针对有些模拟计算可以忽略排气压力波的影响,提出了等压法计算的设想,这是一种每一工作循环缸外热力过程只计算一次的简化方法。分析结果表明,这种计算可以满足零维模型必须满足的所有制约方程,能真实地模拟涡轮增压柴油机的实际工作过程,适用于各种增压系统,但仍有待于进一步的研究与改进。根据等压法,建立了一种适用于定压涡轮系统的计算模型--“定压涡轮”模型,用于MPC增压系统的计算,计算结果与试验结果基本吻合,与容积法计算结果趋于一致,从而验证了模型的正确性,同时也表明这种缸外计算法是有效的。 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Nisin is a commercially available bacteriocin produced by Lactococcus lactis ATCC 11454 and used as a natural agent in the biopreservation of food. In the current investigation, milk whey, a byproduct from dairy industries was used as a fermentation substrate for the production of nisin. Lactococcus lactis ATCC 11454 was developed in a rotary shaker (30 °C/36 h/100 rpm) using two different media with milk whey (i) without filtration, pH 6.8, adjusted with NaOH 2 mol L?1 and without pH adjustment, both autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 min, and (ii) filtrated (1.20 µm and 0.22 µm membrane filter). These cultures were transferred five times using 5 mL aliquots of broth culture for every new volume of the respective media. RESULTS: The results showed that culture media composed of milk whey without filtration supplied L. lactis its adaptation needs better than filtrated milk whey. Nisin titers, in milk whey without filtration (pH adjusted), was 11120.13 mg L?1 in the second transfer, and up to 1628‐fold higher than the filtrated milk whey, 6.83 mg.L?1 obtained in the firstt transfer. CONCLUSIONS: Biological processing of milk byproducts (milk whey) can be considered a profitable alternative, generating high‐value bioproducts and contributing to decreasing river disposals by dairy industries. A model-based autotuning method consists of an identification and a regulator tuning phase. To achieve satisfactory performance and robustness, it is advisable that both phases be tailored a priori to the characteristics of the observed process dynamics. Such characteristics include, but are not limited to, the model structure. For example, overdamped and underdamped models with the same pole-zero structure are parametrised and controlled in different ways. Step response data, that are typically used for the identification phase in the autotuning context, can also be pre-processed to reveal those characteristics. This paper presents a step response classification method suitable for the above purpose. The method is based on a polygonal curve approximation technique for data pre-processing, followed by a neural network classifier. Only normalised I/O data are employed, so that the neural network can be trained off-line with simulated data. Simulation results are reported to show the effectiveness of the proposed classification method in terms of the achievable tuning results. 相似文献

漳泽水库供水能力下降。优化调度方式是提高水库效益的最有效途径。通过采用随机动态规划方法与模拟模型交互运算得到现行控制水位的水库优化调度图。采用同样方法对不同控制水位的水库运行方式进行优化调度,选出的规划水库最优控制水位为汛限水位904 .5 m ,正常高水位905 .5 m 。优化的控制水位方案在保障水库防洪安全的前提下可供给城市生活和工业用水6 300 万m3 ,较现行控制水位下的供水量提高1 255 万m3 。但农业用水仍然不足,应采取一定措施给予解决,如对灌区工程进行改造,因地制宜采取不同节水措施和污水回用等。 相似文献

Therapeutic ultrasound angioplasty has been investigated, clinically, by a number of researchers and represents a potentially promising therapy for the treatment of atherosclerotic lesions. To date, there has been no detailed analysis of the effect of mechanical design parameters, such as wire geometry or damping characteristics, on wire waveguide performance. An apparatus capable of delivering therapeutic ultrasound down small diameter nickel–titanium (NiTi) wire waveguides is described. The output peak-to-peak (p–p) displacements at the distal tip of a 1.0 mm diameter waveguide were measured experimentally, by means of an optical microscope and image analysis software. The output was measured for a range of waveguide lengths from 118 to 303 mm. Wire waveguide distal tip displacements as high as 98 μm (p–p) at 23.5 kHz were measured. For the range of lengths tested, the experimental measurements show the critical relationship between the length of the waveguide and the output distal tip displacements. A finite element model that can predict the resonant frequencies and distal tip displacements of various wire waveguide geometries and configurations, including the effect of damping, is presented. This numerical model has been validated against the experimental displacement data obtained. This will be a valuable design tool for ensuring the safety and effectiveness of therapeutic ultrasound angioplasty procedures. 相似文献

Partial enumeration (PE) is presented as a method for treating large, linear model predictive control applications that are out of reach with available MPC methods. PE uses both a table storage method and online optimization to achieve this goal. Versions of PE are shown to be closed-loop stable. PE is applied to an industrial example with more than 250 states, 32 inputs, and a 25-sample control horizon. The performance is less than 0.01% suboptimal, with average speedup factors in the range of 80-220, and worst-case speedups in the range of 4.9-39.2, compared to an existing MPC method. Small tables with only 25-200 entries were used to obtain this performance, while full enumeration is intractable for this example. 相似文献

Isothermal melt spinning experiments have been conducted using two polyethylene melts of low density (LDPE) and high density
(HDPE) to produce steady state spinline profiles. The data revealed the threadline extensional viscosity exhibiting a contrasting
picture : extension thickening behavior for LDPE and extension thinning one for HDPE. A White-Metzner model having a strain
rate-dependent relaxation time was then found to be able to simulate this dichotomy in melt spinning fairly well: the fluids
whose relaxation times have smaller strain rate-dependence can fit LDPE data with extension thickening extensional viscosity
whereas the fluids whose relaxation times have larger strain rate-dependence can fit HDPE data with extension thinning extensional
viscosity. This dichotomous nature of viscoelastic fluids is also believed to be able to explain other similar contrasting
phenomena exhibited by polymer melts, such as vortex/no vortex in entry flows, cohesive/ductile fracture modes in extension,
