为使广东某硫铁矿生产-3 mm产品过程中产生的矿泥得到高效利用,采用2台φ400 mm×4 000 mm旋流-静态微泡浮选柱在现场对该矿泥进行了1粗1精柱式浮选半工业试验。首先通过条件试验确定了合适的处理量、药剂制度以及浮选柱中矿循环泵压力,然后进行72 h连续运转,获得了硫精矿硫品位为48.46%、硫回收率为93.71%的良好指标。与现场采用浮选机的选别指标相比,硫回收率提高了约13个百分点。  相似文献

The effect of a double layered adsorber on the recovery of gasoline from gas emitted from a gasoline storage tank was investigated. The adsorber consists of two different adsorbents: silica gel and activated carbon. A pilot system consisting of an adsorptive buffer for the collection of contaminated air sporadically emitted and a PSA system was installed and operated. Gas from a gasoline tank was fed to the adsorption buffer for a period of time, and subsequently the enriched hydrocarbon stream obtained during the regeneration of the adsorptive buffer was treated by the PSA system. Regeneration of the adsorbent was done by flowing clean air under vacuum. Approximately 21–48 liters of gasoline per hour was recovered with the pilot-scale PSA unit filled with 435 kg of adsorbent in total. The gas emitted from the system contains light hydrocarbon less than 100 ppmv.  相似文献

Physical-chemical pre-treatment was used for the reverse osmosis unit for reclamation of secondary effluents. The pilot plant was equipped with a variety of tertiary treatment units to prevent fouling and biofouling of the cellulose-acetate reverse osmosis membranes used. The optimisation of pre-treatment involved application of various concentrations of lime to raise the pH to 10.3-12.1, and to stabilise the sludge generated, as well as different dosages of ferric chloride (15, 20, and 25 mg/L) for the coagulation and solid-liquid separation. Sodium hypochlorite (8 mg/L) and UV disinfection are used for microbiological control. The water quality obtained, under the optimum conditions (pH=10.5; FeCl(3): 25 mg/L; anionic flocculant: 0.5 mg/L; sodium hypochlorite: 8 mg/L) was high, showing an average conductivity of 66 microS/cm and low COD values 4 mg O(2)/L. The product water is suitable for injection into a groundwater aquifer to counteract seawater intrusion.  相似文献

Ozone was tested at the Moores Bridges WTP as a replacement for chlorine for oxidizing dissolved manganese. Two points of ozone application were tested, raw and settled water. Dissolved manganese appeared to be much more readily oxidized with a lower ozone dose when ozone was applied to the settled water than when it was applied the raw water. Apparently the TOC concentration of the water affected ozone's ability to oxidize manganese by exerting an ozone demand which must be overcome. Because of the results of the pilot testing, a decision was made to ozonate settled water rather than raw water to oxidize the manganese.  相似文献

天津钢管集团股份有限公司采用废钢+DR/+生铁-100t UHP EAF-LF(VD)-CCM(EMS)φ210mm圆坯-热轧φ89mm×7mm管-冷轧工艺流程试生产了T91(10Cr9Mo1VNb)钢φ51mm×6mm和φ60mm×6mm冷轧管。测试了所生产的T91钢管过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线和钢管的力学性能。结果表明,由于添加V(0.20%)和Nb(0.09%)并控制钢中N含量(0.032%),使T91钢管的室温和200-600℃力学性能满足ASMESA-213M要求。  相似文献

Multiple organizations and task forces have called for a reliable and valid method to identify older drivers who are medically unfit to drive. The development of a clinical decision rule for this type of screening requires data from a longitudinal prospective cohort of older drivers. The aim of this article is to identify potential design, sampling and data collection barriers to such studies based on an analysis of the Canadian Safe Driving Study—phase I pilot (Candrive I). A convenience sample of 100 active older drivers aged 70 years or more was recruited through the aid of a seniors’ organization, 94 of whom completed the full study (retention rate 94%). Data were collected over the course of 1 year on various driving behaviours, as well as on cognitive, physical and mental functioning. Driving patterns were recorded using driving diaries, logs and electronic devices. Driving records from the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) were obtained for the 3-year period preceding the study initiation and up to 1 year following study completion. An increased burden of illness was observed as the number of medical diagnoses and medication use increased over the study period. Study participants were involved in a total of five motor vehicle collisions identified through MTO records, which was comparable to the Ontario annual collision rate of 4.1% for drivers aged 75 years or older. In sum, many of the relevant logistical and practical barriers to studying a large sample of older drivers longitudinally have been shown to be addressable, supporting the feasibility of completing a large prospective cohort study of older drivers.  相似文献
