详细分析了3GPP LTE国际加密标准祖冲之(ZUC)算法的结构及其硬件实现过程.ZUC流式加密算法采用了线性反馈移位寄存器(LFSR),比特重组(BR)和非线性函数F的三层结构设计,具有很高的安全性.同时,ZUC算法在设计时就充分考虑了软硬件实现的低复杂度,因此非常适合于硬件实现.ZUC算法在Altera的Cyclone FPGA上实现,需要2 013个逻辑单元,不需要存储器.在中芯国际SMIC 0.18 μm的CMOS工艺上实现的芯片面积为109 823 μm2. 相似文献

Phase‐change alloys are the functional materials at the heart of an emerging digital‐storage technology. The GeTe‐Sb2Te3 pseudo‐binary systems, in particular the composition Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST), are one of a handful of materials which meet the unique requirements of a stable amorphous phase, rapid amorphous‐to‐crystalline phase transition, and significant contrasts in optical and electrical properties between material states. The properties of GST can be optimized by doping with p‐block elements, of which Bi has interesting effects on the crystallization kinetics and electrical properties. A comprehensive simulational study of Bi‐doped GST is carried out, looking at trends in behavior and properties as a function of dopant concentration. The results reveal how Bi integrates into the host matrix, and provide insight into its enhancement of the crystallization speed. A straightforward explanation is proposed for the reversal of the charge‐carrier sign beyond a critical doping threshold. The effect of Bi on the optical properties of GST is also investigated. The microscopic insight from this study may assist in the future selection of dopants to optimize the phase‐change properties of GST, and also of other PCMs, and the general methods employed in this work should be applicable to the study of related materials, for example, doped chalcogenide glasses. 相似文献

A new membrane‐based triboelectric sensor (M‐TES) is presented as a self‐powered pressure change sensor. It generates a voltage induced by surface triboelectric charges in response to an air pressure change. Extremely high detection resolutions of 0.34 Pa and 0.16 Pa are achieved when the air pressure increases and decreases in a small region away from the ambient standard atmosphere pressure, respectively, indicating an excellent sensitivity. By integrating the M‐TES with a signal processing unit, we demonstrate practical applications of the device in sensing footsteps, respirations, and heartbeat, which suggests widespread use of the M‐TES in fields of security surveillance, chemical engineering, geography research, environment monitoring, and personal healthcare. 相似文献

The empirical formula of Van Uitert is applied to calculating the emission wavelengths of haloapatite and silicon apatite phosphors doped with Eu2+/Ce3+. The relationship between emission wavelengths and occupied lattice sites of Eu2+/Ce3+ is discussed in haloapatite crystal. For phosphors of haloapatite and silicon apatite doped with Eu2+, the emission bands of the long-wave region are interpreted reasonably. Phosphors Sr5(PO4)2SiO4 doped with Eu2+/Ce3+ are synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction under two different atmospheres, the spectral characteristics of Eu2+/Ce3+ occupying different lattice sites are studied. The luminescent materials Sr5(PO4)2SiO4 doped with Eu2+/Ce3+ are promising blue-green phosphors for application in white-LEDs. 相似文献

提出了一种对航天时间延时积分(TDI)电荷耦合器件(CCD)相机振动移变降质图像进行恢复的方法。首先介绍了TDI-CCD的工作原理及其对振动的敏感性,建立了TDI-CCD振动降质的点扩散函数(PSF)模型,指出振动对TDI-CCD相机的降质过程是空间移变的;然后提出了基于快速CCD的振动检测方法,在振动检测技术中,利用了一种改进的灰度投影算法计算振动参量;最后提出对降质图像进行逐行恢复的方法,并对模糊图像进行了恢复。分别对匀速直线运动和正弦振动进行了实验。用峰值信噪比(PSNR)作为评价标准,对恢复图像进行了评价。结果表明,匀速直线运动模糊图像的PSNR为33.98dB,恢复后其PSNR为41.14dB;正弦振动模糊图像的PSNR为39.68dB,恢复后其PSNR为45.12dB。 相似文献

Self‐Interference Cancellation for Shared Band Transmission in Nonlinear Satellite Communication Channels 下载免费PDF全文
For efficient spectral utilization of satellite channels, a shared band transmission technique is introduced in this paper. A satellite transmits multiple received signals from a gateway and terminal in the common frequency band by superimposing the signals. To improve the power efficiency as well as the spectral efficiency, a travelling wave tube amplifier in the satellite should operate near the saturation level. This causes a nonlinear distortion of the superimposed transmit signal. Without mitigating this nonlinear effect, the self‐interference cannot be properly cancelled and the desired signal cannot be demodulated. Therefore, an adaptive compensation scheme for nonlinearity is herein proposed with the proper operation scenario. It is shown through simulations that the proposed shared band transmission approach with nonlinear compensation and self‐interference cancellation can achieve an acceptable system performance in nonlinear satellite channels. 相似文献
