Automated fluorimetry in quality control of pasteurized and ultra-high temperature-treated starch soup

Automated monitoring of the microbiological quality of heat-processed foods by the resazurin reduction test was applied to microtitration plate incubator-fluorimeter technology. The appearance and disappearance of the fluorescing peak of resorufin was monitored on microtitration trays. Pasteurized or ultra-high temperature-treated starch-based soup was used as the model food system. Bacillus subtilis spores (ultra-high temperature treatment) and vegetative cells of Enterococcus faecalis (pasteurization) were inoculated into the soup before the heat treatment at levels which resulted in some survival. The timing of appearance of maximum fluorescence correlated with the number of bacteria in pre-incubated samples. Automated resazurin-reduction fluorimetry was compared with conventional plating, turbidometry and microcolony count by the direct epifluorescent filter technique. The results of the resazurin test correlated well with those of all the other methods tested. Fluorimetry had the advantage that the results could be read within 1–5h and the reproducibility was superior to the other methods.

平面Z-型软磁铁氧体频率特性的研究

研究分析了Co2Z材料显微结构与磁性能的关系,在普通铁氧体工艺中引入预磁化处理方法,并适当控制二次再结晶现象,成功地研制出高性能的Co2Z型宽频材料,Z-型铁氧体材料的共振频率可达1.8GHz以上,截止频率在1GHz附近,起始磁导率在8-13之间,介电常数相对较低(ε'<30)。     

数值地形图的生成及其水文地貌特征评价

数值地形图(DEM)是利用地理信息系统(GIS)进行流域水文模拟的基础, 其精度直接影响模拟结果在没有现成的数值地形图时, 应用人员往往利用传统的地形图来生成它. 本文分别采用Arc/Info地理信息系统软件提供的哈奇逊法和不规则三角网五次插值法, 对一个实验流域的高程取样点进行插值, 生成了4种不同的数值地形图, 从凹洼分布、流域界定、河网提取、地面坡度和地形指数、以及地面径流汇成等方面, 对它们的水文地貌精度进行了比较. 结果表明, 两种方法都能生成由高程点群所反映的地形, 然而由于哈奇逊法能够结合流域的河网结构及其具有物理基础的水文地貌加强法来处理凹洼问题, 因此大大地提高了其所生成的流域数值地形图水文地貌特征精度.

Interoceptive Sensitivity and Self-Reports of Emotional Experience.

People differ in the extent to which they emphasize feelings of activation or deactivation in their verbal reports of experienced emotion, termed arousal focus (AF). Two multimethod studies indicate that AF is linked to heightened interoceptive sensitivity (as measured by performance on a heartbeat detection task). People who were more sensitive to their heartbeats emphasized feelings of activation and deactivation when reporting their experiences of emotion over time more than did those who were less sensitive. This relationship was not accounted for by several other variables, including simple language effects. 铜基催化剂孔隙率对气体有效扩散系数的影响

研究了18种具有不同孔结构参数的粒状铜基甲醇合成催化剂孔隙率对有效扩散系数的影响。结果发现，催化剂微孔孔隙率增大，曲节因子亦增大，扩散阻力增加。将孔隙率与催化剂曲节因子关联，得到了半经验方程，用它可估算催化剂的曲节因子。     

基于遗传算法的图像边缘信息链表匹配技术

提出了一种基于遗传算法的图像边缘信息链表匹配方法。首先,采用CANNY算子的方法提取图像边缘;然后,将图像边缘信息链表化;最后,基于链表化结果利用遗传算法进行链表匹配。该方法能够减少匹配过程中的计算量,且能实现高效匹配。通过仿真实验,验证了该方法的性能。
