基于卡尔曼滤波器的永磁同步电动机定子磁链观测研究

着重分析了卡尔曼滤波器的设计原理，并将该方法运用到永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制系统中。仿真结果证明该方法具有良好的观测效果，完全消除了常规电压积分磁链观测方法存在的直流偏移和累积误差等缺点。     

Catherine E. Lord: Award for distinguished professional contributions to applied research.

The American Psychological Association 2010 Award for Distinguished Professional Contributions to Applied Research was awarded to Catherine E. Lord, for her research on the identification and treatment of individuals with autism spectrum disorders. She developed a diagnostic tool for measuring social behavior and communication, the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, that is now considered the gold standard for diagnosis of social and communicative disorders. Development of Solar Spectroradiometer for Meteorological Observation

A new generation of solar spectroradiometerhas been developed by CUST/JRSI to improve solarirradiance observation data underhyperspectral resolution. It is based on the grating spectroradiometer with a back-thinned CCD linear image sensor and is operated in a hermetically sealed enclosure. The solar spectroradiometer is designed to measure the solar spectral irradiance from 300nm to 1100nm wavelength range with the spectral resolution of 2nm (the full width at half maximum). The optical bench is optimized to minimize stray light. The Peltier device is used to stabilize the temperature of CCD sensor to 25℃, while the change of temperature of CCD sensor is controlled to ±1℃ by the dedicated Peltierdriver and control circuit.

通过现场观测,分析了朱仙庄矿高地应力特厚极软煤层轻放开采工作面支架支护阻力变化、巷道变形及顶煤顶板运移规律。认为该条件下所选轻放支架工作阻力合理,支承压力峰值点、顶煤顶板始动点与一般综放工作面相比,均前移,巷道变形严重。

Surveillance and privacy – Beyond the panopticon. An exploration of 720-degree observation in level 3 and 4 vehicle automation

On the path to high-level vehicle automation, the degree of surveillance both inside and outside the car increases significantly. Consequently, ethical considerations are becoming central to questions around surveillance regimes and data privacy implicit in level 3 and 4 vehicle automation. In this paper, we focus on outputs from the EU Horizon 2020 project Vision Inspired Driver Assistance Systems (VI-DAS). In particular, we assess the VI-DAS 720-degree observation technology, critical to ensuring a safe Human Machine Interaction (HMI), from multiple theoretical perspectives to contribute to a better understanding of the phenomena of privacy. As a synonym for surveillance, we started our evaluation with Bentham's ideation of the panopticon. From there, it is a relatively short step to radical Foucauldian critiques that offered more dystopian technologies of power. However, both theorems demonstrate a limited understanding of the issue of data privacy in the context of safe transportation along the evolution of highly automated vehicles. Thus, to allow the debate to move beyond more binary discussions on privacy versus control/power and to a certain degree escape the shadow of the panopticon, we applied the Nissenbaum four theses framework of Contextual Integrity (CI). Her decision heuristic allowed us to introduce structure and a degree of precision in our thinking on the matter of privacy that represents a step forward to phenomena of privacy in a specific context. Our approach concludes that the VI-DAS 720-degree observation technology can respect the user's privacy through an appropriate flow of personal information. However, the flows of personal data must be strongly regulated to ensure that data is seen as a value in terms of a commodity to protect human life and not seen as an asset that needs to be turned into value in terms of capital or the facilitation of asymmetric power-relations.

橡胶坝冬季结冰情况的观测

橡胶坝冬季结冰运行，已成为橡胶坝设计、安全运行的重要课题。通过对五台县郭家寨水库橡胶坝两年冬季结冰运行的原型观测，分析坝袋内各点的温度变化情况及成因，发现大气降温为主要因素；坝袋内温度场的变化能反映结冰范围以及冰层厚度；人工补水可以调节坝袋内冰层厚度。实践证明，只要设计合理，管理得当，橡胶坝冬季运行是可行的。从而为橡胶坝冬季结冰运行提供了科学依据，可供同类工程参考和借鉴。     

OBSERVATIONS BEYOND THE SITE: UNFOLDING OF LANDSCAPE PROCESS IN THE DESIGN OF DUKE GARDEN IN KUNSHAN

Observation is the beginning of reading site and inspiring design. When the site lacks obvious features, designers not only need to observe in detail but also step out of the site’s physical boundaries and expand the scope of observation. This process involves reflection on the intrinsic factors of the site, seeking landscape reference in the broader context according to the subject’s core connotations, through which design concepts can emerge from the simulation, selection, and expression of scenarios. The new Duke Garden, located in the city of Kunshan in Jiangsu Province, is situated in a typical Chinese suburban area, which bears little distinction in geographical features. The ordinary site condition forced designers to search for deeper characteristics of the place through alternative methods which allow designers to examine the site from three perspectives: 1) through the study and comparison of precedents which share a spiritual lineage; 2) through the physiographical investigation on regional ecosystem to which the site belongs; and 3) through a revisit of the preceding phases of the project and a probe into the temporal connection between adjacent sites. Observations from these three perspectives have enabled the design of Duke Garden to explore contemporary spiritual connotations of the landscape typology of “garden” and intepret it through this project.
