基于ISO9000和CMMs的需求开发和需求管理平台框架的研究

文章通过分析国内外当前软件需求开发和需求管理中的主要技术和存在的主要问题，并在研究ISO9000和SW－CMM、SA－CMM在软件需求开发和需求管理要求的基础上，结合现代软件工程的需求实现技术，提出了基于ISO9000和CMMs的需求开发和管理平台框架，用于指导国内软件组织软件需求开发和需求管理的实践工作。

将过程管理技术引入到实验室管理中 ,能更有效地利用教学资源 ,提高教学服务的水平和质量。但同样存在风险 ,实施过程管理的组织必须满足一定的条件 ,还要注意执行过程管理的组织其体制因素、个人的心理素质因素及领导决策能力等多种因素对实施效果的影响     

International transport of uranium concentrates

Abstract

There has been discussion within industry for a number of years regarding standards for shipping uranium concentrates from producers (mine/mill operations) to uranium conversion facilities. Although the standard way of transporting ore concentrates is in drums (nominally 200–210 L size), the specific packing and securing methods for sea transport vary considerably. A major initiative was recently launched within the World Nuclear Transport Institute with the setting up of a task force to examine the aspects of the transport of uranium concentrates that include a marine component. These aspects were grouped into three areas of interest as follows: the drums used for packaging, the sea International Standards Organisation (ISO) containers themselves and the restraint of the drums in the ISO containers. The objective of the task force has been to explore the concept of standard good industry practices for uranium concentrates packaging and shipping in ISO containers. Based on the findings of the Task Force, the present paper shares the lessons learned. It discusses good industry practices, which can be used as a basis to establish common methodology for the transport uranium concentrates. It considers the value of adopting a common approach and in this regard, the present paper highlights the current variations in drum design and the range of difficulties this can pose. In addition, the present paper describes drum restraint systems within the container, explaining the way in which securing methods have had to change due to restrictions on the use of wood dunnage. The importance of using containers satisfying ISO 1496 standard and the Convention for Safe Containers is discussed. Based on industry experience, important operational procedures to ensure well packaged secure loads are also discussed.     

企业实施食品质量与安全保证体系的动机研究

研究目的在于找到企业实施食品与安全保证体系的动机,并在此基础上对其进行分析,以期为促进我国食品安全管理提供相关政策建议。研究的方法为定性研究方法,首先通过国内外相关文献综述进行回顾,其次介绍现有质量与安全保证体系,再次提出企业实施食品与安全保证体系动机,最后提出相关政策建议。结论为企业实施质量与安全保证体系的动机包含法律环境、客户要求、运营成本和效率、交易费用、企业规模五个方面,并在此基础上提出三点建议。     

Measurement challenges for hydrogen vehicles

Uptake of hydrogen vehicles is an ideal solution for countries that face challenging targets for carbon dioxide reduction. The advantage of hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles is that they behave in a very similar way to petrol engines yet they do not emit any carbon containing products during operation. The hydrogen industry currently faces the dilemma that they must meet certain measurement requirements (set by European legislation) but cannot do so due to a lack of available methods and standards. This paper outlines the four biggest measurement challenges that are faced by the hydrogen industry including flow metering, quality assurance, quality control and sampling.

Application of ISO 22000 and comparison with HACCP on industrial processing of common octopus (Octopus vulgaris) – Part I

Critical control points (CCPs) were identified in the risk assessment of octopus ( Octopus vulgaris ) processing and implemented in the hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) plan. In the hazard analysis worksheet the different hazards were identified at each processing stage, whereas in the HACCP plan each CCP is identified and accompanied with the relevant significant hazard, critical limit, monitoring of the CCP and corrective actions. In this work comparison of ISO 22000 analysis with HACCP is carried out over octopus processing and packaging. ISO 22000 Analysis Worksheet was employed for determination of some prerequisite programmes (PrPs). Comparison between the two systems has been carried out using the hazard analysis worksheet. The PrPs are the main difference between the two systems. The incorporation of PrPs in the ISO 22000 made the system more flexible as a smaller number of CCPs was introduced.
