known to be more demanding than regular daytime work. For this reason, preparing schedules that suit the working rules for EMRs is especially important for reducing the negative impact on shift workers physiologically, psychologically, and socially. In this paper, we present a goal programming (GP) model that accommodates both hard and soft constraints for a monthly planning horizon. The hard constraints should be adhered to strictly, whereas the soft constraints can be violated when necessary. The relative importance values of the soft constraints have been computed by the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), which are used as coefficients of the deviations from the soft constraints in the objective function. The model has been tested in the ER of a major local university hospital. The main conclusions of the study are that problems of realistic size can be solved quickly and the generated schedules have very high qualities compared to the manually prepared schedules, which require a lot of effort and time from the chief resident who is responsible for this duty.     

蒸发式空冷器的运行实践

通过了解蒸发式空冷器的工作原理和结构,在运行实践过程中,对组成设备出现的问题提出相应的解决方案,并对部分组成设备提出改进的建议,以方便检修和维护,并提出了在冬季长时间高炉休风情况下保证水温不下降过低的解决方案。     

20世纪后半叶法国大学内部管理结构问题研究

20世纪后半叶是法国大学内部管理结构由雏形到成形的时期。在此过程中形成了一套完整的大学内部管理结构体系，不过，这一结构体系也存在一些问题。作为法国最大的综合性大学，巴黎大学内部管理结构上的问题透视出法国大学内部管理结构中的不足。本论文尝试着以巴黎大学为个案，分析20世纪后半叶法国大学在内部管理结构中的问题，尤其是高校内部两大团体之间的权力消长关系，以期对我国大学内部管理结构建设有所启示。
