介绍了红外光谱辐射计的组成及工作原理,分析了其信号处理方法。红外光谱辐射计的核心是分光元件、光学系统及信号处理部分。该设备采用容易调整的高像质反射光学系统和波长在25~14μm连续可变的分光系统,并采用高集成度、高精度的数据采集、数字锁相和数据处理、存储系统。观察瞄准、探测接收的光学系统以及数据采集、处理系统都被放到一个体积很小的测量头中,具有体积小、质量轻牢固可靠、抗干扰性能强和使用方便等优点。入瞳的最小可探测率为10-12W/cm2,光谱分辨率为2%,测量速度为10条谱线/s。经实际检测和使用,该设备的性能达到国内外先进水平,并具有野外工作的特点。  相似文献

This paper presents the problems in the implementation of multipoint connections at switching level using the example of an ATM switching network. By choosing the proper routeing mechanism and the appropriate architecture of the switching element, a switching network can gradually be adapted to an increasing share of multipoint traffic. The first section describes the problems with the handling of multipoint connections within a multiple stage connection oriented switching network. In particular this refers to the routeing of the cells through the switching network. Several alternatives on this issue are discussed. Both, the selected approach based on a differentiated self-routeing mechanism and the corresponding cell format are introduced. In the second part of this article several switch architectures are compared in respect of their multipoint capability. It is demonstrated that at present the most promising solution are switching elements based on the principle of central buffering. A single chip solution using this concept is employed in the presented switching network.  相似文献

Network virtualization can eradicate the ossification of the Internet and stimulate innovation of new network architectures and applications. Optical networks are ideal substrates for provisioning high-bandwidth virtual-network services. In this study, we investigate the problem of network virtualization over both WDM and flexible-grid optical networks by formulating the problems as mixed integer linear programs (MILP). Two heuristics, namely MaxMapping and MinMapping, are developed for each kind of network to solve the problem quickly but suboptimally. Numerical examples show that MinMapping consumes fewer spectrum resources than MaxMapping and performs very close to the optimal results derived by the MILP in both kinds of optical networks, by exploring the opportunities of traffic grooming. Also, it is verified that flexible-grid optical networks can be more spectrum efficient than WDM networks as the substrate for network virtualization.  相似文献

Burst工作模式和方位波束主动扫描使得TOPSAR(Terrain Observation by Progressive scans SAR)回波信号同时具备ScanSAR和聚束模式回波信号特点,即方位输出时间混叠和多普勒频谱混叠。虽然时域和频域同时升采样操作能够解决混叠问题,但同时带来成像运算量明显提高和内存消耗显著增大的问题。针对TOPSAR回波信号特殊的方位时频关系,该文提出一种结合方位向预处理和后处理的TOPSAR成像方法。该方法利用复制拼接和去斜的方法来解决混叠问题,利用信号截取操作剔除干扰信号,同时还可以减少采样点数,提高算法运算效率。点目标和分布目标的仿真结果验证了这种成像方法的有效性。  相似文献

This paper studies the performance analysis of wavelength-division multiplexed optical communication systems (WDM). First, flat-gain erbium doped fiber amplifiers (EDFAs) are seriously needed to obtain proper and equal amplification of all channels. Such amplifiers can be designed by intrinsically modifying the host material or extrinsically using proper filters. In this research, we benefit from both the intrinsic and extrinsic methods to achieve sharp flat EDFA output gain using cascaded fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs). Second, the performance of our technique has been evaluated through calculating the bit error rate (BER) and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of a WDM system embedded with the reported EDFA flattening system. The parametric simulations of the FWHM of FBGs, SNR, optical power and the transmission distance have shown a noticeable improved performance. Sending data via an optical WDM system will be proven from comprehensive simulations to achieve high quality signal transmission spectrums, increased transmission distances and low power consumption. By extension, the reported design using cascaded FBGs can also be generalized to equalize the gain of any arbitrary profile.  相似文献

By stretching the rod waveguide with different velocities in opposite directions, the tapered waveguide can be fabricated. In condition of taking no account of volume expansion caused by heating and under the assumptions of volume conservation,the rod waveguide can be stretched freely in the heated region without being stretched outside of the heated region. A model,which shows the relation of the transition shape and the two factors, that is the ratio of two velocity and the heated region length, is presented for the shape of the taper transition through mathematic deduction. Based on this model, a desired tapered waveguide can be fabricated. The tapered waveguide are widely used for fabricating tapered fiber couplers and sensors. In addition, the conclusion can be used for fabricating fused fiber coupler.  相似文献

In this work, we study the structural, electronic and optical properties of AgSbS2, using full-potential linearized augmented plane wave and the pseudopotential plane wave scheme in the frame of generalized gradient approximation. Features such as the lattice constant, bulk modulus and its pressure derivative are reported. Our results suggest a phase transition from AF-IIb phase to rocksalt (B1) phase under high pressure. The calculated band structure and density of states show that the material under load has an indirect energy band gap X→() for AF-IIb phase (semiconductor) and a negative band gap W(ГX) for B1 phase (semimetal). The optical properties are analyzed and the origin of some peaks in the spectra is discussed. Besides, the dielectric function, refractive index and extinction coefficient for radiation up to 14 eV have also been reported and discussed.  相似文献

We optimized the lattice structure of sulfur-doped CuInSe2 using first principles. The lattice constants for CuIn(SxSe1–x)2 vary linearly with x according to a(x)=–0.02828x+0.58786 nm and c(x)=–0.05692x+1.1834 nm, which agree well with experimental data. The optical properties of CuIn(SxSe1–x)2 were then systematically investigated using first-principles calculations with the HSE06 functional. We present data for the complex dielectric function, refractive index, extinction coefficient, reflectivity index, absorption coefficient, and optical bandgap for CuIn(SxSe1–x)2. The optical bandgap Eg obtained from the absorption coefficient is 1.07 eV for CuInSe2 and 1.384 eV for CuInS2. These values are very close to experimental results, indicating that first-principles calculations can yield accurate bandgap values. The optical bandgap of CuIn(SxSe1–x)2 increases linearly with the sulfur concentration according to Eg=0.3139x+1.0825 eV.  相似文献
