一类带有时变时滞的模糊双线性系统的稳定控制

该文研究了一类输入和状态都带有时变时滞的模糊双线性系统的稳定控制问题。基于并行分布补偿算法(PDC)和自由权值矩阵,得到了系统时滞相关的渐近稳定的充分条件,并把这些条件转换成线性矩阵不等式(LMI)的形式,模糊控制器可以由一组线性矩阵不等式的解得到。最后,通过仿真数例验证了所提方法的有效性。     

一种T-S型动态模糊推理模型的建模算法研究

以一种进化聚类算法（ECM）为基础,提出了一种新的T-S型动态模糊推理模型的建模算法.以往许多神经模糊模型都不适用于自适应在线学习,而文章模型能够实时地调整模糊规则库及规则参数,具有较强的在线学习能力.仿真结果表明,该方法是有效的.     

基于模糊控制的中压异步电机软启动控制器的研究设计

本文介绍了一种基于模糊控制的中压异步电动机软起动器的原理和软硬件设计。根据对电动机起动特性的分析,提出了基于模糊控制的中压电动机软起动的设计方法。通过检测输入电流,在电动机起动过程中,在恒流平滑升压下有效的消除了启动过程中的电流振荡问题,以达到最佳的起动效果。     

Adaptive histogram-based filter for image restoration

A novel filter for image restoration is proposed in this paper. The filter estimates histogram of original image via input image. It gets a membership function through the histogram, and the membership function contains a lot of information of original image. Then a weighted fuzzy mean filter is established based on this membership function; meanwhile, the filter adaptively adopts different filter scale according to the character divergence of image region and intensity of impulsive noise. Experimental result shows that new filter gives superior performance to conventional filters and currently used fuzzy filter.

基于边界和模糊集理论的三维图像分割

本文提出了一种基于边界和模糊集理论的三维图象分割方法，利用高斯－拉普拉斯算子检测出图象中各结构的边界后，通过区域增长获取感光趣结构的三维二值模板，由高斯－拉普拉斯图象和二值模板出发，利用模糊集理论，确定感兴趣结构的三维模糊模板，从而达到在体积图象中分割出感兴趣结构的目的。     

Speed-up fractal image compression with a fuzzy classifier

This paper presents a fractal image compression scheme incorporated with a fuzzy classifier that is optimized by a genetic algorithm. The fractal image compression scheme requires to find matching range blocks to domain blocks from all the possible division of an image into subblocks. With suitable classification of the subblocks by a fuzzy classifier we can reduce the search time for this matching process so as to speedup the encoding process in the scheme. Implementation results show that by introducing three image classes and using fuzzy classifier optimized by a genetic algorithm the encoding process can be speedup by about 40% of an unclassified encoding system.     

MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS OF MUTATION OPERATOR AND ITS IMPROVED STRATEGY IN GENETIC ALGORITHMS

This paper analyzes the optimization problem of mutation probability in genetic algorithms by applying the definition of i-bit improved sub-space. Then fuzzy reasoning technique is adopted to determine the optimal mutation probability in different conditions. The superior convergence property of the new method is evaluated by applying it to two simulation examples.     

一种模糊自适应BP算法的研究

本文在人工神经网络中引入模糊集理论，提出一种模糊自适应ＢＰ算法。通过奇偶校验和ＥＥＧ异常波形检测两上实例，验证了新算法在学习速度与性能上都优于传统的ＢＰ和虎法。
