DETERMINATION OF TOTAL NITROGEN IN BARLEY AND MALT BY COMBUSTION METHOD—COLLABORATIVE TRIAL

A combustion method, relying on the Dumas principle, for the determination of total nitrogen in barley and malt, has been collaboratively tested by the Analysis Committee of the European Brewery Convention. Repeatability, r₉₅, and reproducibility, R₉₅, values were 0.063 and 0.116% of dry matter, respectively, for samples with nitrogen contents in the range 1.23 to 1.86% N of dry matter. There was no significant difference between these values for barley and malt. The Analysis Committee approved the adoption of the combustion method for inclusion in Analytica EBC as an alternative method.     

WTG420铁路罐车用钢的组织结构和力学性能分析

分析了ＷＴＧ４２０铁路罐车用钢的组织结构和力学性能。提出了冶炼与轧制的技术关键，其一，添加稀土元素改善钢中夹杂物；其二，采用控轧控冷使铁素体晶粒细化。     

强度型光纤传感器的信号检测系统

本文阐述了一种可提高强度型光纤传感器测量精度的检测系统。该系统利用同一检测电路交替检测信号、参考通道的输出信号，并将信号、参考两通道的检测结果相除，从而消除了因发光二极管光源波动及检测电路系统不稳定所带来的误差。采用同步相关技术抑制了噪声，提高了输出信噪比。实验证明，当时间常数ＲＣ为０．０５Ｓ时，采用该检测系统可获得优于千分之一的零点稳定性和优于２×１０３的输出信噪比。     

含碳冷固结团矿还原性测定方法探讨

含碳冷固结团矿与天然铁矿石、烧结矿、氧化球团矿不同、其还原性不能用减量法直接测定，需要根据还原后试样的化学成分计算获得，或根据试样中碳量的变化和试样的减量计算获得，但还原速率指数无法得到，本文以沙城铁厂试样为例进行了说明。     

Probabilistic linear models for multiresolution estimation in gray-level images

A multiresolution analysis of digital gray-level images is presented. A gray-level multi-scale framework is determined from two main assumptions: the gray scale is binary at the finest spatial resolution, and the gray levels of composed regions are obtained additively. In order to interrelate the gray-level histograms of the same image at different resolutions, probabilistic linear models are developed, which are then applied for estimation. Linear-optimization theory is used as a way of constructing such models. A general procedure for image processing is sketched, based on gray-level estimation. A versatile algorithm for nonlinear filtering is derived. Early detection of ageing in solder joints through laser probe thermal analysis of the peltier effect

We have recently developed an optical contactless method for testing the quality of solder joints during accelerated thermal cycling ageing processes.¹ The method was based upon the measurement of the dynamic thermal behaviour of the joint to short bursts of Joule heating. It has proved to be efficient in revealing the formation of cracks at the lead-solder interface. We present a method to evaluate ageing at a much earlier stage in the cycling process. We have observed in earlier work,¹ that before cracks appear, structural changes occur in the solder at the lead-solder interface. The thermal response of the solder joint is recorded over time to a Peltier heat perturbation produced by flowing a current pulse through the interface where structural changes occur. The key point in this method is to discriminate the Peltier effect from the Joule thermal response because both effects generate heat. The variation of the early Peltier response in the thermal cycling ageing tests is seen as a quantitative signature of the structural changes in the lead-solder interface.     

铝合金铁相团球化熔剂的研制

研制了一种铝合金铁相团球化熔剂，在含铁量较高（１．０％－４．０％Ｆｅ）的铝合金中加入该熔剂后，可使针片状的铁相变为团球状或颗粒状组织。从而大幅度提高原合金的机械性能，δｂ和δ分别提高２０％－９０％和４０％－１００％。生产实验表明：该熔剂团球化效果好（具有长效性），极便于在生产中推广应用。     

深井重泥浆弱凝胶工艺技术初探

重泥浆强凝胶体系对钴井会产生不利影响。笔者结合川东地区的实际情况,分析了重泥浆强凝胶形成的原因和重泥浆弱凝胶的形成机制,提出了形成重泥浆弱凝胶体系的核心和设计原则,总结出了一套以正确使用泥浆添加剂并配合强有力的固控措施为主的成套深井重泥浆弱凝胶工艺技术,介绍了这套技术在川东地区的应用情况。实践证明,少用甚至不用泥浆降粘剂就可获得并维持尽可能低的静切力,使τ_s,10s为0.5—6Pα、τ_s,10min为2—12.5Pα。     

用扫描电镜判断火工药剂与金属桥丝长期接触的相容性

火工药剂与金属桥丝接触，在高温、高湿条件下贮存一定时间后两者是否相容，用电镜观察其金属表面的腐蚀形态（面积、深浅），以此来判断金属桥丝与火工药剂的相容性。
