基于VW2010芯片的嵌入式多媒体监控系统压缩/解压卡设计

在简要分析了多媒体监控系统发展现状的基础上，提出了一种基于VW2010压缩／解压芯片的多媒体压缩／解压卡的设计方案，给出了基于VW2010的多媒体监控系统压缩和解压卡的硬件结构图以及在Linux系统下VW2010的驱动程序，同时给出了在Linux Redhat7．3下编写的测试程序，并进行了全面的测试。     

Frequency domain identification of Wiener models

This paper proposes a frequency domain algorithm for Wiener model identifications based on exploring the fundamental frequency and harmonics generated by the unknown nonlinearity. The convergence of the algorithm is established in the presence of white noise. No a priori knowledge of the structure of the nonlinearity is required and the linear part can be nonparametric.

详细分析我国矿业城市可持续发展所面临的社会、经济、资源和生态环境等问题，提出了我国矿业城市应树立可持续发展目标及其内涵，系统分析矿业城市可持续发展的结构和模式，结合我国矿业城市发展存在的主要问题，以矿业城市可持续发展理念为指导，提出我国矿业城市实现可持续发展的途径及其建议。     

Conceptual document modelling and retrieval

This paper presents the main current theoretical issues in Information Retrieval. The principles of conceptual modelling, as they have emerged in the database area, are presented and their application to document modelling in order to enhance document retrieval is discussed. Finally, the main features of the MULTOS project are presented and critically reviewed confronting them with the requirements which have been identified during the general discussion on document conceptual modelling for information retrieval.     

钻速模式动态辨识方法研究

目的：钻进过程是一个复杂的工艺过程，影响钻速的因素错综复杂。为钻井参数优化和实时控制，提出钻速动态模型。方法：对影响钻速的因素进行分析，用系统辨识方法建立钻速模式。结果：利用该方法建立了华北油田岔河集地区的钻速模型，取得满意结果。结论：此动态钻速模式能更准确、科学地描述钻进过程，并在钻井参数最优化、钻井过程的闭环控制等方面具有广阔的应用前景。     

CIMS环境中的数据模式转换

本文在分析CIMS环境中数据模式冲关类型的基础上，提出一种互连数据库系统模式结构，论述了在异构数据库集成中解决模式冲突的基本方法．在这种方法体系中，不需要建立整个企业的全局数据模式，各局部DBA以简单的方式定义应用所需的模式变换，系统根据这种定义自动完成各种转换，使用户看到的模式和数据结果与应用要求的一致．     

Using Multimedia to Support Cooperative Editing

By Cooperative Editing we mean the coordinated manipulation of information by a group of authors. During the editing process the (co-)authors need to communicate their ideas, drafts and constraints (remotely or face-to-face) until a final version of the information is achieved. For the different phases of this process - discussion of ideas, editing, cross-checking - different media or media integration are adequate. Furthermore, analysing the transition from individual work to group work, within different human activities, two pitfalls are often detected if computer support is considered: a) technological communication difficulties, especially if the group is remotely located on heterogeneous hardware, associated with a fall in productivity and frequent social inadequacies of the group's computer support; b) the lack of integrated media processing tools available for group editing. In order to solve these problems, we suggest that Multimedia can be applied in two ways: to effectively support the necessary group communication links; and to enhance the expressiveness of the information edited. To test this statement we have been conceptualising and implementing a prototype system. Most of the techniques involved can be used in other tools that need multimedia capabilities or that support other specific types of group activities. The innovative aspects of the work are the use of multimedia techniques to support demanding applications, possibly on cross-platforms, and the integration of several concepts to support cooperation.     

Inference and retrieval of facial images

Attempts have been made to extend SQL to work with multimedia databases. We are reserved on the representation ability of extended SQL to cope with the richness in content of multimedia data. In this paper we present an example of a multimedia database system, Computer Aided Facial Image Inference and Retrieval system (CAFIIR). The system stores and manages facial images and criminal records, providing necessary functions for crime identification. We would like to demonstrate some core techniques for multimedia database with CAFIIR system. Firstly, CAFIIR is a integrated system. Besides database management, there are image analysis, image composition, image aging, and report generation subsystems, providing means for problem solving. Secondly, the richness of multimedia data urges feature-based database for their management. CAFIIR is feature-based. A indexing mechanism,iconic index, has been proposed for indexing facial images using hierarchical self-organization neural network. The indexing method operates on complex feature measures and provides means for visual navigation. Thirdly, special retrieval methods for facial images have been developed, including visual browsing, similarity retrieval, free text retrieval and fuzzy retrieval.
