Simultaneous Static Testing of A/D and D/A Converters Using a Built‐in Structure

Static testing of analog‐to‐digital (A/D) and digital‐to‐analog (D/A) converters becomes more difficult when they are embedded in a system on chip. Built‐in self‐test (BIST) reduces the need for external support for testing. This paper proposes a new static BIST structure for testing both A/D and D/A converters. By sharing test circuitry, the proposed BIST reduces the hardware overhead. Furthermore, test time can also be reduced using the simultaneous test strategy of the proposed BIST. The proposed method can be applied in various A/D and D/A converter resolutions and analog signal swing ranges. Simulation results are presented to validate the proposed method by showing how linearity errors are detected in different situations.

3.125Gb/s基于PS/PI型的时钟与数据恢复电路设计

基于标准0.18μmCMOS工艺,设计了一种全速率PS/PI型时钟与数据恢复(CDR)电路。该电路主要由bang-bang型鉴相器、数字控制模块、分接器、相位选择器以及相位插值器等模块构成。根据本CDR的特点,提出了一种在分接器后对超前、滞后信息进行统计比较得到一组低速信号来解决高速模拟电路和低速数字电路之间的接口问题。     

A STUDY ON THREE KINDS OF ALCOHOLS ESTERIFIED COPOLYMER OF MALEIC ANHYDRIDE AND OLEFINS AS POUR-POINT DEPRESSANT FOR DIESELS

ABSTRACT

The Synthesis of three kinds of alcohols esterified copolymer of maleic anhydride and olefins (MOVAS) as pour-point depressant (PPD) for diesels was introduced. By using the synthesized MOVAS, the pour-point (PP) and cold filter plugging point (CFPP) of-10# diesel from No. 2 Refinery were lowered by 18°Cand 9°C, respectively. It can also lower PPs and CFPPs of other diesel fuels. Meanwhile using conditions and affecting factors were investigated.     

Dibenzothiophene Hydrodesulfurization Activity of MoS2 Supported in Sol–Gel ZrO2–TiO2 Mixed Oxides

Abstract

In this work, we report the effect of support composition on the properties of MoS₂ impregnated in sol–gel ZrO₂–TiO₂ mixed oxides as dibenzothiophene hydrodesulfurization catalyst. The supports calcined at 500°C were characterized by N₂ physisorption and X-ray diffraction (electronic radial distribution function). The oxidic impregnated materials (2.8 Mo atoms/nm²) were sulfided at 400°C under a H₂S/H₂ stream. The sample impregnated on the equimolar support showed the highest activity per mass of catalysts whereas the one with TiO₂ carrier was superior in a per mass of Mo basis. Marked differences in products selectivity were observed by TiO₂ addition in the supports. The hydrodesulfurization route to partially hydrogenated compounds was favored over the mixed oxides-supported catalysts meanwhile the direct desulfurization (to biphenyl) was promoted on the ZrO₂-supported solid. It is suggested that among other properties the dispersion and morphology of the MoS₂ phase could influence that behavior.     

Global exponential stability of neutral high-order stochastic Hopfield neural networks with Markovian jump parameters and mixed time delays

In this paper, a class of neutral high-order stochastic Hopfield neural networks with Markovian jump parameters and mixed time delays is investigated. The jumping parameters are modeled as a continuous-time finite-state Markov chain. At first, the existence of equilibrium point for the addressed neural networks is studied. By utilizing the Lyapunov stability theory, stochastic analysis theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, new delay-dependent stability criteria are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities to guarantee the neural networks to be globally exponentially stable in the mean square. Numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate the main results.     

DEMs-STP混合模型在三维地层建模中的应用研究

本文提出了一个多层DEM(Digital Elevation Model,DEM)及似三棱柱(Similar Tri-Prism,STP)混合的三维地层模型DEMs-STP,该模型使用多层DEM构建地表及地质分层界面,使用STP构造层间地质体,改进了STP的切割处理,并利用IDL作为开发工具,实现了三维可视化。实验结果表明,DEMs-STP混合数据模型具有同时表示空间对象表面和内部结构的能力,适合地质勘探领域的三维建模。
