A novel dynamic optical add-drop multiplexer(OADM) scheme using tunable sampled fiber Bragg gratings(SFBG) by Vernier effect is firstly proposed. In this scheme, broad wavelength tuning range is achieved by only slightly adjusting the SFBG, the wavelength tuning of OADM will be faster than traditional dynamic OADM.  相似文献

提出了一种新型大频差可调谐及双频激光器。利用LD端面泵浦Nd:YAG微片,将液体压强通过传递膜片加到晶体径向上,由于应力双折射效应,此微片激光器纵模发生分裂产生频差,理论分析和实验表明,此频差与施加的压强成正比关系,通过改变压强即可实现频差调谐。实验中获得了良好的频差与所加压强的线性调谐关系,并得到了约3.4GHz的巨大频差。  相似文献

An on-chip-micromachined tunable LC-tank, which consists of a metal inter-digitated variable capacitor and a metal solenoid inductor, is developed for wide-range radio-frequency (RF) tuning in multi-GHz band. A low-temperature metal MEMS process is developed to on-chip fabricate the passives. The process can be used for post-CMOS-compatible integration with RF ICs. Both the varactor and the inductor are suspended with a gap from the low-resistivity silicon wafer (i.e. standard CMOS wafer) for effectively depressing RF loss. The fabricated variable capacitor part, the inductor part and the whole tunable LC resonator are sequentially tested, finally resulting in a wide resonance-frequency tuning range of 72% (between about 3.5 and 6.0 GHz) under a low tuning voltage range of 0-4 V, while the Q-factor ranged within 23 and 8.  相似文献

A series of Tb, Eu single or co-doped Zn4B6O13 phosphors with tetrahedral morphology were synthesized by facile hydrothermal method. The influences of reaction temperature and the pH value of the reaction system on the structures and compositions of product were also investigated, in which four kinds of zinc borates with different structures and compositions (Zn4B2O7·H2O, Zn4B6O13, Zn(H2O)B2O4·0.12H2O, and H(Zn6O2(BO3)3)) were obtained. A possible growth mechanism of tetrahedral morphology of Zn4B6O13 has been proposed according to reaction time. The obtained samples were characterized by XRD, EDS, SEM, TEM, XPS, BET, DR, PL and QY. XPS results indicate that Eu2+ and Tb4+ are present in Tb/Eu co-doped Zn4B6O13, which might be generated from charge transfer between Tb3+ and Eu3+. The PL results shows that Eu3+, Tb3+ ion single-doped Zn4B6O13 microstructure exhibit orange and green emission under ultraviolet excitation, respectively. Compared to Eu3+ and Tb3+ single doped Zn4B6O13 phosphors, the Eu/Tb co-doped Zn4B6O13 phosphors showed stronger blue emission of Eu2+. These results imply that the tetrahedral morphology of Eu3+, Tb3+ ion single-doped and Eu2+/3+/Tb3+/4+ co-doped Zn4B6O13 phosphors have the promise application for nano/micro-optical functional devices.  相似文献

This paper describes a tunable vibration absorbing isolator. The device is based on the liquid inertia vibration eliminator, which is modified so that the frequency at which maximum isolation occurs can be changed in real time. This is achieved by using adjustable pneumatic springs. A theoretical model describing the device is derived using Lagrange's equations. The model is used to design a practical device and experimental results confirm the validity of the model. With the experimental device a roll-off of about 90 dB/decade over a 12 Hz frequency band was achieved.  相似文献

A series of NaY(WO4)2:Sm3+ phosphors were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction. When excited by ultraviolet and blue light, their emission spectra cover entirely visible light region, due to intrinsic luminescence of WO42- group as well as Sm3+ 4f-4f transitions. White light emission was obtained from NaY0.99Sm0.01(WO4)2 phosphor under radiation of 265 nm UV light, and intense yellow and red emission from 6HJ(J=5/2, 7/2, 9/2) transitions were observed when pumped Sm3+ 4G5/2 by 405 nm blue light. With incorporation of Sm3+ into NaY(WO4)2 host, higher-level emission from Sm3+ at 650 nm was generated by energy transfer from WO42- to Sm3+ under excitation of 265 nm. The corresponding energy transfer mechanism was demonstrated to be a dipole-dipole interaction. In addition, tunable emission from blue to white and, finally, to red was realized by increasing Sm3+ doping concentration. The band gap of NaY(WO4)2 calculated from diffuse reflection spectra indicates a semiconducting character. All these results show that NaY1−xSmx(WO4)2 phosphor provides promising application for conversion of frequencies emitted by UV or blue LEDs.  相似文献

In this article, the effect of Mn doping on the permittivity and dielectric loss in 0.67BiFeO3-0.33BaTiO3 (BF-BT) based film bulk acoustic resonator test structures has been investigated. BF-BT thin films were deposited on the fused silica substrates with Pt/TiO2/Ti as bottom electrode. During the study of the BF-BT based parallel-plate structures, it has been revealed that BF-BT is in the ferroelectric state at room temperature. Higher permittivity (ԑ) is observed at a growth temperature of 600 °C and lower dielectric loss is achieved at 0.3 wt% Mn doping contents. These results show that the proposed BF-BT based FBAR test structure has a great potential for applications in tunable thin Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR) devices. Comparison of the measured and simulation results has been made by utilizing the Mason equivalent circuit.  相似文献
