Synthesis of fractional Laguerre basis for system approximation

Fractional differentiation systems are characterized by the presence of non-exponential aperiodic multimodes. Although rational orthogonal bases can be used to model any L₂[0,∞[ system, they fail to quickly capture the aperiodic multimode behavior with a limited number of terms. Hence, fractional orthogonal bases are expected to better approximate fractional models with fewer parameters. Intuitive reasoning could lead to simply extending the differentiation order of existing bases from integer to any positive real number. However, classical Laguerre, and by extension Kautz and generalized orthogonal basis functions, are divergent as soon as their differentiation order is non-integer. In this paper, the first fractional orthogonal basis is synthesized, extrapolating the definition of Laguerre functions to any fractional order derivative. Completeness of the new basis is demonstrated. Hence, a new class of fixed denominator models is provided for fractional system approximation and identification.

Multiple multi-level redundancy allocation in series systems

This paper deals with a multiple multi-level redundancy allocation problem (MMRAP) in which all available items for redundancy (system, module and component) can be simultaneously chosen. Due to a well-known principle that the redundancy at the component level (component redundancy) is more effective than the redundancy at the system level (system redundancy), the object of redundancy allocation has been limited to the component redundancy. In addition, multi-level redundancy allocation problems (MRAP) have been addressed, considering the redundancy at the subsystem level (modular redundancy). In this paper, the MMRAP is formulated and a GA algorithm is presented to solve the problem. Some numerical examples are illustrated.     

分阶段质调节下供热循环水泵最优运行方式的确定

针对闭式供暖系统采用分阶段经济流量比质调节问题,提出了在该流量小于单台循环水泵能够提供最大流量时,两台并联水泵可能有的多种运行方案;通过算例得出各个运行方案能耗大小的排序,并经过综合分析给出最优运行方式;强调了若将该最优运行方案应用于开式系统时并不一定是最优的结果。     

航天器故障诊断专家系统面向对象知识表示的研究

根据航天器系统结构庞大,各子系统相互耦合,稳定性、可靠性要求高等特点.在认真研究典型故障诊断专家系统知识表示的基础上,通过对目前几种常用的知识表示方法的优缺点的分析,提出了航天器故障诊断知识的一种新的表示方法--面向对象知识表示方法.主要介绍了面向对象知识的表示和其推理机制.该方案具有知识层次清晰、知识继承和易于维护等特点,满足航天器复杂大系统的故障诊断需要.

由于平流层通信平台具有高度稳定、长时间驻空、准静止、可承载一定规模有效载荷等特点。与卫星通信和地面蜂窝系统相比,平流层通信系统具有费用低、部署快速、地面设备少、使用灵活、通信质量好等特点,其应用在军事中是一个新的突破,已经引起越来越多国家的重视。     

ON THE PROBLEM OF REPRESENTATION IN LOCKEAN AND DIALECTICAL BELIEF SYSTEMS: A SYSTEMS APPROACH TO POLICY ANALYSIS

This paper explores the problems that are associated with building a model (representation) of two systems which are central to the field of policy analysis. The systems are the Lockean and Dialectical Inquiring Systems (ISs). Given two or more belief systems, a Lockean IS will attempt to secure maximum agreement between them, whereas a Dialectical IS will attempt to secure maximum disagreement as the basis for forming a policy.
