Alpha-gamma transition in RF capacitive discharge in low-pressure oxygen

We report the recorded current-voltage characteristics of a RF capacitive discharge in oxygen. Low-frequency oscillations of the plasma potential in a kilohertz frequency range are observed to accompany the transition of the discharge from a weak- (α-) to a strong-current (γ-) regime in the low-pressure range. The weak-current regime of the RF capacitive discharge is observed within the pressure range limited not only from the medium pressure side but also from the lower-pressure one. Electron temperature and plasma density are registered with a probe technique.     

Investigation of laser-produced aluminum plasma

At DMFCI of Catania University, where a Quanta System Nd:YAG laser 600 mJ of energy, 1064 nm wavelength and 6 ns pulse length operates, experiments about plasma expansion in vacuum (<10⁻⁵ mbar), have been performed. Our studies are mostly devoted to nuclear and astrophysical purposes. Some preliminary investigations with aluminum thick targets are reported here. Plasma dynamics have been investigated mainly by means of a movable Langmuir Probe, and time of flight spectra have been acquired at different distances from the laser-target interaction area. The cross-correlation of Langmuir probe signals and hydro-dynamical simulation has permitted to calculate the structure of the inner plasma self-generated electric field that drives the plume expansion. The experimental data reveals also a time variable behavior of the self-generated field. This dependence on time produces also a multi-shell plasma in which the different layers expand with a given velocity, temperature and density.

点探头涡流无损检测中磁介质作用机理研究

结合实际涡流无损检测应用中的含磁介质点探头的特点,分析了探头中磁介质引入的各种附加效应及其对缺陷阻抗的影响。通过引入等效电流的概念,讨论了磁介质对涡流场的作用,建立含磁介质点探头涡流无损检测模型,并给出含磁介质探头周围的电磁场方程,求得均匀半无限导体系统的磁矢量势分布和导体中涡流、电场强度分布。通过实例,计算了非铁磁性导体中无缺陷时探头信号与提离高度的关系、存在缺陷时探头阻抗变化的特点。理论计算与实验结果基本吻合。     

探针系统反应特性与参数选择研究

用于流场测量的探针针孔孔径小,压力反应缓慢,影响试验精度和进度。本文提出了探针系统针孔压力给定测量粗度的反应时间的计算方法,对三种系统测定水流场和测定空气流场的反应特性进行了比较,分析了压力反应时间的影响因素,给出了合理的系统和系统参数,以提高测试精度,缩短试验时间。

Advances in Multifunctional Chemotherapeutic Prodrugs for Near-infrared Fluorescence Imaging-guided Therapy

Conventional chemotherapy (CT) is associated with severe side effects and inducible resistance, making it difficult to meet clinical requirements, forcing the development of new multifunctional prodrugs for precision medicine. In recent decades, researchers and clinicians have focused on developing of multifunctional chemotherapeutic prodrugs with tumor-targeting capability, activatable and traceable chemotherapeutic activity, as a powerful tool to improve theranostic outcomes in cancer treatment. The conjugates of near-infrared (NIR) organic fluorophores and chemotherapy reagents create an exciting avenue for real-time monitoring of drug delivery and distribution, as well as the combination of chemotherapy and photodynamic therapy (PDT). Therefore, there are great opportunities for researchers to conceive and exploit multifunctional prodrugs that can visualize chemo-drugs release and tumor treatment in vivo. In this review, the design strategy and the recent progress of multifunctional organic chemotherapeutic prodrugs for activating NIR fluorescence imaging-guided therapy are described and discussed in detail. Finally, the prospects and challenges of multifunctional chemotherapeutic prodrugs for NIR fluorescence imaging-guided therapy are provided.     

ECOS电流检测技术应用分析

用电负载开启时,车载蓄电池的正极输出电流会发生变化,电流值通过智能电流钳进行测量,ICP的原理是使用补偿法的感应测量(霍尔效应)。这样的优势在于测量时不影响车辆的电流。电流钳通过蓝牙将电流数据实时传输给手持诊断仪,ECOS系统软件通过预设的参数,对电流数据进行统计分析,从而获得用电负载的工作电流,用于判断用电负载是否满足设计要求。     

聚乙烯管道元件的超声检测

采用多种探头组合对聚乙烯管件声学特性进行研究。通过对比试验得出检测大厚度聚乙烯管件的最优检测参数,并提出改进探头的思路。大量的检测试验和现场车削破坏性试验对比显示,无论是缺陷检出率还是定位和定量精度都比较高。
