ACP100集成式堆顶结构可压缩气体对流传热数值模拟

反应堆集成式堆顶结构的功能之一是通过冷却气体的对流传热为控制棒驱动机构提供冷却。针对ACP100反应堆集成式堆顶结构建立完整的模型并划分流场网格,基于ANSYS/CFX软件分别对可压缩气体和不可压缩气体进行计算,并严格对比分析了其结果,重点研究气体可压缩性对对流传热计算结果的影响。计算结果表明,气体可压缩性对速度、温度分布和压降有较大影响,忽略气体可压缩性所预测的控制棒驱动机构表面最高温度偏低,控制棒驱动机构间隙气体最大流速和压降也偏低。

按综合特征实现车牌快速定位

研究在复杂背景图像中快速定位车牌的方法。综合利用车牌的字符和背景特征,采用求最频值算法,结合分格和形态学操作,有效地排除了背景干扰,较好地实现了车牌的定位。     

自由空间光子交换无阻塞榕树网络与可重排Benes网络的拓扑等价

光子交换技术是解决高速的光纤传输系统和低速的电子交换系统之间速度失配的根本措施。文中提出了无阻塞自由空间光子交换榕树网络的拓扑结构与实现方案，并采用互连网络拓扑等价的图分析法研究了无阻塞榕树网络与可重排Ｂｅｎｅｓ网络的拓朴等价及其多样性。为拓展无阻塞榕树网络在光子交换系统及多处理计算机系统的潜在应用提供了理论依据。     

电信综合网管数据模型有效实现方法的研究

针对电信综合网管数据模型实现效率低下问题,本文分别给出其数据模型基于关系数据库、面向对象数据库、对象关系数据库的有效实现方法;并对这三种不同数据库实现的操作性能进行了比较与分析。有关的试验结果表明,电信综合网管数据模型的对象关系数据库实现具有较好的应用效果。     

某型导弹引信备件需求预测模型研究

准确的备件需求预测在备件库存管理中尤为重要,但是备件间歇性需求的特点以及需求的历史数据不足使得备件需求预测特别困难,在一些部门,导弹备件库存管理水平决定了设备如何使用和维修.为解决上述问题,建立一种新的预测方法,综合评价备件需求预测的自相关与解释变量的关系:通过回归分析确定由解释变量引起的非零需求,判别一个非零需求发生的原因,进而得到修正后的非零需求序列的预测结果,最后通过LTD估计,得到具体的非零需求预测值.通过理论分析以及实例结果均证明,改进方法在预测精度上优于其它方法,为导弹备件预测研究提供一定的参考与借鉴.

淮河水利委员会防汛抗旱综合业务系统按照国家等级保护要求定为三级重要信息系统,系统功能和架构应满足国家等级保护相关要求。防汛抗旱综合业务系统等级保护改造中采用统一用户、权限配置和目录服务等管理方法,进行身份鉴别,实现业务应用系统的访问控制,实现日志记录与审计、资源控制保护等功能,达到等级保护改造的要求。     

A microsimulation model of urban energy use: Modelling residential space heating demand in ILUTE

Rapid urbanization, climate change and energy security warrant a more detailed understanding of how cities today consume energy. Agent-based, integrated microsimulation models of urban systems provide an excellent platform to accomplish this task, as they can capture both the short- and long-term decisions of firms and households which directly affect urban energy consumption. This paper presents the current effort towards developing an urban energy model for the Integrated Land Use, Transportation, Environment (ILUTE) modelling system.     

海洋平台安全性评估集成软件的设计与实现

中国船舶科学研究中心对海洋平台安全性评估方法集成软件进行了开发。该集成系统前台是以Orient.CAE平台为基础,根据专业分析需要定制界面,后台集成专业人员研制的求解程序。包含基于中国近海海况下,海洋平台非线性波浪诱导载荷预报系统;高阶水动力快速预报计算程序;基于半潜式钻井平台结构的疲劳失效概率、强度和稳定性失效概率计算方法的平台结构安全载荷能力系数预报系统;典型半潜式钻井平台结构全寿期安全性评估系统。形成了自主知识产权的海洋平台结构安全评估软件。     

An integrated vendor–buyer inventory model with backorder price discount and effective investment to reduce ordering cost

The single-vendor single-buyer integrated production inventory system has been an object of study for a long time, but little is known about the effect of investing in reducing ordering cost on the integrated inventory models with backorder price discount and variable lead time. The purpose of this article is to investigate in the continuous review model with backorder price discount and variable lead time to effectively increase investment and to reduce the joint expected annual total cost. The integrated strategy discussed here is one in which the buyer orders a quantity, then the vendor produces n times order quantity in each production cycle, in order to reduce setup cost. In addition, the buyer offers backorder price discounts to the customers that may motivate the customers’ desire for backorders, and buyer ordering cost can be reduced through effective investment. An integrated inventory model is established to find the optimal solutions of order quantity, ordering cost, backorder price discount, lead time, and the number of shipments from the vendor to the buyer in one production run, so that the joint expected annual total cost incurred has the minimum value. Furthermore, numerical examples are used to demonstrate the benefits of the model.
