新型高K栅介质ZrO2薄膜材料的制备及表征

采用超高真空电子束蒸发法制备了新型高 K栅介质-非晶 ZrO2薄膜. X射线光电子能谱 (XPS) 中 Zr3d5/2 和 Zr3d3/2 对应的结合能分别为 182.1eV和 184.3eV, Zr元素的主要存在形式为 Zr4+,说明薄膜由完全氧化的 ZrO2组成 ,并且纵向分布均一.扩展电阻法( SRP)显示 ZrO2薄膜的 电阻率在 108Ω@ cm以上,通过高分辨率透射电镜( HR- XTEM)可以观察 ZrO2/Si界面陡直,没有 界面反应产物 ,证明 600℃快速退火后 ZrO2薄膜是非晶结构.原子力显微镜( AFM)表征了薄膜的 表面粗糙度,所有样品表面都很平整,其中 600℃快速退火样品 (RTA)的 RMS为 0.480nm.     

微机械热对流倾角仪温度补偿技术研究

介绍了微机械热对流倾角仪的工作原理和结构设计,利用有限元分析软件,计算了在不同倾斜状态下二维密闭腔中点热源引起的对流场和温度场,提出了环境温度对热对流倾角仪影响的模型。根据仿真结果,在电路中增加了加热丝恒定温度控制电路,建立了基于软件的环境温度补偿算法,实现了对温度影响的补偿。经测试,环境温度从-40℃变化到60℃时,倾角仪0°输入的温度稳定性为0.07°,10°输入的温度稳定性为0.02°。     

癸二酸二甲酯与1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇的酯交换反应

对癸二酸二甲酯与1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇的酯交换反应进行了研究;分别考察了四异丙基钛酸酯、氨基锂、氧化二辛基锡3种催化剂的性能;采用氢核磁共振确定了产物的结构;考察了以四异丙基钛酸酯为催化剂时反应温度、反应时间、原料配比和催化剂用量对反应的影响。实验结果表明,四异丙基钛酸酯催化剂的催化效果最好;在癸二酸二甲酯与1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇摩尔比1∶1.79、四异丙基钛酸酯催化剂的用量为反应物总质量的0.31%、反应温度180℃、反应时间6h的条件下,所得产物中单(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸甲酯(简称单酯)质量分数为23%和双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯(简称双酯)质量分数为73%,单双酯质量比为1∶3.17,产物收率为93.3%。该方法可得到理想的单双酯比例及产物收率,具有很好的工业应用前景。     

X80焊管H_2S环境应力腐蚀开裂行为研究

采用三点弯曲加载法和微电极扫描测试技术,研究了X80高强度级管线钢及其焊缝区的抗H2S环境应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)行为。测定了焊接接头的显微硬度分布,分析了显微组织结构、力学性能及抗腐蚀性能之间的相关性。研究表明,热影响区(HAZ)对应力腐蚀开裂最为敏感,母材的纵向和横向取样对应力腐蚀敏感性影响不显著,薄壁管材比厚壁管材有较好的抗H2S环境应力腐蚀性能。HAZ晶粒粗大、硬度高,局部腐蚀倾向大,由此导致该区SSCC敏感性高。     

基于均匀圆阵的信号二维方向角互相关估计

针对复值乘性和加性噪声同时存在的情况,提出一种基于均匀圆阵的信号二维方向角互相关估计方法.本文推导出互相关估计公式,分析了估计的统计性能,给出了最优参数选择原则.在不改变均匀圆阵阵列流形的情况下,此方法抑制了信号中的乘性和加性噪声,且计算量小.计算机仿真证明了此方法的有效性.     

Improving Short-Circuit Current Capacity, Resistance, and Breaking Load of OPGW Constructions by Modifying Aluminium Alloy With AlB2

This article presents a method that can be applied to molten AA-6101 alloy to improve electrical properties of the aluminium part of the optical ground wire (OPGW) used in overhead transmission lines to protect phase conductors from lightning strike and to transmit signals and data. AA-6101 alloy in casting of the log as 6 m length and 178 mm diameter for extrusion has been inoculated by AlB₂ to decrease detrimental effects of Cr, Ti, V, and Zr on the conductivity of the material. After inoculation, improved billets were extruded as 9.5 mm diameter feedstock. Required wires drawn from the feedstock according to the construction types of OPGW to be tested were exposed to aging at 175°C, 6 h (T-8). Upon completion of the back-twist and performing-type stranding process, resistance, and short-circuit current capacity and breaking load of the OPGW 88/44 constructions with other metal combinations have been examined and tested to show improvement. Results are summarized in tables and graphically.     

Magnetic Properties of Fe-Doped Rutile

Ball-milling method was applied to dissolve Fe into titanium dioxide (TiO₂). X-ray diffraction indicated the starting anatase changed to a rutile-type structure with oxygen deficiency after ball milling. Transmission electron microscopy and X-ray absorption experiments were conducted to examine the possible existence of magnetic impurities in the ball-milled powders after they were leached in HCl solutions. Temperature dependence of the resistivity shows semiconducting behavior and the magnetic hysteresis loops at 5 and 300 K exhibit ferromagnetic characteristics. Fe-doped TiO₂ films were also prepared by pulsed laser deposition. The magnetic properties of the films are discussed.     

Niobium-containing catalysts—the state of the art

This review article is devoted to the materials containing niobium, which have been discovered or developed in the past few years and exhibit the potential application in heterogeneous catalysis. Niobium oxides and mixed oxides as well as sulfides, nitrides (oxynitrides), carbides (oxycarbides), and phosphates are considered. Among the catalytic processes in which Nb-containing materials were tested, liquid and gas phase oxidation is described in details, and the role of niobium in the prevention of the catalyst from SO₂ poisoning is mentioned.
