济钢中板工艺技术结构的优化

济南钢铁厂于１９８８年进行了增建４辊精轧机和增设３号加热炉为主体的中板工艺技术改造，在生产中对原料生产、中板轧制、精整等工艺技术结构进行了一系列优化组合，取得了良好的效果。为了适应市场需求将继续对中板进行工艺技术结构优化，调整产品结构。     

Buckling analysis for delaminated composites using plate bending elements based on higher‐order zig‐zag theory

A finite element based on the efficient higher‐order zig‐zag theory with multiple delaminations is developed. The bending part of the formulation is constructed from the concept of DKQ element. Unlike conventional elements, a developed element has its reference in the bottom surface which simplifies zig‐zag terms on formulation. Exact patch solutions are developed on elements which have the bottom reference system. The present element passes proper bending patch tests in the arbitrary mesh configurations in isotropic materials. Zig‐zag formulation is adopted to model laminated plates with multiple delaminations. To assess the accuracy and efficiency of the present element based on higher‐order zig‐zag theory with multiple delaminations, the linear buckling problem of laminated plates with multiple delaminations has been analysed. The results have been compared with three‐dimensional elasticity solutions. 汽车摩擦片厚度测量装置驱动电路的研究

本文通过对摩擦片厚度在线测量装置系统构成的全面分析，对其驱动电路子系统进行了理论探索和技术研究，完成了相应的电路设计、误差分析及器件选择等工作，并进行了具体的实验验证，证明该驱动电路具有良好的性能，可圆满实现摩擦片厚度在线检测和实时分析的工作任务。     

An adaptive non‐conforming finite‐element method for Reissner–Mindlin plates

Adaptive algorithms are important tools for efficient finite‐element mesh design. In this paper, an error controlled adaptive mesh‐refining algorithm is proposed for a non‐conforming low‐order finite‐element method for the Reissner–Mindlin plate model. The algorithm is controlled by a reliable and efficient residual‐based a posteriori error estimate, which is robust with respect to the plate's thickness. Numerical evidence for this and the efficiency of the new algorithm is provided in the sense that non‐optimal convergence rates are optimally improved in our numerical experiments. 研究了水对植物纤维水泥复合板性能的影响。选择合适的水分可以提高板材静弯曲强度,减小板材变形。     

Dynamic response of a Mindlin elastic rectangular plate under a distributed moving mass

The elastodynamic response of a rectangular Mindlin plate subjected to a distributed moving mass is investigated. The set of governing characteristic partial differential equations that include the effects of shear deformation and rotary inertia is expressed in its dimensionless form. A finite difference algorithm is employed to transform the differential equations into a set of linear algebraic equations. Simply supported edge conditions were used as an illustrative example. The analysis is also valid for other edge conditions. It is found that the maximum shearing forces, bending and twisting moments occur almost the same time. Also, the values of the maximum deflections are higher for Mindlin plates than for non-Mindlin plates.

本文提出了建立新一代的开放式自动抄表平台的思想,并着重介绍了构建平台的基本原则、技术要求和设计方式。

系统介绍了舞钢开发的针状铁素体型X70宽厚板的设计思路、工艺特点和实物水平；采用电炉 炉外精炼 连铸 TMCP工艺生产的X70宽厚板满足西气东输专用技术条件的要求，并批量应用在西气东输主干线工程中。
