基于VxWorks的图形界面开发方法

为了解决嵌入式图形界面开发中的困难、增强图形界面的功能和效果,结合工程实践讲述了双缓冲技术、中文字符显示方法和响应鼠标、键盘事件、多页面设计等嵌入式图形开发方法。应用结果表明,这些技术和方法的使用在丰富嵌入式图形界面功能和效果方面确实起到了很好的作用,有着非常广泛的使用和推广价值。

随着互联网的普及和多媒体技术的发展,流媒体依靠其强大的技术优势迅速渗透到社会生活的各个领域。在国际上,对webcasting（或webcaster）的研究已经成为网络传播研究的一项重要课题。本文以流媒体的概念为切入点,深入分析了流媒体系统及其关键技术,研究了流媒体技术在新闻网站中的应用。     

中国移动云视讯媒体质量优化系统设计

随着网络的迅猛发展,视频会议在人们办公中的应用越来越广泛,然而网络自身的固有特性在不同场景下的网络状态波动较大,网络质量不可控,为解决上述网络问题,中国移动云视讯提出媒体质量优化技术,采用媒体优化网关,通过优化协议加速解决跨网络丢包与各品牌终端抗丢包率不一致的问题,实现平台统一及终端融合的目标。     

Comparing e-Learning tools’ success: The case of instructor–student interactive vs. self-paced tools

e-Learning tools have profoundly transformed modern pedagogical approaches. Vendors provide different types of systems, such as self-paced (SP) and instructor–student interactive (ISI) e-Learning tools. Although both types of tools represent promising solutions to facilitate the learning process, it is important to theoretically identify a framework to evaluate the success of these tools and assess whether one type of tool is more effective than another. Toward this end, we (1) propose a model to evaluate e-Learning tools’ success by extending and contextualizing Seddon’s information systems (IS) success model for the e-Learning environment and (2) formulate four hypotheses to predict the differences in the success factors between SP and ISI tools. We test the model and hypotheses using data from 783 students across seven higher education institutions in Hong Kong. The results support the proposed e-Learning tool success model and three of the four hypotheses. ISI tools outperform SP tools in terms of system quality, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and learning outcome.

On August 26, 1984, at the annual meeting of the APA in Toronto, Canada, the American Psychological Foundation announced the recipients of the Gold Medal Award (to Anne Anastasi), the Distinguished Teaching in Psychology Award (to David L. Cole), the Distinguished Teaching of Group Process Award (to Robert Freed Bales), and the National Psychology Award for Excellence in the Media (to Howard Gardner, Daniel Goleman and Roger Sergel). Nicholas A. Cummings, president of the APF, made the presentations. The citations, biographies, and bibliographies for all of the recipients are presented here. Pre-service teachers' perspectives of the diffusion of information and communications technologies (ICTs) and the effect of case-based discussions (CBDs)

This study investigates pre-service teachers' perspectives of the diffusion of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in elementary education and the effect of case-based discussions (CBDs). The sample consisted of 170 first-year pre-service teachers from elementary teacher education programs of the largest teacher education college in Turkey. The cases used in the study were obtained from a case repository at http://ornekolay.org, indexing teaching cases from elementary classrooms of the capital city of Turkey. The cases were mainly text-based and presented stories of elementary teachers' in-class usage of ICTs. A quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design was executed to test the effect of pre-service teachers' perspectives on ICTs diffusion in elementary teaching. Three scales were developed based on Rogers' Diffusion of Innovation Theory (2003) to measure pre-service teachers' preferred innovativeness, innovation perceptions, and innovation decisions in the use of ICTs. The results showed that pre-service teachers had pre-established perspectives, mainly positive, about the diffusion of ICTs in elementary teaching; their perceptions about innovativeness and relative advantage were the main indicators of persuasion and decision; and CBDs positively affected their perceptions such that their computer-related persuasion and decisions positively increased.
