This contribution deals with the synthesis of a silicon-rich ZSM-5 obtained from an amorphous organo-alumino-silicic gel. The gel was formed by reacting a mechanical mixture of RHA (rice hull ash), silica’s source, and of natural clinoptilolite, source of alumina, with glycerol during 2 h at 200 °C. After a maturation period of one day at 60 °C, the reaction product was hydrolyzed by a tetra-propyl-ammonium (TPA) solution and then aged for two days at 135 °C in a stainless steel autoclave. After washing and drying, the X-ray pattern showed a well crystallized ZSM-5. The textural analysis of the slowly calcined solid at 500 °C for 4 h, and the SEM micrographies evidence that the zeolite was supported on mesoporous silica. The proportion of both components depends on the tunable hydrolysis conditions. 相似文献

This paper describes a new electronically tunable three inputs and single output voltage-mode universal biquadratic filter based on simple CMOS operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) and grounded capacitors. The proposed configuration provides lowpass, highpass, bandpass, bandstop and allpass voltage responses at a high impedance input terminal, which enable easy cascadability. Additionally, the circuit parameters ωo and Q can be set orthogonally by adjusting the transconductances and grounded capacitors. The filter also offers an independent electronic control of parameters ωo by adjusting the transconductance through the bias current/voltage of the OTA. For realizing all the filter responses, no critical component matching condition is required, and all the incremental parameter sensitivities are low. Developing tunable full-color emission photoluminescent materials is always desired in color-on-demand applications and still confronts challenges. Theoretically, full color including white emission can be achieved by the combination of three primary colors (red, green, and blue) based on the additive color theory. Herein, a strategy for the preparation of tunable full-color luminescence is realized by mixing the inorganic rare-earth-doped SrAl2O4: Eu2+, Dy3+ (green emission), Y2O2S: Eu3+, Mg2+, Ti4+, Ti4+0.05 (red emission), and Sr2MgSi2O7: Eu2+, Dy3+ (blue emission) phosphors with different ratios. By adjusting individual phosphors at certain specific ratios, white light (0.332, 0.332) and full-spectra emission are achieved under a single low excitation energy (λex = 365 nm) using a portable ultraviolet (UV) lamp. Based on the facile preparation and effective tunable full-color emission features of the phosphors, a novel encryption way of the luminescent unit as information storage 3 dimensions (3D) codes is developed. The multiplexed encrypting information capacity of the codes is enhanced in a 3D maneuver strategy by simply adjusting the number of light-emitting units with infinite emission colors. The proposed strategy makes the tunable full-color emission phosphors useful in promising applications including full-color display, high-level information encryption and anti-fake. 相似文献

In this paper, an active filtering technique is presented which is capable of filtering the out-of-band blockers in wireless receivers. The concept is based on the feedforward cancellation technique where a blocker replica is subtracted at the output of the low-noise amplifier (LNA). In contrast to the previously reported feedforward cancellation methods, exact gain and phase matching are easily obtained in the proposed architecture to produce a highly selective narrowband frequency response at the output of the LNA with wide rejection bandwidth. For the proof of concept, the system is implemented in a 65 nm CMOS technology. It occupies a total area of 0.8 mm2 and the current consumption is 24 mA from a 1.2 V supply. The system post-layout simulations showed a blocker rejection of more than 33 dB for blocker signals 100 MHz away from the desired signal when the feedforward path is activated. The noise figure (NF) of the entire system is 3.8 dB that degrades to 5.8 dB when the feedforward path is activated. 相似文献

This paper presents a compact current-mode three-input single-output (TISO) type universal filter. Only one voltage differencing transconductance amplifier (VDTA) and two grounded capacitors are employed in the proposed filter. The circuit can realize lowpass, bandpass, highpass, bandstop and allpass biquadratic filter outputs by connecting the appropriate inputs, and offers electronic control of the natural angular frequency (ω0) and quality factor (Q) by means of adjusting the transconductance gain of the VDTA. In addition, by slight modification of the proposed scheme, another more useful TISO construction with orthogonal ω0–Q tuning has been obtained. Both the discussed universal filters have been shown to have low incremental active and passive sensitivities. 光纤滤波器在光纤通信和光纤传感领域发挥着重要的作用。本文基于光学薄膜干涉理论设计了一种用于光纤传感的可调谐F-P线性滤波器,该滤波器由两端面相对的入射光纤与出射光纤构成,两光纤端端面分别镀有反射光纤薄膜。该F-P干涉腔改善了传统F-P腔的透射率响应特性,有助于提高滤波器的线性度和线性范围。本文采用光学薄膜干涉矩阵分析法对该滤波器的透射率响应关系进行了计算与分析,并得出该FP滤波器的结构参数。设计结果表明,这种新型线性滤波器具有线性度好、线性范围宽和线性区间可调的优点。 相似文献
