Herein, we attempted to prepare MoS2/Fe@Fe3O4 nanocomposites capable of strongly absorbing broadband incident electromagnetic (EM) radiation and probed the effects of their composition on complex permittivity and permeability at 2–18 GHz. Calculations of normal-incidence reflection losses (RLs) based on EM parameters revealed that the Fe@Fe3O4 to MoS2 mass ratio strongly influenced the absorption peak intensity and bandwidth. Specifically, an RL peak of −31.8 dB@15.3 GHz and a bandwidth (RL < − 10 dB) of 4.8 GHz (13.2–18 GHz) were achieved at a thickness of 1.52 mm and a Fe@Fe3O4 to MoS2 mass ratio of 60:40. Further, RL and bandwidth were investigated for oblique incidence, in which case two kinds of EM waves (TE – electric field perpendicular to plane of incidence; TM – electric field in the plane of incidence) were considered. The absorption peaks of TE and TM waves did not exceed −20 dB when the incidence angle increased to 30°, and the bandwidth (RL < − 10 dB) reached 4.2 GHz (TE wave) and 4.0 GHz (TM wave) when this angle was further increased to 40.0° and 50.4°, respectively. This paper presents the measurement technique that allows to determine the relative permittivity and permeability of powdered materials. Measurements are realized in a coaxial transmission line which guarantees the broad band frequency characterization. Calculations utilize the scattering matrix parameters of the two-port formed by the sample of powdered material supported by two dielectric walls. The proposed measurement procedure is demonstrated in the example of ferrite powder - Yiitrium Garnet YIG class ferrite for which the relative permittivity (??′,??″) and permeability (??′,??″) are determined in the frequency range of 200-1200 MHz. 相似文献

The physicomechanical and dielectric properties were investigated for ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM) rubber loaded with different white fillers, namely, kaolin, quartz, polyvinylchloride PVC, and talc. The white fillers were added at a fixed level of 20 phr. Two vulcanizing systems were used, tetramethyl thiuram disulfide (TMTD) and sulfur/N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazyl sulfenamide (S/CBS). It was found that the curing systems affect the dielectric properties more than the filler type. The effect of the curing system and type of filler on the physicomechanical properties before and after thermal aging were also investigated, and the data obtained were interpreted. 相似文献

To reduce the thickness of the microwave absorbing materials, we have prepared 1-xSrTiO3-δ?xSrAl12O19 ceramics by hot?pressing sintering in the vacuum. The microstructure, dielectric, thermogravimetric analysis and microwave absorbing properties of 1-xSrTiO3-δ?xSrAl12O19 were systematically investigated and discussed. The 0.95SrTiO3-δ??0.05SrAl12O19 has high permittivity, the real part is from 1662.2 to 704.9 and the imaginary part is from 208.6 to 12. The absorption bandwidth (reflection loss ≤?5?dB) of 0.95SrTiO3-δ??0.05SrAl12O19 can cover 8.6???12.4?GHz and its thickness is only 0.232?mm which is much thinner than these recently reported by other researchers. For 0.942SrTiO3-δ??0.058SrAl12O19, the peak value of reflection loss is up to ??58.5?dB with a thickness of 0.75?mm. The 1-xSrTiO3-δ?xSrAl12O19 films could be excellent candidates for highly efficient and ultra?thin microwave absorbing materials. 相似文献

xBaTiO3–(1−x)(0.5Bi(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3-0.5BiScO3) or xBT–(1−x)(0.5BMT–0.5BS) (x=0.45–0.60) ceramics were prepared by using the conventional mixed oxide method. Perovskite structure with pseudo-cubic symmetry was observed in all the compositions. Dielectric measurement results indicated that all the samples showed dielectric relaxation behavior. As the content BaTiO3 was decreased from 0.60 to 0.45, temperature coefficient of permittivity (TCε) in the range of 200–400 °C was improved from −706 to −152 ppm/°C, while the permittivity at 400 °C was increased from 1208 to 1613. The temperature stability of permittivity was further improved by using 2 mol% Ba-deficiency. It was found that lattice parameter and grain size of the 2 mol% Ba-deficient ceramics were smaller than those of their corresponding stoichiometric (S) counterparts, with TCε in the range of 200–400 °C to be improved noticeably. For example, TCε of the Ba-deficiency sample with x=0.45 was −75 ppm/°C in the temperature range of 200–400 °C and the permittivity was 1567 at 400 °C. The results obtained in this work indicated that xBT–(1−x)(0.5BMT–0.5BS) ceramics are very promising candidates for high temperature capacitor applications. 相似文献

Frequency- and temperature-dependent dielectric properties of fruit juices associated with pasteurization by dielectric heating 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Dielectric properties of apple, pear, orange, grape and pineapple juices were studied from 20 to 4500 MHz at 15-95 °C. The dielectric constants ε′ of fruit juices decreased as frequency increased. The loss factors ε″ decreased with increasing frequency to a minimum between about 1000 and 3000 MHz, depending on temperature, and then increased as frequency increased. The frequency of that turning point increased, whereas the minimum ε″ decreased with increasing temperature. The ε″ values increased with increasing temperature below about 1000 MHz, and decreased with increasing temperature above 3000 MHz. Dielectric constants decreased consistently and linearly with increasing temperature. Linear or polynomial correlations for the dependence of dielectric properties on temperature were developed. The power penetration depth of all fruit juices decreased with increasing frequency. The depth decreased as temperature increased at lower frequencies and increased with temperature above 3000 MHz. The dielectric properties obtained in the study provide important parameters for juice pasteurization by dielectric heating. 相似文献
