DO3型Fe—28Al—1.5Mn合金有序结构的探讨

本文利用Ｘ射线衍射分析和透射电子显微镜对ＤＯ３型Ｆｅ－２８Ａｌ－１．５Ｍｎ合金的微观有序结构进行观察、分析．结果表明，合金元素Ｍｎ降低ＤＯ３型Ｆｅ３Ａｌ的有序化程度，ＤＯ３型Ｆｅ－２８Ａｌ－１．５Ｍｎ合金的超位错主要为二组态位错，其交滑移容易．Ｍｎ对合金微观有序结构的影响是Ｍｎ改善ＤＯ３型Ｆｅ３Ａｌ基合金宏观塑性的主要原因．     

上胶机微机控制系统的研制

描述了用8031单片机对国产上胶机控制系统进行改造的硬件和软件设计以及采取的控制方法。信号的采集、滑差电动机的控制、干扰的抑制、防抖动与防溢出的处理、数字滤波和快速动态调节等措施、保证了系统能够安全可靠地工作。上胶机微机控制系统已投入现场运行。     

试论橡胶压浆辊的“膨胀过浆”

浆纱机的橡胶压浆辊,不论是微孔辊还是光面辊都不同程度地存在“膨胀过浆”。本文在调查国产和进口浆纱机压浆辊的基础上,分析了该问题的成因,提出改变传统压浆辊的铁芯结构,改进压浆辊的配方设计,改变压浆辊的加压方式,上浆辊用橡胶包复,改变压浆辊的出纱角度,加强压浆辊的维护保养等措施。     

Modal/涤纶混纺纱上浆工艺研究

根据Modal/涤纶混纺纱性能,制定出4种浆料配方,并对浆液及浆膜性能进行了测试分析。分别采用这4种配方的浆料对Modal/涤纶混纺纱进行浆纱试验,测试了不同配方浆纱的各项性能,从而得出适合Modal/涤纶混纺纱的浆料配方。     

Waterborne polyurethane/poly(n-butyl acrylate-styrene) hybrid emulsions: Particle formation,film properties,and application

In this work, a hybrid synthesis technology has been used to fabricate waterborne polyurethane (WPU)/poly(n-butyl acrylate-styrene) (PBS) emulsions with dimethylol-propionic acid (DMPA) as chain extender. The influences of the PBS, styrene, and DMPA contents on the physical properties of the resultant emulsions and cast films have been investigated in detail using various characterization methods. The experimental results show that with an increase in the PBS or styrene content, the particle size in emulsions increases but the viscosity of the emulsions decreases and that the opposite applies for the DMPA content. For cast films, with an increase in the styrene or DMPA content, the tensile strength increases whereas the elongation decreases. The water absorption capacity of the film decreases with an increase in the styrene content or a decrease in the DMPA content. Furthermore, the emulsions synthesized have been used for paper sizing applications. The treated papers exhibit greatly improved water resistance, and the Cobb values at 30 and 60 s are only 10.23 and 11.89%, respectively, of those of unsized papers. The other paper properties, such as gloss, smoothness, folding resistance, and burst strength, are also considerably improved.     

Decay of Ozone in Water: A Review

Scientific publications on ozone decay kinetics in water report very wide result variations, depending on a multiplicity of factors, such as ozone concentration, pH, temperature, alkalinity, fluid-dynamic conditions, presence of UV radiations, and concentration of organic and inorganic carbon. This paper intends to provide an engineering-oriented review that summarizes and compares the main results reported in the recent literature so that the condensed information can guide the reader in getting operational indications to assist applications and research.     

新型上浆工艺的研究

作为新型的上浆工序,利用水溶性PVA长丝,将经纱通过水溶性PVA长丝的卷装中心,在水溶性长丝退绕过程中,PVA长丝包绕在经纱上,利用该合捻纱,通过上浆罗拉上浆的方法.对获得的浆纱,通过耐摩性、浸透度的测试作出评价,表明此方法的可行性,为简化上浆工序,降低成本提供了依据.     

Long-chain fatty ammonium quaternaries in papermaking

A series of long-chain quaternary ammonium halogen esters (UKK-chemicals), quaternary dimethyl tallow epoxypropyl ammonium halogens (EPK1), quaternary ditallow methyl epoxypropyl ammonium halogens (EPK2), and EPK2 oligomers (EPK2P) were synthesized. At acidic, neutral, or slightly basic conditions, EPK1-, EPK2-, EPK2P-, and UKK-chemicals operate as cationic chemicals. They can be used, for example, as stock sizings, surface sizings, or fixatives. Stock sizing, surface sizing, and fixative experiments indicate that EPK1-, EPK2-, EPK2P-, and UKK-chemicals function at least as well as or better than the corresponding synthetic chemicals used in papermaking.     

上浆剂对CF/EP界面粘结的影响

本文通过单纤维碎裂法，分别对未上浆及不同上浆剂处理的碳纤维与基体的界面粘结性进行表征。结果表明，不同上浆剂对界面粘结的影响不同。含活性基团较多的上浆剂可改善界面粘结，而含活性基团较少的上浆剂反而会使其减弱。     

Viscoelastic and Processing Effects on the Fiber-Matrix Interphase Strength. Part I. The Effects of Loading Rate, Test Temperature, Fiber Sizing and Global Strain Level

The effects of loading rate, fiber sizing, test temperature and global strain level on the adhesion strength between carbon fibers and a thermosetting epoxy (Epon 815) are studied using the single fiber fragmentation test procedure. Analytical methodology describing the viscoelastic behavior observed is also presented. The possibility of rate-temperature-interphase thickness superposition for the interfacial strength function is illustrated based on the analytical models discussed. Experimental data are discussed using Weibull statistics and also presented in the form of percent relative frequency histograms for the fiber fragments in a collective fashion. The use of histograms allows for interpretation of the skewness in the data population.
