The growth of oleaginous Rhodotorula glutinis in an internal-loop airlift bioreactor by using mixture substrates of rice straw hydrolysate and crude glycerol

The conversion of lignocellulosic biomass (LCB) to microbial oils is attracting a growing amount of attention. However, the growth of the oleaginous yeast Rhodotorula glutinis on LCB hydrolysate (mainly rice straw) only will lead to a low lipid mass fraction, in the range of 10–20%. This study shows that the addition of crude glycerol to the LCB hydrolysate medium can efficiently raise the lipid mass fraction to the range of 30–40%. Crude glycerol is a by-product in the biodiesel production process. The use of renewable LCB hydrolysate and crude glycerol would greatly reduce the substrate cost for microbial oil production using R. glutinis. In addition, the results of experiments show that a low-cost airlift bioreactor is a more suitable fermentation process for the growth of R. glutinis than the use of a conventional agitation tank. When using mixed carbon sources of LCB hydrolysate with 30 kg m⁻³ of reducing sugars and 30 kg m⁻³ of crude glycerol, a maximal cell mass of 21.4 kg m⁻³ and lipid mass fraction of 58.5 ± 6.2 were achieved in an internal loop airlift bioreactor, and this process may have the potential to be applied in scale-up production.     

一种新型注入剖面组合测井仪及其应用

为了提高注入剖面测井的准确性，研制了一种新型注入剖面组合测井仪。该仪器由流量处理单元、伽马处理单元、井温处理单元、磁性定位处理单元、调制式传输、电源电路六部分组成。一次下井可同时测取流量、伽马、井温、磁性定位四组参数。具有测取资料精度高、单芯电缆传输、流量可单点测量也可连续测量以厦现场监测和维修方便等特点。     

廊固凹陷大兴断层对油气分布的控制研究

廊固凹陷断裂系统复杂，其中大兴断层是中西部的控盆边界断层，它通过对凹陷的构造样式、沉积特征的控制进而影响整个凹陷的油气分布。从区域构造背景和盆地的沉积演化角度，按不同段落断裂展布的方向、产状的陡缓、对沉积的控制作用以及不同层段物质组份的差异，将大兴断层划分为4段：北段、中北段、中南段和南段，各段又可进一步分为上下不同的两段。各段断层的结构、形态、伴生构造、活动时间等都存在较明显差异，通过控制物源而控制沉积相的展布、储层物性和生储盖组合。相应的伴生构造和沉积物发育特征导致构造、构造-岩性组合控制了油气的分布：北段下段、中北段下段近湖一侧是廊固凹陷中西部有利的油气聚集带；中北段上段发育的生物气藏具有一定的勘探前景。     

Niobium-containing catalysts—the state of the art

This review article is devoted to the materials containing niobium, which have been discovered or developed in the past few years and exhibit the potential application in heterogeneous catalysis. Niobium oxides and mixed oxides as well as sulfides, nitrides (oxynitrides), carbides (oxycarbides), and phosphates are considered. Among the catalytic processes in which Nb-containing materials were tested, liquid and gas phase oxidation is described in details, and the role of niobium in the prevention of the catalyst from SO₂ poisoning is mentioned.     

Mixed oxide supported hydrodesulfurization catalysts—a review

Support effects form important aspect of hydrodesulfurization (HDS) studies and mixed oxide supports received maximum attention in the last two decades. This review will focus attention on studies on mixed oxide supported Mo and W catalysts. For convenience of discussion, these are divided into Al₂O₃ containing mixed oxide supports, TiO₂ containing mixed oxide supports, ZrO₂ containing mixed oxide supports and other mixed oxide supports containing all the rest. TiO₂ containing mixed oxides received maximum attention, especially TiO₂–Al₂O₃ supported catalysts. A brief discussion about their prospects for application to ultradeep desulfurization is also included. An overview of the available literature with emphasis on research carried out in our laboratory form the contents of this publication.     

Regulator problem for uncertain linear discrete-time systems with constrained control

A necessary and sufficient condition to test the robustness of a regulator of uncertain linear systems with constrained control is given. The candidate regulator for this test is that stabilizing nominal systems. An illustrative example is also given.

对于(-1,1)中的结点组{X_k}_(k=1)~n,记l_k(x)为相应的Lagrange插值基本多项式,又记A_n=‖∑(2-x~2-x_k~2)(1-x_k~2)~-1丨l_k(x)‖。对于f∈C_([-1,1)~q与r=[q+2/2],本文证明满足条件H_n(f,x_k)=f(x_k)(k=1,2,…,n),H_n~(s)(f,±1)=f~(s)(±1)(s=0,1,…,n-1)的n+2r-1次代数多项式H_n(f,x)有逼近性质H_n~(s)(f,x)-f~(s)(x)=(?)其中δ_n(x)=n~(-1)(1-x~2)~(1/2),△_n(x)=δ_n(x)+n~(-2).作为证明的重要工具,本文还对n次代数多项式P_n(x),建立了另一形式的Bernstein不等武:若 P_n(x)=O(1)δ_n~q(x)ω(δ_n(x)),则p_n~(S)(X)=O(1)δ_n~(q-2S)(X)ω(δ_n(X))△_n~s(X)。     

壳牌煤气化工艺在荷兰德姆科列克IGCC工厂的应用

介绍采用壳牌煤气化工艺的荷兰德姆科列克250MW整体煤气化烧气－－蒸汽联合循环发电厂的建厂过程及运行经验。阐述了IGCC能量平衡原理、SCGP系统流程和运行操作指标，对壳牌煤气化装置的优良性能和发展前景进行了总结和展望。
