Information Visualization Within a Digital Video Library

The Informedia Digital Video Library contains over a thousand hours of video, consuming over a terabyte of disk space. This paper summarizes the multimedia abstractions used to represent this video in prior systems and introduces the visualization techniques employed to browse and navigate multiple video documents at once.

CPP-TRS (Tonfoni 1989–94) is both a methodology and a language. Through the methodology (CPP — Communicative Positioning Program) those invisible aspects of communication are identified and represented by the meta-language (TRS — Text Representation Systems), which complements natural language. CPP-TRS is a new paradigm which applies to any communicative context.Icons in CPP-TRS are not intended to represent words or sentences in order to substitute them; they are rather intended to represent visually what natural language does not convey naturally. 新近出现的非对称数字用户线（ＡＤＳＬ）技术利用用户网中现有的铜双绞线提供１．５～６Ｍｂ／ｓ的下行数字信道，为接入信息高速公路提供了一条新途径，本文首次论述ＡＤＳＬ的基本概念，技术，发展现状和应用，最后论述我们对发展我国ＡＤＳＬ接入设备的几点建议。

１１０是电话网中的匪警特服号，现代信息化社会的发展要求１１０接警响应迅速而准确，本文介绍了公安１１０报警指挥系统的组成原理，给出了该系统与公共市话网和公安专网的组网实现方法，并对工程设计中的系统可靠性问题进行了详细的讨论，该系统也可用于１１９报警等其待服业务。     

EXTENSION OF THE RELATIONAL DATABASE AND ITS ALGEBRA WITH ROUGH SET TECHNIQUES

This paper describes a database model based on the original rough sets theory. Its rough relations permit the representation of a rough set of tuples not definable in terms of the elementary classes, except through use of lower and upper approximations. The rough relational database model also incorporates indiscernibility in the representation and in all the operators of the rough relational algebra. This indiscernibility is based strictly on equivalence classes which must be defined for every attribute domain. There are several obvious applications for which the rough relational database model can more accurately model an enterprise than does the standard relational model. These include systems involving ambiguous, imprecise, or uncertain data. Retrieval over mismatched domains caused by the merging of one or more applications can be facilitated by the use of indiscernibility, and naive system users can achieve greater recall with the rough relational database. In addition, applications inherently “rough” could be more easily implemented and maintained in the rough relational database.     

基于AOP的工作流在信息管理系统中的应用

针对基于面向对象的工作流与信息管理系统在集成时出现的问题,提出了一种基于面向方面的工作流方法。首先介绍了面向方面开发方法的原理和特点,然后分析基于面向方面的工作流管理系统的方案。最后结合基于.NET的信息管理系统的应用,给出了该工作流管理系统的实现过程。应用效果表明,基于面向方面的工作流可以有效地提高软件开发的效率。     

基于COM＋技术的Web服务封装研究

早期的信息管理系统都是用于实现企业特定的业务功能而建立的,包括对企业生产、供应、销售以及客户服务等的控制和管理。企业按照职能部门建立了各种企业信息系统,这些信息管理系统被其所在部门所使用,并在实际的工作生产中发挥了巨大作用。该文从整体考虑各个企业信息管理系统,并根据具体业务的需求对这些系统进行统一编排,通过一个合适的集成平台把现有企业信息管理系统进行有机的整合起来,使各＂信息孤岛＂联系起来。     

主动推送模式下的情报需求预测模型

针对主动推送模式下的情报需求预测问题,提出了基于案例推理的解决方案。设计了进行情报需求预测案例分析的工作流程,建立了案例属性描述模型;应用最近邻法进行案例的相似度评价,并通过信息增益的计算确定每个属性的权值,获得相似案例(集);提出了方案调整和推理策略。
