A significant lack of donor organs restricts the opportunity to obtain tissue-specific scaffolds for tissue-engineering technologies. One of the acceptable solutions is the development of decellularization protocols for a human donor pancreas unsuitable for transplantation. A protocol of obtaining a biocompatible tissue-specific scaffold from decellularized fragments with pronounced human pancreas lipomatosis signs with preserved basic fibrillary proteins of a pancreatic tissue extracellular matrix was developed. The scaffold supports the adhesion and proliferation of human adipose derived stem cell (hADSCs) and prolongs the viability and insulin-producing function of pancreatic islets. Experiments conducted allow for the reliance on the prospects of using the donor pancreas unsuitable for transplantation in the technologies of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, including the development of a tissue equivalent of a pancreas.  相似文献

Titanium matrix composites (TMCs) with excellent mechanical properties, reinforced by graphene, is deemed the lightweight and high strength structural materials. In this study, TC11 titanium alloy powder and graphene nanosheets (GNPs) were used as raw materials, and the composite powder with good uniformity and fluidity was obtained through non-interventional homogeneous mixing by a planetary mixer. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the GNPs-TC11 composites and TC11 alloy were compared. The results showed that the microstructure of TC11 and the composites was acicular martensite α’ phase under the process parameters of 280 W laser power, 1200 mm/s scanning speed, and 0.1 mm hatch spacing. The GNPs in addition, in the composites, reduced the acicular martensite particle size and expanded the proportion of low-angle grain boundaries. The tensile strength and percentage elongation after the fracture of the TC11 titanium alloy were 1265 MPa and 4.3%, respectively. Because of addition of the GNPs, the strength and percentage elongation after the fracture of the composite increased to 1384 MPa and 8.1%, respectively, at a GNPs mass content of 0.2%. The enhancement of mechanical properties can be attributed to grain refinement, dislocation strengthening, Orowan strengthening, and load transfer strengthening.  相似文献

Forty three metameric pairs were obtained by comparison, shade-adjustment, and redyeing of 660 self shades dyed with direct, azoic, vat, and reactive dyes. The pairs were regrouped shadewise and ranked visually in increasing order of metamerism. Spearman's rank correlation coefficients were calculated between 11 measures of metamerism and the visual metameric ranking under three illuminants A, D65, and TL84 in pairs. The illuminant-independent general indices included the indices based on reflectance differences (Bridgeman), weighted reflectance differences (Nimeroff and Yurow), Cohen-Kappauf's residual differences (proposed) obtained from the spectral decompositions of the reflectance spectra of the metameric pair. Illuminant-specific special indices included color-differences under test illuminant, addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication of color-differences under test and reference illuminants, indices based on ΔL*, Δa*, Δb* differences under two illuminants, based on chromatic adapted ΔL*, Δa*, Δb* differences with multiplicative corrections for tristimulus differences under reference illuminant (Berns-Billmeyer), differences of the color constancy indices. The present work showed that indices based on ΔL*, Δa*, Δb* differences under two illuminants, both unmodified and modified by Berns-Billmeyer performed best among the existing indices. The differences of color constancy indices showed good correlation with the degree of metamerism in some cases, and this may be utilized for developing newer indices of metamerism. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

采用空气动力学中的Kutta-Joukowski升力定理分析了提升管内颗粒的受力,得到了Kutta-Joukowski力FK-J的计算公式FK-J=ρg(vg,Z-vp,Z)(?vp,Z/?r)r.根据在大型冷模实验装置上由PV-6D型颗粒密度两用仪测量的局部固含率和颗粒速度径向分布的实验数据,计算了Kutta-Joukowski力在提升管内的分布特征,分析了颗粒循环量、表观气速、轴向位置对其径向分布的影响.结果表明,当无因次半径r/R=0时,FK-J=0,在r/R=0.85时,FK-J最大;FK-J随颗粒循环量增大而增大,表观气速对FK-J的径向分布没有显著影响;在提升管内的充分发展段FK-J的数值明显大于提升管加速区和出口约束区.由实验数据回归出了提升管内FK-J径向分布的经验关联式,计算值与理论值吻合较好.  相似文献

(1) Aim: To immunohistochemically evaluate the effect of a volume-stable collagen scaffold (VCMX) on periodontal regeneration. (2) Methods: In eight beagle dogs, acute two-wall intrabony defects were treated with open flap debridement either with VCMX (test) or without (control). After 12 weeks, eight defects out of four animals were processed for paraffin histology and immunohistochemistry. (3) Results: All defects (four test + four control) revealed periodontal regeneration with cementum and bone formation. VCMX remnants were integrated in bone, periodontal ligament (PDL), and cementum. No differences in immunohistochemical labeling patterns were observed between test and control sites. New bone and cementum were labeled for bone sialoprotein, while the regenerated PDL was labeled for periostin and collagen type 1. Cytokeratin-positive epithelial cell rests of Malassez were detected in 50% of the defects. The regenerated PDL demonstrated a larger blood vessel area at the test (14.48% ± 3.52%) than at control sites (8.04% ± 1.85%, p = 0.0007). The number of blood vessels was higher in the regenerated PDL (test + control) compared to the pristine one (p = 0.012). The cell proliferative index was not statistically significantly different in pristine and regenerated PDL. (4) Conclusions: The data suggest a positive effect of VCMX on angiogenesis and an equally high cell turnover in the regenerated and pristine PDL. This VCMX supported periodontal regeneration in intrabony defects.  相似文献

目的 建立新型基质分散挤压萃取-高效液相色谱法(matrix dispersion squeezing extraction-high performance liquid chromatography, MDSE-HPLC)测定辣椒粉中苏丹红色素的方法。方法 样品与分散剂混匀后、加入提取剂充分研磨,通过挤压收集提取溶剂,经Al2O3固相萃取柱净化,采用高效液相色谱法进行检测,外标法定量。结果 6种苏丹红色素在1.20~9.60 μg/g浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9989,方法检出限为0.10~0.15 μg/g,定量限为在0.30~0.45 μg/g范围内。样品在3个水平加标浓度(1.0、5.0、10.0 μg/g)下的平均回收率为72.0%~102.4%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~6.8%。结论 本方法简单新颖、成本低、污染少,能快速有效提取目标物,准确度和精密度符合要求,可用于辣椒粉中的6种苏丹红色素的检测。  相似文献
