Asymptotic stability analysis of nonlinear real-time networked control systems

The paper deals with the problem of the asymptotic stability for general continuous nonlinear networked control systems （NCSs）. Based on Lyapunov stability theorem combined with improved Razumikhin technique, the sufficient conditions of asymptotic stability for the system are derived. With the proposed method, the estimate of maximum allowable delay bound （MADB） for linear networked control system is also given. Compared to the other methods, the proposed method gives a much less conservative MADB and more general results. Numerical examples and some simulations are worked out to demonstrate the effectiveness and performance of the proposed method.     

A constructive approach to minimal realization problem of 2D systems

Unlike in the 1D case, it is not always possible to find a minimal state-space realization for a 2D system except for some particular categories. The purpose of this paper is to explore a constructive approach to the minimal Roesser model realization problem for a class of 2D systems which does not belong to the clarified categories. As one of the main results, a constructive realization procedure is first proposed. Based on the proposed procedure, sufficient conditions and explicit construction for minimal realizations of the considered 2D systems are shown. In addition, possible variations and applications of the obtained results are discussed and illustrative examples are presented.     

Performance index based learning controls for the partial non-regular systems using lifting technique

Deficiencies of the performance-based iterative learning control （ILC） for the non-regular systems are investigated in detail, then a faster control input updating and lifting technique is introduced in the design of performance index based ILCs for the partial non-regular systems. Two ldnds of optimal ILCs based on different performance indices are considered. Finally, simulation examples are given to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed learning controls.

为了有效地求解大型动力系统,现已提出了各种降维方法．根据非线性Galerkin方法的求解思路,我们将大型动力系统分解成三个子系统,即”慢子系统”、”适速子系统”和”快子系统”．在此基础上提出了改进的非线性Galerkin方法,即：在数值积分过程中将适速子系统的贡献导入慢子系统．然后,以一个含有立方非线性的5自由度强迫振动系统为例阐明了新方法的有效性．

一种RBAC改进模型及其在军事Web信息系统中的应用

军事Web信息系统要求用户权限必须严格控制、统一管理、维护简便.基于RBAC的访问控制模型能有效弥补DAC和MAC的不足.针对著名的RBAC96模型的缺陷,提出数据资源以业务功能表示、预设角色与用户临时权限的改进角色权限控制模型.该改进方法已经在某军事Web信息系统中得到了应用.

文章对ID3算法的基本概念和原理进行了相应的详细阐述以及解释说明,并针对ID3算法倾向于取值较多的属性的缺点,引进信息增益率对ID3算法作了改进,并通过实验对改进前后的算法进行了比较,实验表明,改进后的算法行之有效。
