Effect of modified atmosphere packaging on the shelf-life of coated, whole and sliced mushrooms

Whole and sliced fresh mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) were packaged with PVC wrap or two polyolefins (PD-941 and PD-961) films after coating with CaCl₂ and chitosan. Package gas composition, color, weight loss and maturity were measured during storage at 12 °C and 80%RH. For PD-961, the highest in-package concentration occurred during the first day of storage regardless of treatments, while wrap and PD-941 showed varying degrees in-package concentration with different processes and coatings. The whiteness of whole mushrooms varied significantly with the type of coating, but not with the type of films. The extent of darkening was greater in coated whole mushrooms than in sliced ones. Weight loss occurred in all packages and varied from 3 (g/100 g) to about 7 (g/100 g) after 6 days of storage. Due to a lower permeability, PD-961 packages had the lowest weight loss. The type of packaging films significantly affected the maturity index, where PD-961 most effectively lowered maturity index for both whole and sliced mushrooms, thus extending the shelf-life. The type of coating did not appear to affect maturity index except for the wrap package where chitosan coating markedly lowered the maturity index of sliced mushrooms.     

浅谈DC/DC变换器控制新方法

文中针对DC/DC变换器的特点,在现有控制和建模方法的基础之上,对DC/DC变换器的现代控制方法进行了归纳和总结,简要讨论了其控制原理,并比较了各种现代控制方法的优缺点,最后对DC/DC变换器控制方法的发展作了一定的展望。     

A multigrid accelerated hybrid unstructured mesh method for 3D compressible turbulent flow

 A cell vertex finite volume method for the solution of steady compressible turbulent flow problems on unstructured hybrid meshes of tetrahedra, prisms, pyramids and hexahedra is described. These hybrid meshes are constructed by firstly discretising the computational domain using tetrahedral elements and then by merging certain tetrahedra. A one equation turbulence model is employed and the solution of the steady flow equations is obtained by explicit relaxation. The solution process is accelerated by the addition of a multigrid method, in which the coarse meshes are generated by agglomeration, and by parallelisation. The approach is shown to be effective for the simulation of a number of 3D flows of current practical interest. 沙漠地区高精度地震资料处理技术

受静校正及各种类型干扰的影响,西部沙漠地区地震资料的高精度处理较东部地区有更大的难度。对准噶尔盆地中部Ⅱ区、Ⅲ区、Ⅳ区、顺托果勒等区块地震资料在振幅恢复、静校正、去除各类噪音、高精度速度分析及叠前、叠后子波处理等方面进行了大量的试验与研究,形成了较为系统的高精度地震资料处理技术,在西部不同区块地震资料处理中取得了较好的应用效果。     

电信企业信息化统一模型构建策略

新型高K栅介质ZrO2薄膜材料的制备及表征

采用超高真空电子束蒸发法制备了新型高 K栅介质-非晶 ZrO2薄膜. X射线光电子能谱 (XPS) 中 Zr3d5/2 和 Zr3d3/2 对应的结合能分别为 182.1eV和 184.3eV, Zr元素的主要存在形式为 Zr4+,说明薄膜由完全氧化的 ZrO2组成 ,并且纵向分布均一.扩展电阻法( SRP)显示 ZrO2薄膜的 电阻率在 108Ω@ cm以上,通过高分辨率透射电镜( HR- XTEM)可以观察 ZrO2/Si界面陡直,没有 界面反应产物 ,证明 600℃快速退火后 ZrO2薄膜是非晶结构.原子力显微镜( AFM)表征了薄膜的 表面粗糙度,所有样品表面都很平整,其中 600℃快速退火样品 (RTA)的 RMS为 0.480nm.     

不锈钢管道坡口加工的新方法

对于不锈钢管及合金钢管坡口的加工,采用以往的加工方法切割出来的坡口一般参差不平、比较粗糙,难于打磨平整。使用LGK空气等离子切割机和磁力管道切割机的组合加上一定的辅助手段,改善了不锈钢管及合金钢管的坡口加工效果,使加工出来的坡口像碳钢管一样平整,更加容易打磨组焊。文章介绍了这一新方法所用的设备、材料、切割原理以及操作过程。     

高性能调度技术中应用程序调度模型设计--地理空间信息网格调度技术的研究

地理空间信息网格调度技术，要比传统的高性能计算中的调度技术复杂，原因是如果将全部网格资源作为一个应用程序的调度和执行目标，必将导致通信延迟、成本昂贵、执行低效等。为此，综合考虑应用程序特性、机器特性等，研究设计了地理空间信息网格高性能调度技术中的应用程序调度模型，包括地理空间信息网格应用程序分析；资源特性分析；应用程序分解；性能预测；资源调度；机器选择；任务映射；任务调度；任务调度器和调度器管理模块。以实现为不同的应用程序匹配不同的计算资源，提高计算资源的利用率和应用程序的执行效率。     

Progressive damage modelling of SMC composite materials

The present work deals with the modelling of damage behaviour for sheet moulding compound (SMC) composite materials using a finite element analysis package. Specifically, a comparison is made between the results obtained experimentally for a three-point bending test, and those obtained from numerical simulation using a material model already implemented. The simulation has been performed for the material models available within the PAM-CRASH software. The simulation results are compared and validated with respect to experimentation.
