In this paper, a W-band coherent stepped-frequency synthesizer is proposed, which provides transmitter and local oscillator
signals to a high range resolution radar system. This synthesizer is realized by combining the technique of direct digital
synthesizer, phase lock loop, up-conversion and multiplier chain, etc. In order to shorten the lock time of the phase lock loop, a new method is introduced in the design of this synthesizer.
Measurement results show that the transmitting signal is around 94 GHz, the bandwidth is 504 MHz, the phase noise is about
−90 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, and the spurious signals are less than −55 dBc. Especially, the frequency switching time of this
synthesizer is about 1 μs. With the W-band stepped-frequency synthesizer, the range resolution of the high range resolution

This paper presents a novel millimeter-wave ultra-wideband (UWB) bandpass filter (BPF) based on microstrip dual-mode rectangular
ring resonators. In order to get strong coupling between the input/output line and the dual-mode ring resonators, a step-impedance
parallel-coupled structure is adopted for the design of the filter. On the other hand, transmission zeros are produced by
the dual-mode resonator. As a consequence, the filter has low insertion-loss in its passband, sharp attenuation in its lower
and upper stopbands and very wide stopbands. As an example, a filter with two dual-mode ring resonators is designed and fabricated.
The measured frequency property of the fabricated filter shows good agreement with the simulated response. 相似文献

Exploring the multifunctional array antenna suitable for complex communication environment has very important research value.In this paper,a millimeter wave(mm-wave)double longitudinal sawtooth slot array antenna(DLSA)based on substrate integrated waveguide(SIW)technology is proposed,which has wideband,high-gain and novel beam characteristics.Two irregular longitudinal slots are etched on the SIW conductor surface as the radiation structure.To improve the bandwidth of the DLSA,the metallized vias are added at the transition point of the slots to construct multiple resonant frequency points.By adjusting the size of the slots and the position of the metallized vias,the phase constant can be regulated,and the unusual beam characteristics can be obtained.That is to say,in the lower frequency band,the beam pointing angle increases with frequency.In the higher frequency band,the beam pointing angle is maintained at a fixed angle.Finally,to improve the antenna gain,a 16 × 8 DLSA is fab-ricated,measured and discussed.The proposed antenna has an impedance matching bandwidth close to 9.7 GHz.From 27 to 33 GHz,the beam pointing angle changes from 8° to 29°.From 33 to 37 GHz,the beam pointing angle is fixed at 29°,and the pointing angle error range is±1°.In addition,the measured maximum gain is 22.9 dBi at 32 GHz. 相似文献

为解决毫米波信道反射和透射特性测量数据不足、多层材料传播系数计算不准确和传播特性表征不明的问题,该文开展面向6G通信感知一体化(ISAC)的40~50 GHz毫米波信道反射和透射特性研究。首先,基于菲涅尔理论和射线弹跳追踪原理,提出一种室内多层建筑材料传播系数计算方法;然后,利用基于矢量网络分析仪的毫米波信道测量平台,开展40~50 GHz频率范围内多层木板和多层玻璃的反射和透射系数测量活动。结果表明,该方法与测量值间高度吻合,传播系数误差低于0.1,能够准确地刻画毫米波信道反射和透射特性变化规律。此外,研究还发现反射系数谐振特性和有效布儒斯特角特性依赖于电波极化、入射角和材料厚度。 相似文献

本文提出了一种基于三导体耦合线结构的毫米波Marchand巴伦的新型宽带模型。基于c模和π模理论,对三导体耦合线进行了分析并采用传输线和理想变压器对其建立了模型。通过电磁场仿真提取了模型参数并使用该耦合线模型建立了Marchand巴伦的模型。基于该模型,本文使用GaAs工艺设计了一种毫米波Marchand巴伦并进行了流片制造,所设计的巴伦工作在15GHz~55GHz频率范围,测试结果表明该巴伦具有较好的幅值和相位平衡度,同时验证了模型的准确性。 相似文献

A dual-channel millimeter-wave attenuation measurement system from 75 GHz to 110 GHz using a heterodyne receiver is described. The millimeter-wave attenuation is derived from the voltage ratio at 5.02 kHz using an inductive voltage divider as a reference standard. The measurement uncertainties are estimated to be 0.015–0.030 dB for attenuation ranging from 0 dB to 70 dB at 110 GHz. Measurement results of a waveguide rotary vane attenuator with 0–70 dB attenuation steps at 110 GHz are presented. 相似文献
