S7-1200 PLC在伺服电动机位置控制中的应用

随着生产技术的提升,工艺领域对伺服电动机的运动控制模块要求更加精确的位置控制,西门子公司的SIMATIC S7-1200PLC有着良好的工艺和性能,其通过脉冲接口的方式给电机的运行控制提供支持,满足当前工艺要求的水平,并且功能完善。文中对西门子S7-1200 PLC在松下伺服电动机位置控制中的应用进行研究,阐述了松下伺服电动机A5系列硬件和PLC系统的接线步骤,通过软件程序实现对伺服电动机的位移运动的控制。实验验证了程序的正确性,结果表明,位移的操作精准度可以达到0.1 mm,满足位置控制的性能要求。     

Outage analysis of opportunistic‐based hybrid decode‐amplify‐forward relaying in polar code environment

Outage analysis plays a vital role in wireless systems to determine reliable transmission and effective communication. Incremental hybrid decode‐amplify‐forward (IHDAF) relay offers a way of meeting the challenges of capacity and coverage improvement with great potential in cooperative communication networks. Therefore, opportunistic incremental hybrid relaying must be integrated with coding schemes to achieve full diversity. In this paper, the outage behavior of polar coded and distributed coded cooperative relaying schemes is analyzed. Simulation results show that opportunistic incremental HDAF using polar code offers an outage capacity of 17 b/s/Hz for 4 × 4 multiantenna and 45 b/s/Hz in 8 × 8 multiantenna systems with an outage of 10^?8 and 10^?13, respectively. Moreover, the polar coded opportunistic IHDAF system in 8 × 8 MIMO achieves 2 and 6 dB higher gains compared with amplify‐and‐forward (AF) and decode‐and‐forward (DF) relaying schemes. The closed‐form expression for outage probability has been derived through Marcum‐Q approximations and processed through Monte Carlo simulations.     

PLC基于以太网与矿用监控分站数据交互实现

针对瓦斯抽采自动控制系统中PLC控制器与矿用监控分站采用RS485通信模式进行数据交互轮询时间较长、数据出现滞后、不能满足系统闭环控制和快速调节等问题,该文提出了采用以太网通信方式进行数据交互的方法。以西门子S7-1200系列PLC作为客户机,以重庆煤科院KJ90-F16矿用监控分站作为服务器,通过对PLC和监控分站的配置和编程,实现了PLC以动态链路方式与多台矿用监控分站进行数据交互。测试结果表明,采用以太网比采用RS485的通信方式数据交互速度快、效率高,能有效提高瓦斯抽采监控系统的控制响应速度。     

浅谈1200芯骨架式光纤带光缆的研制及应用

随着我国光通信行业的发展,光纤光缆的制造技术业也得到了长足的发展,尤其是光纤带光缆,凭借其光纤密集度高外径小而广泛应用。本文重点介绍了1200芯骨架式光纤带光缆的结构设计原理、原材料的使用、关键制造工艺要点及应用,并给出了其性能测试结果,给超大芯数高密度光缆研发提供了积极意义。     

基于S7-1200 PLC的电加热器模糊PID控制

选用西门子公司新推出的SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC为核心控制器,以实验室自主设计的实验平台为基础,采用模糊PID控制策略,在MATLAB中离线计算控制量表,以在线查表的方式寻址得到PID控制器各个参数并在线修改,实现对电加热器的控制。利用S7-1200的组态软件,在线监测,得到清晰的控制效果图。实验结果证明,S7-1200完全实现了模糊PID控制,并且具有优异的控制效果,可以很好地应用到工业工程当中。     

S7-1500与S7-1200在风洞控制系统中的应用

当前,西门子PLC已在风洞控制系统中得到了广泛应用,但新一代的PLC S7-1500与S7-1200并没有很多应用案例。S7-1500 PLC作为西门子新的旗舰产品,性能卓越;S7-1200PLC单机可对4轴进行高速脉冲控制。S7-1500与S7-1200之间通过PROFINET通信,实时性更好,抗干扰性更强。同时,风洞控制系统还采用了西门子的G150变频器和V90伺服系统,使得整个控制系统更加统一。该文通过介绍一个新的风洞控制系统设计方案,介绍了S7-1500与S7-1200以及V90的实际应用,为以后的风洞控制系统设计以及S7-1500与S7-1200的实际应用提供参考。     

Asynchronous heterogeneous mechanism for hyper-distributed hyper-parallel AI processing

This paper proposes an asynchronous heterogeneous propagation approach of concurrent competitive waves for hyper-distributed hyper-parallel heuristic problem-solving.This approach is much more powerful than the synchronous homogeneous mechanisms and the asynchronous superimposition algorithms,and has universal validity and availability.The basic conception,concurrent algorithm and its properties are discussed.The theory and conclusions drawn in this paper are of essential importance for the hardware implementation of hyper-distributed hyper-parallel processing based on chaotic cellular networks.     

Olfactory Receptor OR7A17 Expression Correlates with All-Trans Retinoic Acid (ATRA)-Induced Suppression of Proliferation in Human Keratinocyte Cells

Olfactory receptors (ORs), which belong to the G-protein-coupled receptor family, have been widely studied as ectopically expressed receptors in various human tissues, including the skin. However, the physiological functions of only a few OR types have been elucidated in skin cells. All-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) is a well-known medication for various skin diseases. However, many studies have shown that ATRA can have adverse effects, resulting from the suppression of cell proliferation. Here, we investigated the involvement of OR7A17 in the ATRA-induced suppression of human keratinocyte (HaCaT) proliferation. We demonstrated that OR7A17 is expressed in HaCaT keratinocytes, and its expression was downregulated by ATRA. The ATRA-induced downregulation of OR7A17 was attenuated via RAR α or RAR γ antagonist treatment, indicating that the effects of ATRA on OR7A17 expression were mediated through nuclear retinoic acid receptor signaling. Moreover, we found that the overexpression of OR7A17 induced the proliferation of HaCaT cells while counteracting the antiproliferative effect of ATRA. Mechanistically, OR7A17 overexpression reversed the ATRA-induced attenuation of Ca²⁺ entry. Our findings indicated that ATRA suppresses cell proliferation through the downregulation of OR7A17 via RAR α- and γ-mediated retinoid signaling. Taken together, OR7A17 is a potential therapeutic target for ameliorating the anti-proliferative effects of ATRA.     

UV/O3/H2O2协同体系光降解兰纳素橙OR的研究

讨论UV／O3／H2O2协同体系对兰纳素橙OR的光降解情况，与O3、UV、O3／UV的处理效果进行了比较，研究了pH值、O3、H2O2对兰纳素橙OR光降解的影响．结果表明：UV／O3／H2O2协同体系可以很好地降解水中的兰纳素橙OR，其降解速率大于O3／UV、O3、UV体系；在弱碱性的条件下，兰纳素橙OR在这一体系中的光降解速率最快；强酸性条件下，电导率上升最高；兰纳素橙OR光降解速率随O3流量的增加而增加，电导率在O3流量为20L／h时出现峰值；在一定的H2jO2质量浓度范围内，兰纳素橙OR的光降解速率与电导率提高程度随H2O2质量浓度的升高而增大，但过高时，兰纳素橙OR的光降解速率会减慢，电导率提高程度减弱；UV是影响电导率变化的主要因素，其随UV强度的增加而增加。     

一种求解与/或树的Petri网方法

研究了用Petri网求解人工智能中与/或树的问题,提出了一种把与/或树转换成相应的Petri网,并通过其逆网求得原与/或树的解树的方法,可进而利用模糊Petri网的推理得到与/或树的最优解树。该方法直观高效,拓宽了Petri网的应用领域。
