In the present work, we performed immunochemical studies of LPS, especially the O-specific polysaccharide (O-PS) of Aeromonas veronii bv. sobria strain K133, which was isolated from the kidney of carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) during an outbreak of motile aeromonad infection/motile aeromonad septicemia (MAI/MAS) on a Polish fish farm. The structural characterization of the O-PS, which was obtained by mild acid degradation of the LPS, was performed with chemical methods, MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry, and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. It was revealed that the O-PS has a unique composition of a linear tetrasaccharide repeating unit and contains a rarely occurring sugar 2,4-diamino-2,4,6-trideoxy-D-glucose (bacillosamine), which may determine the specificity of the serogroup. Western blotting and ELISA confirmed that A. veronii bv. sobria strain K133 belongs to the new serogroup PGO1, which is one of the most commonly represented immunotypes among carp and trout isolates of Aeromonas sp. in Polish aquacultures. Considering the increase in the MAI/MAS incidences and their impact on freshwater species, also with economic importance, and in the absence of an effective immunoprophylaxis, studies of the Aeromonas O-antigens are relevant in the light of epidemiological data and monitoring emergent pathogens representing unknown antigenic variants and serotypes.  相似文献

In this study, Cr(N,O)/CrN double-layered coatings were synthesized using the cathodic arc deposition (CAD) process. CrN film was first deposited onto a substrate as an interlayer to ensure better adhesion, and Cr(N,O) film was subsequently deposited on top of the CrN layer as the surface layer. Variation in the Cr(N,O) coating composition was achieved through changing the O2/N2 flow ratio during the last stage of processing. Phase structure, chemical composition, and morphology of the resulting coatings were analyzed and observed using the X-ray diffractometer, Auger electron spectrometer and SEM. In addition, oxidation behavior of the coatings was investigated using TGA/DTA methods. The tests were carried out by increasing temperature up to 1000 °C in ambient air. With the introduction of oxygen gas during the CAD process, a superficial layer was produced in the Cr(N,O) constituent containing CrN and Cr2O3 phases. The formation of the oxide phase attributed to the reaction of chromium and oxygen was more favorable than that of chromium and nitrogen. The results also showed that Cr(N,O)/CrN double-layered coatings exhibited superior oxidation resistance at elevated temperature than that of CrN single-layer coated specimen (870 °C vs. 750 °C).  相似文献

对国内生产非调质N80级石油套管的现状做了简述,在包钢φ180 mm机组上取轧卡样,用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机测定34Mn2VN钢的动态CCT曲线并进行控冷实验.借助光镜和扫描电镜对显微组织和断口进行分析.通过实验研究,提出了一种新的生产非调质N80级石油套管的工艺,在包钢进行大批量生产试验.结果表明,选用合理的终轧温度和冷速,采用加热→穿孔→连轧→脱管→定减径→冷却,可实现大批量生产.该工艺与传统生产工艺相比有减少工序、提高生产率、节约能源的优点.  相似文献

研究了不同含量的碳纳米管及0.8%稀土Y对高Ni含量Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷组织性能的影响.将不同成分的试样分别于1400℃、1410 ℃、1420℃真空烧结,测试抗弯强度、洛氏硬度,观察背散射电子形貌、断口形貌并做能谱分析.结果表明,加入质量分数(下同)为0.8%Y及0.3%~1.0%的碳纳米管时,碳纳米管含量为0.5%的组织较均匀,芯壳结构明显,抗弯强度及硬度均较高.  相似文献

各向异性Sm2Fe17Nx磁粉的结构与磁性能   总被引:11,自引:1,他引:11  
研究了Sm2Fe12Nx磁粉的制备、结构与磁性能,发现Sm—Fe合金的铸态组织主要由Sm2Fe17、α—Fe和SmFe2三种物相组成,而经过1000℃均匀化退火48h处理后富Sm的SmFe2相基本消失,α—Fe相的品粒变小,数量减少。随着氯化时间延长到10h,Sm2Fe17相始终未改变其Th2Zn17型结构,而氯原子浓度增加,所有的X射线衍射峰均向小角度方向移动;但在氮化时间超过10h后,物相要发生变化,导致磁性能降低。在500℃下流动的氮气氛中对Sm2Fe17合金氮化2、4、6、10h未加磁场取向的磁粉中,以氮化6h的磁性能值最高:σr=35.44Am^2/kg(emu/g),Hc=58kA/m(729.03Oe)。磁性能值偏低的原因与测量磁场较低,粒径分布不均匀及粒径较大有关。  相似文献

Volumetric gas—liquid mass transfer coefficient (kLa) data available in the literature for larger tanks (T = 0.39 m to 2.7 m) have been analyzed on the basis of relative dispersion parameter, N/Ncd. It was observed that at a given superficial gas velocity (VG), kLa values were approximately the same irrespective of geometric configuration (size of the tank, type and size of the impellers, type of the sparger, etc.) at a particular N/Ncd. A single correlation based on N/Ncd is presented which shows satisfactory agreement with the kLa data of different workers.  相似文献

In trials conducted at 2 highland Vertisol sites in Ethiopia in 1990 and 1991, 2 locally popular wheat cultivars, 1 spring bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and 1 durum wheat (T. durum Desf.), were supplied with nitrogen (N) fertilizer at 0, 60 and 120 kg N ha–1 in the form of large granular urea (LGU), standard urea prills or ammonium sulfate. N was applied all at sowing, all at mid-tillering or split-applied between these two stages (1/3:2/3). While durum wheat exhibited the highest N concentration in grain and straw, bread wheat, because of its higher productivity, resulted in a greater grain and total N uptake. In general, split application of N and use of LGU as N source enhanced grain and total N uptake, apparent N recovery and agronomic efficiency of N, particularly under severe water-logging stress. Where significant, the interactions among the experimental factors substantiated the superior responsiveness of the bread wheat cultivar to fertilizer N, and the beneficial effects of split N application and LGU as an N source. Split application of N tended to nullify the positive effects of LGU, presumably by approximating the delayed release of N achieved with LGU. Considering the potential benefits to Ethiopian peasant farmers and consumers, split application of N should be advocated, particularly on water-logged Vertisols; LGU could be an advantageous N source assuming a cost comparable to the conventional N source urea.  相似文献

The performance of three different models, which simulate changes in the inorganic N content of the soil, was evaluated in respect of their ability to predict Nmin content in the spring under cereal crops. The models of British, Dutch and German origin, were tested using data from farmers' fields supplied by 70 farmers over two growing seasons in FRG. The models were run between harvest of the previous crop and spring of the following year, and predictions of Nmin in the spring compared to soil measurements. The performance of the models was assessed by counting the number of cases in which predictions agreed within 10 or 20 kg (N) ha–1 of the measurements. Predictions were less than ± 10 kg (N) ha–1 of measured values in only 30–44% and 28–55% of cases in 1988 and 1989, respectively. Predictions were less than ± 20 kg (N) ha–1 of measured values in 62–70% and 68–82% of cases in 1988 and 1989, respectively. Predictions in 1989 were better because the initial Nmin content in the autumn was included in the model input. None of the models tested had been designed to use input data of the type available to farmers. It is concluded that, at present, the results are too variable for any of the models to be used with confidence as tools to aid in N fertilizer recommendations.  相似文献

采用高压催化剂性能评价实验装置,在压力分别为7.0,10.0和15.0MPa,温度分别为350,400和450℃条件下,在H2/N2为1.6-3.0范围内研究了H2/N2对A301,ZA-5和A110-2型催化剂的活性和合成塔出口氨浓度的影响。在压力和空速一定的条件下,最佳H2/N2随反应温度而异。在350,400和450℃下,最佳H2/N2分别为1.8-2.2,2.2-2.5和2.5-3.0。由此可见,合成氨反应的速率达到最大值时的最佳H2/N2值与反应的进程有关。为此提出了催化剂效率K(Catalysis efficiency)的概念来表征在催化剂作用下反应器出口氨浓度趋近平衡的程度,即K=CNH3/C^*NH3。根据实验结果,得到了最佳H2/N2与催化剂效率的定量关系:(H2/N2)m=1.5(1 CNH3/C^*NH3)=1.5(1 K)。由此可以根据催化剂在不同反应条件下的催化剂效率来确定最佳H2/N2。凡是会降低催化剂效率的因素,都会使最佳H2/N2降低。各种影响因素对最佳H2/N2的影响中,反应温度的影响最大,其次是空速和催化剂的活性,而压力和惰性气体含量的影响相对较小。在低温(低压)下合成氨,宜采用较低的H2/N2。  相似文献
