We present a formal approach to study the evolution of biological networks. We use the Beta Workbench and its BlenX language to model and simulate networks in connection with evolutionary algorithms. Mutations are done on the structure of BlenX programs and networks are selected at any generation by using a fitness function. 在用传统的相似产品法进行可靠性预计时,所选取的相似产品与评价对象之间差异较大,会造成预计结果的偏差较大。为解决这一问题,提出了一种基于"功能—运动—动作"结构化分解的可靠性预计新方法。通过明确产品的各大运动功能建立功能层,分析完成各功能的机械部件运动建立运动层,确定实现各机械部件运动的元动作运动单元建立元动作层,建立了可靠性预计的"功能—运动—元动作运动单元"层次模型。引入区间层次分析法,确定了"功能—运动—元动作运动单元"层次模型中各子代运动单元对父代运动单元的可靠性影响权重,并构建了由子代运动单元预计父代运动单元可靠性的数学模型。确定影响评价机械结构相似度的因素,构建了区间数综合评判云模型并选取与元动作运动单元相似的参考结构,以区间数综合评价云模型得出的相似度值修正参考结构的可靠性数据来预计元动作运动单元的可靠性。将元动作运动单元的可靠性预计值代入数学模型,层层预计父代运动单元的可靠性,从而得出整个产品的可靠性水平。最后以数控转台为例进行了分析,得出了可靠性预计值,并将该方法与传统方法进行了比较。结果表明,新的可靠性预计方法具有较好的可行性和较高的准确性。  相似文献

We describe an implementation of a parallel document clustering scheme based on latent semantic indexing, which uses singular value decomposition. Given a set of documents, the clustering algorithm is dynamic in the sense that it automatically infers the number of clusters to be output. The parallel version has been implemented on a LAN and on a dual‐core system. Experimental evaluation of the algorithm shows an average speed‐up of 6.22 for the LAN implementation and an average speed‐up of 3.71 for the dual‐core implementation, while still maintaining a precision and recall in the range [0.85, 1]. To put these implementations in the context of information retrieval, we use the parallel clustering algorithm and develop a document similarity search system. We present a novel approach to the automated marking of student programming assignments. Our technique quantifies the structural similarity between unmarked student submissions and marked solutions, and is the basis by which we assign marks. This is accomplished through an efficient novel graph similarity measure (AssignSim). Our experiments show good correlation of assigned marks with that of a human marker.  相似文献

In this paper, a single-iteration strategy is proposed for the design of a multi-loop PI controller to achieve the desired gain and phase margins for two-input and two-output (TITO) processes. To handle loop interactions, a TITO system is converted into two equivalent single loops with uncertainties drawn from interactions. The maximum uncertainty is estimated for the initial controller design in one loop and single-input and single-output (SISO) controller design is applied. This controller is substituted to other equivalent loop for design, and finally, the first loop controller is refined on knowledge of other loop controller. For SISO controller tuning, a new method is presented to determine the achievable gain and phase margins as well as the relevant controller parameters. Suitability evaluation of urban construction land based on geo-environmental factors is the process of determining the fitness of a given tract of land for construction. This process involves a consideration of the geomorphology, geology, engineering geology, geological hazards, and other geological factors and is the basis of urban construction land planning and management. With the support of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), grid analysis, and geo-spatial analysis techniques, four factor groups comprising nine separate subfactors of geo-environmental attributes were selected to be used in the evaluation of the suitability level for construction land in Hangzhou. This was based on K-means clustering and back-propagation (BP) neural network methods due to their advantages in fast computing, unique adaptive capacity, and self-organization. Simultaneously, the evaluation results based on K-means clustering and BP neural network were compared and analyzed, and the accuracy evaluation was set. The results showed that the geo-environmental suitability evaluation results of construction land based on K-means clustering and BP neural network were similar in terms of the distribution and scale of construction land suitability level. At the same time, the results of the two evaluation methods were consistent with the variability in suitability level, engineering geology, and hydrogeology of Hangzhou. The results also showed that the real advantage of the methods proposed in this paper lies in their capacity to streamline the mapping process and to ensure that the results are consistent throughout. The suitability level of the urban construction land based on the geo-environment in Hangzhou was divided into four construction sites: land for building super high-rise and high-rise buildings, land for building multistorey buildings, land for low-rise buildings, and nonbuilding land. The results of the suitability evaluation for each category will provide a scientific basis for decision-making in urban development in Hangzhou.  相似文献
