通过纳米碳纤维(CNFs)在聚甲醛(POM)基体中的均匀分散以及取向,制备了具有优异力学性能和热性能的POM/CNFs复合材料。利用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、拉伸性能测试、热重分析、动态热机械分析测试表征了POM/CNFs复合材料的结构和力学、热学性能。结果表明,CNFs与POM分子链形成氢键相互作用,促进了CNFs在POM基体内分散,同时使POM/CNFs复合材料的结晶度显著提高。随着CNFs含量增加,POM/CNFs复合材料的拉伸强度、储能模量和损耗模量均得到提高。当添加0.5%的CNFs时,拉伸强度、储能模量及损耗模量分别提高了20.5%,127%和58%。进一步研究了高温拉伸对POM/CNFs复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,CNFs沿拉伸方向定向排列,同时复合材料拉伸后结晶度提高,拉伸强度显著增加。 相似文献

The α alloy Ti-2Al-2.5Zr and near α alloy Ti-4Al-2V were hydrogenated to various levels. The morphology,orientation relation (OR), and habit plane of the hydrides were studied by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It was found that in the two alloys most of the precipitates are δ-hydrides which have fcc structure with the lattice parameter a = 0.44 nm. 借助于SEM和TEM研究了Al—TiO2-B2O3系热扩散反应法合成铝基复合材料的界面结构。结果表明:在B2O3与TiO2摩尔比小于1时,增强相由棒状的Al3Ti及颗粒状的TiB2和α-Al2O3组成。Al3Ti与基体的界面干净、相容性好,在基体中分布均匀;TiB2与铝基体界面干净,并存在以下位向关系:[231^-]Al∥[0001]TiB2,(204^-)Al∥(2420^--)TiB2,可成为基体结晶时的核心,细化基体晶粒;口一Al2O3与铝基体的润湿性差,被推挤到基体颗粒的界面呈偏聚状态,并存有孪晶现象,其孪晶面为(111),孪生方向为[112^-]。 相似文献

The effects of γ/γ interfacial structures on continuous coarsening of the fully lamellar microstructure in Ti-48Al alloy aged at 1 150 ℃ were investigated by using transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Continuous lamellar coarsening can be achieved not only by migration of interface faults(such as ledges, edges and curved interfaces) but also by migration and decomposition of perfect γ/γ lamellar interfaces. Thermal grooves, initiative positions of interfacial dissociation, can frequently form at the triple point junctions between the 120°-rotational ordered γ domain boundaries within γ lamellae and the lamellar interfaces. During the early stage of aging at 1 150 ℃, the interface migration and dissociation took place preferentially at the 120°-rotational ordered lamellar interfaces. Comparing the relative thermal stability of the true-twin, pseudo-twin and 120°-rotational ordered γ/γ lamellar interfaces shows that the 120°-rotational ordered lamellar interface is the most unstable. The reason of this phenomenon was analyzed through the comparisons of the interfacial energies and atomic arrangements of the three types of γ/γ lamellar interfaces. 相似文献

This paper presents a visual object tracking system which is tolerant to external imaging factors such as illumination, scale, rotation, occlusion and background changes. Specifically, an integration of an online version of total-error-rate minimization based projection network with an observation model of particle filter is proposed to effectively distinguish between the target object and the background. A re-weighting technique is proposed to stabilize the sampling of particle filter for stochastic propagation. For self-adaptation, an automatic updating scheme and extraction of training samples are proposed to adjust to system changes online. Semi‐regular triangle remeshing algorithms convert irregular surface meshes into semi‐regular ones. Especially in the field of computer graphics, semi‐regularity is an interesting property because it makes meshes highly suitable for multi‐resolution analysis. In this paper, we survey the numerous remeshing algorithms that have been developed over the past two decades. We propose different classifications to give new and comprehensible insights into both existing methods and issues.
