Guidelines to determine the optimal variables for the MTC measurement by noise analysis

In this paper guidelines will be given in order to determine the required measurement time for a specified precision of the Moderator Temperature Coefficient (MTC) estimate by noise analysis. Until now the discussion of the precision of the MTC estimate was neglected. We will study the relation between the precision, the coherence, the amount of temperature sensors and the measurement time. Based on this relation guidelines to determine the optimal measurement time will be given. Simulations in MATLAB will be used to verify the theoretical analysis. Realistic values for the different influencing variables for a specific measurement setup will be given by use of the analysis of a measurement at a Nuclear Power Plant in Belgium.

Microbial quality of rainwater supplies in developed countries: a review

The current paper examines the reported microbial quality of rainwater supplies. The majority of microbial contamination derives from debris and faecal material deposited on the roof surface, principally from birds. The prevalence and level of contamination varies widely, both in terms of indicator organisms and pathogens. Gastrointestinal pathogens such as Campylobacter spp., Salmonella spp., Cryptosporidium spp. and Giardia spp. have all been isolated from harvested supplies, although these may not always be of types infective to humans. In the UK, there are currently no regulations in respect to the microbial quality of harvested rainwater for non potable use, although there are generally standards relating to the required plumbing to ensure that potable and non potable supplies remain separate.

控制性详细规划是我国《城乡规划法》中规定的法定性规划,是规划管理上最具刚性的抓手,在规划编制和管理体系中有着重要地位。本文结合〈福建控制性详细规划编制导则〉的制定,在分析研究各地做法基础上,探索新形势下控制性详细规划编制的思路。     

我国财务报告内部控制的法规建设与执行困境

面对上市公司披露虚假会计信息给投资者和资本市场造成的重大损失,中国的监管机构也越来越重视企业内部控制的法规建设,不断完善内部控制的法制体系。2008年财政部等五部委联合发布了《企业内部控制基本规范》;2010年4月26日,财政部等又发布《企业内部控制规范配套指引》,要求2011年开始在境内外同时上市的公司施行,自2012在沪深两市主板上市公司施行,鼓励非上市大中型企业提前施行。2011年10月11日,为了配合规范及指引的推行,注册会计师协会发布了《企业内部控制审计指引实施意见》。笔者主要描述了我国财务报告内部控制规范体系的建立过程,分析了其在执行中可能存在的问题,并尝试着提出了改进意见和建议。

讨论了面向北京奥运的多语语料库建设中的若干基础问题。提出了面向事件、多领域融合的语料收集原则,制定了具有分类信息的标注规范,初步建立了具有近七万句对的可控多语语料库。

2005—2014年,世界遗产保护面对新挑战,世界遗产在申报、遴选和监控过程中出现了新的动向,《实施世界遗产公约操作指南》的构建目标、结构框架和核心内容发生了明显转变：贯穿遗产保护全过程的监控程序日趋完善;参与保护的主体和方法更加丰富有效;申报与遴选的重点转向类型框架、时空框架和专题框架中的空白遗产种类。梳理这一趋势,将为我国世界遗产均衡、可信和更具代表性的可持续发展提供重要参考。     

美国城市设计导则介述

在美国的城市建设中,对城市形态的整体控制是通过区划法和城市设计导则来实现的。区划法主要是对城市形态的一些硬性规定,而设计导则大多体现的是弹性原则,两者相辅相成,形成对城市形态既控制又引导的机制。本文拟对美国的城市设计导则进行概要介绍,以期提供一些可资借鉴的信息。
