国外模拟IC的发展现状分析

本文主要根据电子整机的发展要求,从集成化、高性能和高可靠等三方面分析国外模似IC的发展,进而说明模拟IC总的发展趋势及其表现。最后指出,模拟IC正面临一个新的变革时期。     

红外图像序列小目标检测预处理技术

文中就如何复杂背景条件下低信噪比的小目标检测概率问题展开了讨论，提出了用空间高通滤的方法改善图像质量，达以抑制背景噪声，增强小目标的目的，并交坑通滤波和中值滤波做了一个简单的比较，随后采用分层投票表决法对目标进行检测，取得了良好效果。     

C50 级混凝土冬季施工技术探讨

介绍了应用在预应力砼Ｔ型梁的Ｃ５０级砼的冬季施工配制措施，并给出了－１０℃条件下的砼有效配合比及冬季４５℃±５℃蒸汽养生法措施。     

Study on high-strength composite portland cement with a larger amount of industrial wastes

It is one of important measures for the sustainable development of cement industry to utilize industrial wastes. High-strength composite portland cement with a large amount of granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS), fly ash and limestone was prepared by separate grinding method, optimizing gypsum and using activators. The total amounts of blending materials are between 45% and 65% and the strength grades of cements reach 525 or even 625 according to Chinese national standard for composite portland cement. Besides setting time and strength, the hydration heat, drying shrinkage and sulfate resistance were also determined.     

一种新型硫酸亚铁单液法调剖剂

本文提出用尿素作为ｐⅡ调节剂，加快硫酸亚铁单液法调剖剂中亚铁离子在地层温度下的沉淀，增大沉淀率，提高封堵效能。岩芯流动试验结果表明，１５％ＦｅＳＯ４．７ＩＩ ２Ｏ／５％尿素调剖剂体系的封堵能力比不含尿素的体系增大近一倍。     

Yttrium sol–gel coating effects on the cyclic oxidation behaviour of 304 stainless steel

The present results reveal the interest of sol–gel coating technique to improve 304 steel high temperature oxidation resistance. An yttrium sol–gel coating appears to enhance the oxidation resistance during isothermal oxidation test, to decrease widely the oxide weight gain and to reduce the initial transient oxidation stage generally observed in the case of blank steels. Moreover, the experimental results confirm that yttrium sol–gel coating also plays a significant role on the cyclic oxidation behaviour of the 304 steel. In fact, the yttrium addition promotes remarkably the prolongation of the period during which the oxide scale still remains adherent to the substrate.     

济钢中板厂加快技术创新的对策

本文通过对中板厂近年来技术改造后工艺装置和技术水平的分析，并结合中国加入WTO后对中国钢铁企业面临全球化市场竞争严峻性的认识，提出了中板厂在实现高产生产模式后，应加快技术创新的步伐，尽快完成由高产向优质、多品种、低消耗的高效化生产模式转化的主导思想、措施及建议。     

Oxygen-enrichment of YBa2Cu3 YBa2Cu3O7-δ using the fluidization techniqueusing the fluidization technique

The oxygen-deficient phase of the highT _c superconductor, YBa₂Cu₃O₇, was oxygen-enriched using the fluidization technique to give good superconducting properties. The normal method of oxygen treatment at 900°C for 24 h and at 600°C for 24 h has been reduced to just one treatment at 600°C for 12 h by the fluidization technique to achieve almost the same strength of superconducting signal for the YBa₂Cu₃O₇ powder, which establishes the attractiveness of the latter route for the large-scale preparation of superconducting material. The particle sizes were in the range 0–90, 90–180 and 180–420 μm. The fluidized particles were crystalline with orthorhombic distortion.T _c ^onset , estimated using the a.c. magnetic susceptibility method, was 91·3 K. The volume fraction of superconducting material in the product was 83·7–85·3%, one of the highest values reported so far for YBa₂Cu₃O₇.

本文通过一次参加日本《新建筑》国际住宅竞赛的经历，就未来高密度城市环境中住宅的生存状态进行了探讨。并试图用以速度来定义密度的方式探索当私密性与公共交往之间出现不可调和的矛盾时一种新的解决之道。     

PEO-b-PBA对天然橡胶/高吸水树脂共混体系增容作用的研究

通过扫描电子显微镜观察了天然橡胶和高吸水树脂共混体系的微观相态结构 ,研究了两亲性嵌段共聚物PEO b PBA结构本身的吸水能力对天然橡胶和高吸水性树脂共混体系吸水性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,PEO b PBA结构本身的吸水强弱对共混体系的吸水能力贡献很小 ,但却可以显著提高共混体系的吸水膨胀能力和力学性能 ,对特殊的增容作用进行了探讨
